( kinda don't have a story... so makeing one up as we go kinda thing...)

Name: Akumi Nachioros
Age: 16
Nick name/ mutant name: Phantom Reaper
power(s): Superhuman strength, reflexes, agility and flight. He also is able to absorb the souls of the dying, but only if they are willing; doing so enables him to summon their powers and personalities when necessary. He also has a photographic memory.
Bio: Akumi was an experiment in a little known project known as 'Prodigy', meant to make extremely strong mutants. As a result, Akumi's natural strength and agility is bolstered until he is able to fight unarmed against a mutant like Deadpool or Juggernaut and win. Unfortunately during the project, three of the other 'prodigies' died, revealing Akumi's true power to absorb the souls of the dying; unfortunately as a result, Akumi's mind fractured for a time and he was institutionalized. Fortunately for him, he has gained control over his highly coveted power.

Akumi sighed as he crouched on a tall rock in the shadows not far from a apartment building. He constantly stayed on the move to avoid being found by those who would enjoy twisting and using him as a weapon or tool. His dark green eyes narrowed, irises rippling with neon green light as the pupils glowed a pale yellow. His dark blond hair was dirty and unkempt, though he trusted nobody and with good reason. The others within him enabled him to use very strong telekinetic powers, hemokinetic power, and aerokinetic power respectively. One, the telekinetic, was also empathic. He cocked his head slightly, sensing someone walking through the park not too far away and headed in his direction. The dark red pants he wore were ragged and dusty, though he didn't care; to him, they were better than being nude.

Akumi cocked his head slightly, for an instant tapping into the hemokinetic within to use that soul's inhumanly keen senses. He smelled various things, such as trees, sweat, bird s**t. He shifted his weight, dropping off of the nearly twelve foot tall granite and brick wall, which had been knocked down a couple of months previously in a brawl between someone he'd heard called 'Mayhem' and the Juggernaut from the latter hurling a car at the former and missing. He cocked his head, moving on bare feet cautiously towards the mouth of the alley. He tensed slightly, seeing the girl and German Shepard.

Akumi cocked his head. "I've never had a pet nor a home, though it is clear this animal is affectionate given the opportunity," he said coolly, his irises glowing slightly still; they never completely stopped glowing, even when he slept.

Akumi shrugged one shoulder. "Regardless of whether we're mutant or 'human', we all have problems," he said quietly. A small smile flickered over his face as he glanced at the dog.

Akumi snorted. "There are some mutants that seem to make what the humans pull outta their asses pleasant," he said grimly. He didn't elaborate, though he had heard there were at least two other survivors of the 'Prodigy' project nearby.
