Hey all, just started reading this book (although I'm in the middle of like 4 others, >_>)
Not very far atm (76/807), and I probably won't be reading too much of it b/c of Otakon. Unless I decide to neglect sleep like some sort of zombie. However, liking it more than I expected to. Anybody else wanting to read this/also reading?
I'm also curious to how much the book follows the TV series, and to what kind of accuracy.

Ah, Game of Thrones. I've heard much about it, but have yet to look into it. Maybe I should, just so I can see what all the kids are jammering about. Though 800 pages...kinda makes my head spin o_____o
Also, if you neglect sleep, it will clearly be to spend more time with this guy.

With all of the busy things going on...still not very far ;-;
But for now it's actually getting easier to follow all of the characters.Since there's like hundreds of them with strange names.

i have all four books to that... well my dad does. i plan to read them whenever i finish all the books i have. i'm so behind on reading sweatdrop i had to stop buying books because i have 10+ books to read. i don't want to add anymore to my pile.

Book series is amazing.
HBO show is amazing and EXTREMELY accurate, they've only added a few things as far as I know that have helped to develop characters you don't really get to know until you read through the character.
One of my ALL TIME favorites.

Game of thrones is AWESOME ive watched the show and my boyfriend read the books and theyre really accurate 2 them. when they DO change things its only 2 make the story a tad more interesting and less draggy. id suggest watching it as well as reading my boyfriend did and he was really pleased. definitely one of the best shows ive seen this year ^^

I think they're out to five or six books now actually. I am also behind on reading. ;-;Yay, development! I wish you would also return ;-;I'm currently reading the books, and watching the episodes at about the same pace. Also I saw a REAL LIVE p***s IN THIS SHOW

lmao yes XD there are those. all the nudity is actually not something that takes away from it at all 2 me. theres reasons for everything and a little something for everyone XD

Actually 7. A Dance With Dragons, The Winds of Winter, and A Dream of Spring. Although I think the last two are in the works.

Yes. I like it so far that he kind of keeps it...realistic? To a point? I mean it's fiction so it can really go wherever, but yeah. Although I don't think homosexuality is accepted in their world as much. But sleeping with whores is a okay! I guess if you're the king you can do whatever you want >_>
But Cersei always makes the same face. xD
