The summer was thick with a sticky air, carrying with it the thick perfumes of the surrounding flowers. On any other day, he would come to the gardens to relax, and finish a crossword on the benches, but it had been too hot for that lately. Instead, he came here to thick, plan, and clear his head. This was increasingly hard to do the past few days as his uniform more or less tuck to him, and there was only a faint breeze in the air. This did nothing for his hair, and he twisted a black lock in his gloved hands a moment as he perked himself upon one of the many fountains that the Destiny City Garden's had placed. A few pigeons were rather angry by him taking their prime spot, but after he kicked a few off, they decided to leave.
Standing tall, he looked up to the stars and started to plan what areas to search for this time of night, though his motivation was lacking with every climbing degree. Maybe he could check some places that had air conditioning.

After his usual evening patrol, nothing needed his attention and no one in need of help, the General had decided on a tip to the city gardens. It really was too hot to stay out in his uniform, he almost wanted to crawl his way onto his bed and lay there with his ac blasting to the point his room was like a meat locker. But he wanted to go to the gardens and see everything by night.
Thankfully he'd thought to let his hair down before powering up, having taken it down from it's usual ponytail, and left the hair holder somewhere at his side. So he had it now and was able to pull his hair up and back. On the last pull through of his hair he didn't pull it all the way through, leaving his hair with a loop and shortened by hair it's usual ponytail length. But it was further out of his way. It didn't help a lot considering his uniform and the fact his neck was covered fully in cloth. But it did keep his hair from his face and out of the way as he arrived, rather out of no where, in the gardens. A look around provided him with an idea of what flowers and plants were around him. Meanwhile his senses were telling him someone from his side was around.
"Interesting..." Musing to himself aloud. Standing in what appeared to be the center of some garden maze one would expect to see in Europe the blond smiled lightly. One of his favorite areas actually.

It wasn't that Endy didn't like Negaverseres, but the last ones he met wanted to tear his throat out. His training to captain had been handled by Beryl, and for this reason, he wasn't really familiar with the rest of the Negaverse. He was his own fraction as far as he was concerned, and the farther away from his "colleagues", the better. Most didn't regard him very highly, as he already met Zinkenite, and he wasn't for jumping through anyone else's hoops other than the ones Beryl had set up for him.
When he felt the signature, he turned his head and then jumped down, and headed in the OPPOSITE direction. Endy wouldn't call it cowardice as much as conflict avoidance.

One big problem though was that Benitoite, or Alexandre really, was curious who else was here and he liked meeting his fellow agents. So he went off after the signature. Loose ash blond bangs ruffled b the air as he briskly headed in the direction of the signature. Whoever this was interested him, it wasn't likely he knew them as he didn't know many Captain's and was thus curious.
Maybe the Negaverse should do something social, minus a rampaging youma like at Christmas, to promote getting to know everyone else. That Christmas fiasco had started good, save for that...sweater, and had gone down hill really fast and really far down after that.

As hot as it was, he just felt himself getting aggravated when he noticed the signature tailing him, and resigning to the fact he wasn't shaking it off, and that it was purposely moving directly for him, he turned to address whoever it may be. By the feel of it, a "superior" (though he used that term VERY loosely here). It was far too hot for him to be reprimanded, and if he had to give a report, it would just be demeaning.
Still, he turned and placed his hand upon the hilt of his sword as a act of preparation. He wasn't intending to fight, but it made for a good show. It wasn't long still he felt the signature approaching and waited. Worst of all, he wasn't the one appearing. He hated when he wasn't making the appearance first.

Stepping out from between a group of bushes, actually seeming to be in a fight with one of the bushes, he tripped, caught himself, and was yanking his hair free. Blond hair, yanked free from his hair holder, was stuck up in disarray and didn't lay so flat as he ran his hand over his hair in an attempt to flatten it.
Finally though he looked over in the direction of the still figure, he had been glaring at the offending bush. "Evening." New, well that was what he'd figured. Blond hair was yanked free from the hair holder before being almost viciously pulled back and put back into the state it had been before the bush had decided to grab hold and attempt to keep it's hold on his hair.

This guy had absolutely no class. Struggling from a bush that was pulling back some rather long hair (he was lucky Endy didn't mistake him for a girl), Endymion could only watch, unsure how to react, until the man yanked himself loose and attempted to put his hair back in order. (It wasn't. It looked horrible. This man clearly didn't use any products or bothered to go to a salon.)
Seeing no threat, he released his hand from his blade and looked about. No other signatures. Good. That meant if a senshi was about, they wouldn't see him talking to an officer casually as that was exactly how the man greeted him.
"Evening." He said in a flat monotone, continuing to look at the man's hair. "Trouble with the flora?"

No, he didn't use products in his hair but it was normally quite silky in texture and something to be envied by most females. He didn't like the idea of putting chemicals into his hair, shampoo and conditioner were all organic and herbal in nature. That was the main reason salons were out of the question, though he had gone to one a few times.
"Apparently it doesn't matter how much I like flora myself." Shrugging as he finally settled for running his fingers through his hair to work out knots and such and just left it to fall free, frustrated with how pulling it back turned out.
"A good evening?" He asked, glancing the other over. Quite formal and proper looking. Nice uniform really and...a sword. Was it real and sharp? He didn't think it proper to ask, though he was curious about it. Maybe he'd find out, without having to outright ask.

As for the other's uniform, it was a regal blue, with long coat and boots. It was typical for the Negaverse, but the details signified higher rank as did the signature. Captain or higher? He had a hard time telling. Then again, he didn't tend to just 'hang' with anyone from the fraction.
"Good enough. Nothing to report." He stated, wondering if that was why the officer had bee-lined it for him and didn't just let him go. "Are you here for teh gardens or patrol?" It wasn't the most heavily populated area to go to if looking for senshi, but the other did state he liked flowers.

Detailed was perhaps putting it lightly, at least in his opinion. He sort of found t rather decorated and a cape, really? It looked nice and all, and was even cool, but it did have the habit of being just another layer of fabric and had no purpose really, other than being there in his opinion.
"I wasn't seeking a report. Just wanting to know how your evening is." Honest and open as he stood watching the other calmly. "There seem to be few out, in uniform at least, lately and I like to make sure members, when I see them, are well and haven't had an bad run in's or anything." He worried that with less members out that those who were out could find themselves in a bad situation.
"The garden actually, I'm rather fond of fauna and flora." More than a little fond but he'd use the word fond for now. It worked rather nicely. "I already did a patrol around my usual area. While I wouldn't mind going home I haven't been here in a while and thought to come." A simple shrug of slender shoulders. He wasn't all that built and was certainly on the petite side in ever way going. "And you? The plant life or looking for senshi?" Curious as he asked.

"Both. I visit here often. It doesn't reap much reward for senshi, but it's a good starting point. You wouldn't happen to know good areas that many senshi visit at a time. I don't feel like tracking them down in areas that meet with very little success in crossing paths with one." He didn't like to waste time, and in this heat, it was best to be productive and work smart then winding up exhausting yourself hoping about roofs all day.
The man seemed easy going and sociable enough to not grill him, and that helped with the heat making him easily irritable.

"I can imagine this isn't a place many senshi would go." They wouldn't figure Nega's would be here draining energy, never mind the fact they weren't doing that right now. And he doubted many senshi would come here to simply enjoy the place and what it had to offer.
"The only place I'd say is the city park. I've heard there and whenever I would collect energy from there I'd run into someone, knight or senshi. Lately I've run into knights there." Two in particular and neither of which he liked. "Looking for them for a particular reason?" Honestly curious. Most he knew didn't go looking for senshi or knights, but he was sure some did and apparently this was one such person. But why?

To this, Endymion looked at the man. He wasn't briefed. Was he a captain? If so, there was no point in talking to him.
"You have no idea who I am, do you? I guess if you did, you wouldn't be acting this casually with me. You haven't even brought up your weapon, or know why I would associate with senshi or knights. Maybe you should talk to your superiors more often." He waited, watching to see if something clicked. If not, then he wouldn't blow his cover to update him.

"Obviously I'm unaware of who you are. As for people not telling me it would seem someone has decided not to do their job, who I don't know. I don't often seek out the General King nor the General Queens, I've lacked a reason to - till now apparently. They do have an answer, of who you are, correct?" Who knew about this person, and whatever he was doing and why?
He didn't mention talking to Generals so he likely wasn't a Captain, a General then. "So who are you? So I know who I'm asking about?"
