It's all right... but your profile can't be accepted.
One: The rules state that no powers are allowed. Therefore, your character's ability to transform his arm into a weapon in unacceptable.
Two: His name... it's optional, but could you shorten it to three names? It's way too long.
Three: According to Cowboy Bebop, Earth's pretty much a wasteland, and all of the landmasses are divided into sections. Continents or countries don't have meaning anymore since the landmass is changing so much.

Bio: Xiwang doesn't know her origins, but was left on Earth after her parents and her supposed little sister's deaths. She wandered the streets aimlessly, but was taken in by a young man named Adrian, who had also taken in a little girl years ago. She was raised and taught to fight by him.
As Xiwang grew up under the care of Adrian, she met the girl that Adrian raised in the past. She feared the girl with the long white hair, but was able to pick up on a lot of battling tips from her. Bio: Lenn was just about as normal a kid could get. He has a younger brother named Lexu and he absolutely adores him. However, a tragic event took place in Lenn's life when he was about 18 and caused him to turn into a psychopath who hates everyone and everything with Lexu as the only exception.
In order to avoid getting tracked down by social services and getting enough food to eat, Lenn steals absolutely whenever he can. Growing up with little money, Lexu has also reverted to stealing. Despite his domestic life, Lenn does attend a community college, but is failing and is a firebrand.

Her mother got pregnant when she was very young and Meg turned out as the result. Since her boyfriend left her, Meg's mother had to fend for herself, but eventually reverted to alcohol as her sacrosanct. Meg ran away from her mother's abuse when she was 7. She too fended for herself on the streets, but was sent to jail several times and hated absolutely everyone, but got along very well with animals for some reason. Her parents ended up deserting her after she was caught by the fuzz one too many times. After he was let out, Josh went on to become an even worse delinquent. He currently works for a secret society and unfortunately, does many inhumane things that upset not only himself, but others around him including his girlfriend. I apologize, but none of the characters are approved at the moment. The reasons: 1. Their biographies are very vague and short, which doesn't explain much about each character at all. Use a minimum of seven sentences, and please go into detail. 2. The character Xiwang Lee has unrealistic proportions. Although this is a fictional roleplay, you still need to consider some realism, and in the real world (and in the Cowboy Bebop universe), a six foot girl weighing 110 pounds would be classified as anorexic. Use the appropriate proportions for your characters. There are some helpful height and weight charts on Google. 3. Could you tone Josh's skills down a little? Not everyone is perfect. Even Superman has downfalls.

I've fixed all the problems requested of me. However, Xiwang's body proportions weren't exactly unrealistic as you've said. There are people in the world with very high metabolism. I am one of these people and I'm 5 "2, 90 pounds. My close friend Briana is 5 "4 and has yet to hit 90 pounds. Not everyone is perfect.
