Personality: Pan is an adventurous girl with seemingly boundless amounts of energy. If there is an object she resembles most, it'd be a bouncing ball that doesn't stop bouncing. Her drive comes from her simple philosophy of wanting to try everything under the sun, literally everything, impossible as that may sound. But then to a young girl such as Pan, the world was there to be conquered. It'd be a shame if an entire day was just wasted away doing nothing after all. Seize the day while you can!
Pan possesses an innocent cheeriness that often makes her appear like an airhead. The fact that she is blonde doesn't help alleviate that impression one bit. Of course, Pan, being Pan, doesn't mind it one bit. Why worry about what other people thought of her when she could be busy doing other things? Like conquering the world, for instance. She holds a positive attitude towards people and life in general, with the firm belief that there is always a silver lining in every cloud.
Pan isn't the most astute of young girls. She can be hopelessly clueless about situations until an explanation is literally shoved in her face. It sometimes makes communication with her very exasperating as she just can't "get it", not even after you draw diagrams and write essays to explain it. She is rather slow on the uptake when it comes to gossip and happenings as well, so if something scandalous happens in school, you can be pretty sure she'd be the last one to find out about it.
Pan can be very sensitive towards people's emotions despite her general clueless-ness towards other things. She tries hard not to step on toes when possible, and offers comfort when her friends need it. There are few people that Pan hold close to her heart, and she treasures each and every one of them dearly. She also hates seeing others suffering, animals included, and harbors a childish hope that somehow, she can one day right all the wrongs in this world.
Appearance: Inspired by this avi, but I believe some changes are needed to modernize her??? She has short blonde hair, blue gray eyes, and is quite slight in size. She is of a fairly healthy weight and often dresses in cute, brightly colored outfits. She also likes to wear hats, messenger caps are her favorite.
History: Pan never knew any parents to speak of. She was abandoned as a baby and was brought up by the one and only grandfather she has ever known, and for a very long time, that was enough for her. It was when she started going to school and socializing with other kids that she noticed she was the odd one without any mother or father. It was strange, but she tried not to let that little detail bother her.
However, Pan still can't stop wondering about her real parents. She was certain they must have their reasons for abandoning her, and she often wonders why. Would they perhaps recognize her if they saw her on the streets? Would she be able to find them even? If there was anything that truly bothered her on a constant basis, it would be this lingering question about her parents and identity.
Other than that one little hiccup about her identity, life for Pan has been fine and dandy. Her landlord and apartment neighbor run a quaint little coffee shop on the first floor of their shop house. Jameson Oldbridge has three sons, the youngest of whom is Pan's age and (arguably) best friends with the girl. She enjoys dragging her best friend Louis Oldbridge off on "adventures" and getting the "stuffy kid" to lighten up. Pan also owns a grumpy minute owl she has christened Hermes.
Family: Jonas Milford, Pan's grandfather, has been a postman for almost his entire life. He had two sons who died before reaching adulthood and his wife passed away two years ago after a long fight with cancer. He has been living alone since then. One day, he was out doing his rounds and by chance, heard crying somewhere off the streets. That was when he found a baby, left alone in a basket. He took her home, and has never looked back since then. Pan knows of this, as Jonas often reiterates how splotchy and adorable she looked when she was bawling her head off when he found her.
Her true parentage is a mystery.

Desires: One of Pan's deepest desires is to single-handedly change the world for the better. Failing that, a more personal wish is to discover who her true parents are, and what she could've been instead of Pan Milford.

Weapon: Bow and arrows
Type of Magic: Her arrows are imbued with the power of fire, which can inflict pretty serious burns or cause things to burst into flame. She also has the ability to see things from extreme distances, perhaps to better search for her parents.
Outfit: Perhaps something Victorian-age-ish with some kind of modern twist? like these maybe ugu, or stuff like tights paired with shorts, boots, cute blouse, vest, hat (messenger cap!!), pinstripes, frilly bows, etc etc. I'll leave this up to the artist tho!!

Pan Milford is just too cute to handle! We couldn't find anything wrong with her, her history and personality have a whimsical flair to it that's unique from many of the girls in our roster, and we're more than excited to welcome her into the Puella Magi ranks! Congratulations!
