I suppose that would be the nice thing to do... But then again, I haven't cared much for morals ever since I started meeting illiterates. He's not likely to have as good of a guild, since we have just about every active member from the OMG joining up here once the game comes out.

Why don't we invite him in here, and put foward that we were here first, and you can join our guild and be a mod, cause it's sorta unfair being a member after captain.

That guild owner didn't waste a penny starting a guild! It was probably just a nickel from his bank account! Seriously, check him out! He's like...rich! (Either that or he could be rich if he sold all his stuff) In other words, if anyone has morale, don't worry.

You should try to communicate with him. To properly spie, you'll have to find out all you can. And then do something diabolical. Like sabotage. Though my lack of morals leads me to this conclusion, moral people probably will disagree with it.
