Is there some sort of English->Dragon translator or something? I have met people who type ONLY in dragon-tongue and nothing else and it's hard to speak with them ._.

I wouldn't have a clue!

I would be concerned if those around me spoke in dragon tongue. Just saying.

Try here: LINK but Beth has only released about 600 words that can be translated from English into Dovah. Here is another link that might help. and this one, oh and this one too.
