So, you look new around here! What’s your name?: Ah! A-are you talking to m-me? My...my name? Oh, uh, it's...Selka. All of it? Um, Selka...Selka Rasiv...
Oh? And what do you do?: I...well, I'm...um...I'm a first year student...w-why are you looking at me like that?
Hmmm…you look: Um, female.
Well, how old are you? H-how old? I'm...well, um, fifteen, but I'll be sixteen soon if that helps...?
What race might you be? ...Er, human? I mean...um, I don't mean to be offensive or anything, but, um...what else is there?
And your Affinity: Affinity...um, I like the dark, I guess...if that's okay. It's easier to, er, hide in the dark.
Do you have any skills or abilities? Oh. Well, um, I guess I'm okay at carpentry and sewing and stuff like that. I like things, so, see, I like to be able to fix them if something, um, goes wrong with them. Things are very patient with me, and, um, they don't try to make me, ah, talk. I hope I'm not bragging. And, ah, I'm good at hiding. People don't, um, see me usually. I like to hide.
Hey, maybe we’re in the same Fighting Arts Class: Oh, um, I'm not very good at fighting. I take archery because I like to shoot, but, well, ah, only if I don't have to shoot at people. Or animals. Or anything but targets.
So, how would you describe yourself? ...Describe myself? Um, my name is Selka and, ah, I'm fifteen and I'm shy. What? What do you mean? I'm Selka and I'm shy. And fifteen. Oh, physically? Well, um...I'm kind of skinny and very small and not very noticeable, and I like to hide. I have medium-length mousy-brown hair and forgettable greyish eyes that kind of, um, reflect what I'm looking at so no one is quite sure what colour they are. People find it difficult to remember what I look like. Ah, I'm kinda pale? With freckles? And I like pants and shirts instead of dresses, and um, my clothes are usually grey with some brown...I'm sorry, I really don't understand the question...A-a photo? I'm sorry, I don't have one...I'm very, um, camera-shy.
What type of person do you think you are? I-I'm sorry, what? Um, I'm shy. And not very noticeable. And I blush a lot, and I like to, ah, be by myself...I like to fix things and make them beautiful and, er, useful...I don't, um, really know if this is what you want...not enough? Well, okay...um, I stutter a lot and sometimes I forget to finish my sentences. I like hiding. I think I, um, already told you that, I'm sorry. I...like to read, and be quiet, and think. Uh, well, confrontation makes my stomach hurt, so, um, if I pull a prank, I have to hide right afterwards so that no one can find me. I sometimes take other students', um, things if they don't, well, work right, so I can fix them, and then I, uh, return them...but sometimes I, uh, forget about them, so people blame me when, well, when things go missing...a lot. But I would, um, like to say that people blame me sometimes for things that, ah, I never touched...so, um, maybe they're just, well, lost? I-I'm sorry, I'm not very good at talking about myself.
I’ll keep this a secret..maybe. Tell me three weaknesses: W-weaknesses? Um, well, I don't know...I'm...I'm shy, so people can be kind of...scary. I'm afraid of the outdoors, please don't be offended! It's just so big and...open and there are so many, um, people and nowhere to hide. And, ah, bright lights or fires...it's very hard to hide when it's so bright.
What was life like before Nexus Academy…you know…like when life was normal…haha! Just kidding! Well, um. I guess I've always been shy, and, ah, I don't...talk very much, either. People don't seem to, um, see me when I'm there, even if I'm not hiding. So I...well, I got lost a lot. Not that I was ever lost, you know. It was just, um, that my parents couldn't really...well, see me, so they thought I was, ah, lost. A-and then they would get mad and start looking for me and yelling my name, which gave me stomach cramps and a headache so then I'd have to hide. So I, um, made my parents worry...a lot. And I had five brothers and sisters, so it was easy to, um, forget about me. I liked to take care of the house and make things, and sometimes I, uh, did some cooking, so...
My siblings called me the house fairy, I think affectionately. When they, ah, remembered me, anyway - they were all very loud and bright and blooming, so I found it easy to, um, blend in. And sometimes I would, ah, play little jokes on them. Nothing mean! I wouldn't want to make anyone, um, unhappy or angry. Just little, uh, things, because it was easy since they didn't see me even if I was, well, right there.
I don't know if the people outside our house knew that I actually, um, existed, because I...didn't, you know, like the outside very much. And I think that, that my family might have, uh, also thought that I was, well, not really something people knew about. So, um, when the invitation arrived, we were all very, well, surprised. Some of my older, er, siblings thought that it came to the wrong, um, house. But my parents thought it would be a good idea for me to, ah, come here, because they thought that maybe I would come out of my, well, my shell.
I'm sorry, I'm talking about myself an awful lot.
Anything else?: A...secret? Well, I guess the thing about taking other students' stuff to fix it and, um, return it might be kind of a secret...and I have a lot of hiding places in the school...but I'm not gonna say where, is that okay?
I know who that is peeking behind you! It’s what? Oh, SilentShadowDreamer...yeah, she follows me everywhere. It's, um, kind of strange...not to be rude or anything...

Yay! I'm glad she works for you. And her constantly hiding might explain why it took so long for anyone to notice she was around, what with all these colourful characters... ninja of course I know who you are you are Talon it says so right by your post *shot*

Shoes...and clothes...and weapons...and hairbrushes...that all mysteriously reappear better than they used to be. Unless Selka forgets that she took them to fix them. And then they will sit in her 'I forgot' pile until someone starts yelling about whatever's missing. >.>
