Facial Complexion: Suou has always had a youthful complexion, as well as a feminine appeal. His features are sleek and seductive, giving him the appearance of a young man, when he is in fact nearing his fortieth year. Suou does no take in vanity from his good looks, but he is definitely aware of them.

Hair Style: Suou, in his younger years always dyed his hair blonde and this led to his hair growing frail and breaking apart. Eventually, he had no choice but quit using chemical dye and would grow out his hair. He vowed not to cut it until the quality came back to his hair and he could dye it again. It took many years for this to happen. His hair grew quite long and he began to dye it again, leading to its current state. The length of his hair stretches all the way down to the middle of his thighs and his wrapped up into to ponytails. The wrapping starts at about his neck and continues all the way down. On top, his hair is a dark hazel color and continue to his scalp on the area closest to his head. His tips, though, are dyed with a dirty blonde color and so are the ponytail parts.

He has shoulder guard of reinforced steel and a reinforced steel gauntlet on his left arm. He also has boot and a collar made of the same material.

Personality Description: Suou was always the oddest little man. He enjoyed performing his job as the ANBU Captain for Konohagakure years ago and his favorite part was always assassinating targets. He would do so in the most brutal way possible and would always seem to get off to the most sadistic things. He'd plant explosives in the skulls of victims and then stuff them into their stomach after cutting them open. Only when they begged for death would he detonate the explosives. That just goes to show exactly how demented Suou was, even though he did not show it.
For instance, he usually acted quite charming to everybody. He came off as a slightly eccentric individual whom was kind to his friends. However, once his blood started rushing and he could feel the thrill of battle, he would snap and unleash only the most vicious onslaughts.
However, once he became the Hokage, he cast aside his old way.... For the most part, anyway. He does his best to focus on leading the village to a better future rather than going into battle. Since he has long since had a real fight, he has not dipped into the devil's waters of his old ways, leading him to become more stern, yet docile. Now, as the Hokage, he acts calm and collected most of the time. He does occasionally snap and let loose an uncharacteristic anger, but it would take quite the force to do that.

Biography:
Suou's life started in the Land of Rock, where he was taken from his family at an early age to be trained for war. At the time, the war between Iwagakure and Kumogakure was still quite heated. After years of training, Suou was put into the ANBU Black Ops and was assigned to the "Hitman Squad". He was a specialist is using explosives and had even mastered the use of the Bakuton style of jutsu. At age 13, he had successfully demolished Kumogakure with the help of his squad and escaped. That was when the war ended. It was two years later that Suou would be discharged from his service in the Hitman Squad and left to lead a normal life.
Suou was left with no home nor family the moment he left the service in the ANBU Black Ops, which led to him wandering the nations shortly after. It was three months later that he collapsed on a trail in the Fire Country. A middle-aged man came across Suou and then carried him back to his home Konohagakure. When Suou came to, he was in a spare room inside the Hokage's tower. Apparently the man that had taken him in was the current Hokage, Ocean Uzumaki.
After a strange turn of events in the next years, Suou would have been adopted by this man. Now, Suou was nearly seventeen and was serving as a shinobi in Konoha. He had easily achieved the rank of Jounin during this time, too. After all, he was one of the strongest members of the Iwagakure ANBU squad four years prior. Upon reaching the age of eighteen, Ocean decided to teach Suou the secrets of understanding his secret techniques. Ocean would teach the techniques of Nen to Suou and turn him into one of the greatest warriors that the nations had ever seen. This training would take two years just to prepare Suou for the real training. During this time, it was revealed that Ocean also had a legitimate son between him and a woman of the Uchiha clan. The boy's name was Tsukasa Raijin Uzumaki Uchiha. At the time of Suou being of 20 years of age, this boy was just turning 12. Though, Tsukasa had a great deal of power and his understanding of Nen was near that of his father's. Therefore, Suou had to learn from his little brother for the next stage of training.
Suou and Tsukasa would train in Nen together for the next five years until Ocean began to interrogate Suou about his past. This entire time, Ocean had not interfered in Suou's life, but now needed to know more about Suou explained what had happened and, to show Suou the effects of such power, Ocean took both of his son to see what was left of Kumogakure. When they arrived, they saw that there was nothing but death and destruction with a few refugees lying around. Luckily, nobody had seen Suou's face or else there would be hell for him to pay. Suou finally understood the severity of what he had done and a sense of shame finally overcame him. He wanted to do something to make a difference.
Suou, Ocean, and Tsukasa would spend about a week or so in the ruins of the village and would help the refugees out a bit. Near the end of their stay, they encountered a woman with a young daughter, named Fumiko, and she needed help. Ocean had soem supplies left to help her, but she was deathly ill and wouldn't make it much longer, whether they used the medicines or not. Ocean would have a private meeting with this woman for a short while. Her last wishes were for Ocean to take her daughter away from this place and then give her a better life. That's all she wanted. Ocean agreed and then told Suou about her wishes. Ocean forced Suou to assume a role of guardianship over this girl before they brought her back to Konohagakure.
On their way back to Konoha, they were confronted by some former ANBU of Kumogakure. They were experts in tracking chakra signatures and assassination and they had locked in on Suou's chakra. They remembered it after having fought against it many times in the past. They called him out on his actions and Suou instantly knew that this was bad for not just him, but the girl, too. There was going to be a lot of explaining to do once they were out of that situation. Suou asked Ocean and Tsukasa to leave and allow him to handle this. He wanted to get Fumiko to safety. Ocean nodded and instantly grabbed the girl then seemed to vanish. He used his power over Nen to launch his body towards the village at a speed that was faster than light itself. Suou laughed and wondered if he'd ever reach the same level. Tsukasa, even after being told to leave, stayed by Suou's side to fight.
The fight went on for hours and, when it finally ended, only Suou remained, kneeling at the side of his brother. During the fight, a lightning jutsu had be blasted through Tsukasa's heart. He was holding on with the very last ounce of strength in order to speak with his brother. Tsukasa told Suou that he was finally ready to complete his training in Nen, but Suou refused to go on unless Tsukasa was with him. The dying boy lifted his arm and placed his hand over Suou's heart, declaring that he would live on forever in the hearts of those who love him. It was right then that Tsukasa's head dropped and his whole body went limp. Suou buried Tsukasa there.
Even after Suou returned, there was no speaking of the accusations made of Suou. That wouldn't last long, though. Things would get difficult for everyone seven years later, when Ocean told Suou that he was leaving him in charge and would not be returning. Tensions rose all around the village, but they were especially heavy between Suou and Fumiko. She finally had to know about his past. She asked him what they were talking about before when they declared Suou as the man whom had completely destroyed Kumogakure. He told her of how he was once a weapon of Iwagakure in the war that had been waging for nearly twenty years before her birth. He had no choice to do it, but he now felt horrible for those whom were killed or left without homes. Things were tough for the two of them, but they eventually settled their differences and remained as a strong family.
For the next five years, Suou would be ruling over Konohagakure just as Ocean had before him. His goal was to always lead his home into the right direction and to always bring glory to that place.
