What item do you use to catch an isis? or how much would it be to buy an egg?

Those cost quite a lot to buy one. I've seen one being sold for 2.5 million on Loki. @_@ But they might cost more or less.
Also, you can kill Isis to get the tame item, and a few other monsters, let my go and get a list for you. =P

Wait, I correct myself, Isis doesn't drop it. Verit, Maya, and Maya Purple drop the amulet.

Maya drops the armlet pretty consistantly (and Isis's pet armor, too). Verit has a much, much lower rate.
