He can use them to attack enemy's at mid range and close range by extending his blood and using them and firing close range projectiles that radiating heat from him. The heat come from his body but even if he's cold the blood works like gaunta's hitting the target like a bullet

Personality:He is very sadistic and enjoys causing his enemy pain. Yet when he goes against an ally he backs off a little. He is caring towards friends and help those who needs it.
History:Flare doesn't remember much before he murdered those people. He was watching a gang of people beating up a defenseless kid and he went to stop them. Instead them diverted they're attention to him. He fought hard but they just beat him down. He grew angrier and angrier on how he couldn't stop this. That's when his powers kicked in and he slaughtered them all. He laughed and crazed more. So he went hunting suitable people to murder. He was loving every minute of it till he nearly killed the same kid he tried to protect. He lost sight of what happened and passed out. Next thing he knew he was in G block and had stuff next to him. He knew were he was from the people who had escaped. Now he fights to live to see day light again and to atone for his sins.
