Hello there. So, I did one of these a long while ago in the Avatar Talk SubForum on Gaia [Not the one we're currently speaking in], and I decided it might be cool to do it again, just here, opposed to there. Basically, you can ask me whatever questions you'd like to about your avatar [i.e. Where/how they grew up, their name, their back story, anything!!! (With certain... Exceptions - Read the rules in the next post)]. I really like interesting questions, so throw at me what you've got to throw!!! If you want to ask me a question, just say something like, "I'd like to ask a question!!!" or something, showing that this is what you want; after saying something like that, just post your question and I'll reply as soon as I have the time to do so.
If you would like an actual rating of your current avatar, just ask for it [choose from the selection of rates in a following post], and I'd be pleased to rate it. And before you ask, no, I'm not a person who just answers with numbers. I normally rate in paragraph format, with suggestions, the overall rate, and whatever else I find that I should add; but depending on the rate you choose, it may vary.
If you'd like to rate whatever my current avatar happens to be, feel free to!!! I'd be totally cool with that. Just know, it's not required to rate my avatar for me to answer your questions or rate your avatar. It's just a little "if you'd like to" thing~

Rules 1.] You may ask up to a maximum of 7 questions, if you so please. 2.] Keep your questions within the Gaia ToS and the rules of this Guild. 3.] Don't rush me with replying; may I be somewhat "good" at this, it still takes time if you want it to end up being a "good" reply [Also, if you don't quote me, it's likely that I'll take even longer to reply] 4.] Please only ask for a maximum of two different rates per post, so I do not get overwhelmed with rates. 5.] Have fun with it all!!! I'm doing this for fun, and I want you to have fun, as well!!!

Selection of Rates Classical - This is your basic, overall, rate. It states what I like, what I find it could use, and overall rate, and basically whatever else I find I'd like to add.
Pop - This is a basic praise rate. It states what I especially like about your avatar, why I like it, and et cetera.
Grunge - This is your standard suggestions rate. In this rate, like you would assume, I tell you what I find could use work, and I will give suggestions as to what might in fact work.
Mash Up - This is a combination of the Pop and the Grunge rates, but a tad more brief than it would be if you chose the two opposed to this one. Basically, I sum up what I like, what I don't like, and what I think will help.
Studio - [If I can come up with something...] In the Studio rate, I will give you a link to a song that I find best suits your avatar.
Hardcore - In this rate, I will determine if I absolutely love your avatar or not. In another post, I will place all the avatars that I find belong in the Hardcore tab. If I don't find that your avatar quite sums up, I'll just let you know.
[[As I come up with more ideas, I will add more types of rates. If you have any rate ideas, let me know!!!]]

Sure thing. Classical Rate : It looks overall pretty nice, but I see a few things that could be worked with. I like that you made the colour scheme the basic monochromatic, but did not use the Astra: Curse of the Gray Wizard item [like most people do to change the scheme to monochrome]. So, the colour scheme, definitely good. The main problem I see is that, there doesn't exactly seem to be a theme. While there is repetition, I cannot identify an overall theme for the avatar. Otherwise, the flow of the items could be helped a bit. The flow of the items is not necessarily all too great. It seems a bit jumbled [I don't think you were going for a perfect clutter], and the background items seem somewhat scattered. On the get-go, the avatar has a nicely played out colour scheme, a theme could be implicated more, and the flow could be tweaked just a little to make it look nicer. All in all, I rate your avatar a 7/1O.

Oh! So this isn't a game thread. Just what I needed though cause I was looking for some feedback anyway.
Questions: 1. What sort of personality do you think my avatar has? 2. What name would you give her? 3. What sort of job does she have? 4. What sort of goals/aspirations would my avatar have? 5. How old do you think she is? 6. Does she have any bad habits? 7. Does she want a relationship?
I dunno if these are the kind of questions you wanted but I hope you have fun answering them anyway.
Give me a classical as well.

Nope, not a game thread. I'll respond to the Classic Rate in another post, I'll hit the questions in this one.
1.] "What sort of personality do you think my avatar has?" 1.] -She has a very outgoing personality, before and after you meet her. She can sometimes be reckless or a little out of hand, but that is all a part of who she is. If the moment calls for it, she can do her best as to acting seriously, but sometimes it just doesn't work. When she's with her friends, she tends to be a playful [but not overly playful] and exciting person to be around.
2.] "What name would you give her?" 2.] -I find that the name "Akira Chiharu" suits her well. Translating to "Bright" and "One thousand Springs". In reference to her bright personality and that being in her presence could be compared to "one thousand Springs".
3.] "What sort of job does she have?" 3.] -She works as a pilot. Not for large aircrafts or for transportation purposes, though. She lives on a farm and helps do crop dusting. She quite enjoys this, but sometimes gets a little carried away when it comes down to it.
4.] "What sort of goals/aspirations would my avatar have?" 4.] -She doesn't necessarily have any goals or aspirations. She likes to stay and be happy in the present time, and wait to see what happens as the future draws nearer.
5.] "How old do you think she is?" 5.] -I would say that she would be around the age of nineteen. Not exactly fully grown, but not necessarily leaving her teen years, either.
6.] "Does she have any bad habits?" 6.] -Yes; due to her outgoing personality and reckless traits, sometimes while she's out on the farm, she likes to take the plane out to do skywriting. She of course gets shunned for this, as her parents believe that it is a waste of energy, fuel, and the like.
7.] "Does she want a relationship?" 7.] -She doesn't portray herself as the relationship type, and she seems to look at it as more of a setback rather than anything terribly good. Although she feels this way, a childhood friend of hers has feelings for her, yet to be expressed, and that she does not know about.

And here's the Classic Rate : It looks pretty well put together. There aren't exactly many flaws that I see on it. The colour scheme looks very nice, and you have it flowing quite well, too. The only thing that I see that might want to be changed is the hair. It's a brighter shade than the other greens that you use, and it pops out more. I find it might be better if you get a hair that is more closely coloured to the other shades of green that you have [although I know the amount of green items on Gaia is rather limited]. I also really like the inversion colour scheme that you did on the avatar, though. That's something that not very many people do [or can do], so it's another nice touch. All in all, the avatar looks very well done, and only has that one flaw [that I can see] that I mentioned in the second paragraph. Overall, I rate it a 9/1O

Studio and Pop Rates : StudioI like the style that you have set up. First off, the shades of red in the two characters work pretty well together, as, it's largely the colour in your avatar, while in the NPC [So to speak] it's the lesser colour. And then the blacks, in your avatar, are the lesser, in the NPC, the blacks are the majority. It's a nice and even layout of the shading. Regarding the theme, it definitely is there. Obviously Asian based. It seems somewhat Zen, but somewhat not. Regarding the fact that they're playing Othello, it actually kind of works with the base set. Although you can't see your avatar's face, the face of the NPC looks intent, adding to the depth of the theme. All in all, the the colours are quite nicely laid out, the theme is an interesting one, definitely, and the flow is nice.
[[Regarding the questions, do you mind at least changing them a little to suit yourself??? A variety is nice sometimes, if it doesn't trouble you to do so.]]
