Who wouldn't be impressed with the numbers of people and trainers that got on and off of the docks. arriving into Kodo from the boat systems, much like how Rayan herself got there.
It was late in the afternoon as another boat drifted into the docks, and slowly began to unload the passengers for the day. A tall, wiry form waited by the wooden fence surrounding the murky dock waters, and helping to reduce the number of people falling in. She had to wonder how often that didn't help.
The Ex-trainer had a soft smirk playing long her wide lips, spending her time with a couple of curious wingull that decided to come over curiously. Always open for the company of pokemon, the women was more then happy to entertain the birds for a while.
She had turned her attention away however, as more and more people started to enter Kodo shores. Together with the two Wingul Rayan tried to pick out the trainers for the normal citizens, and even more important, she was trying to pick out anyone interesting enough who would possibly be looking to celebrate their arrival here. Rayan was hoping she could meet some new people, make contacts, and possibly even new friends. Heck today was already starting off great, already she made friends with two Wingul on the harbor. Those two were awesome!

One of the people in the crowd unloading from the latest boat didn't blend in very well. Her hair was bright blue, she was covered in tattoos, and one of her arms looked like it was made of metal. The girl looked around nervously and slowly made her way with a few things of luggage and away from the sea of bodies. There didn't seem to be any pokemon with her, at least not outside of pokeballs, but there were six balls attached to the belt wrapped around the waist of her overalls.
