History: Born in middle New York to an abusive father and a unconcerned mother Eddie Brock quickly learned to rely only upon himself, pushing his way through high school, Eddie gained what was neccesary for college. Determined to make his life better than his parents, Eddie started out interested in in sports and academics but switched to journalism after watching a news report on Desert Storm. After graduating with a B.A. in journalism, Eddie set to work trying to find a news station that would hire him. Stiking out with the major conglomerates(CNN,MSNBC,FOX) He gets hired by J. Jonah Jameson at the daily bugle to work at his t.v. station, where he starts with on the spot reporting during the "graveyard" shift. He is currently working his way into the better shifts and better pay.

Sample: the New York night rain fell all around him as Eddie readied the mirophone and prepared for another report that no one would hear or acknowledge. He sighed. When was J.J. Jameson gonna finally move him to the decent shifts and some decent reporting? "ready in five" the cameraman sighed. Looking around, Eddie thought, "I hate this s**t." Calming his blood and softening his face, Eddie breathed deep and faced the camera again. As they finished wrapping up the camera cords, the gunshot was deafening, startling Eddie and Completely terrifying the cameraman. "What was that?" Eddie exclaimed, as he grabbed his coat from the hook inside the van and ran off in the general direction of the sound. As he ran down the wet, rainy streets, Eddie tried to quickly sort out where he was in relation to the gunshot he had just heard. As he near the store, he noted the broken window and the shotgun shells on the ground. As he peered into the broken store he noticed that it was one a jewelry store and two quite empty. "Who ever was here is long gone" Eddie dejectedly thought. Just as he turned to leave a shadow slammed him to the ground and took off, leaving Eddie dazed and very angry.
