Amphi nearly bounced in her room when she had heard that Roch had returned home. Nevermind she had been easily distracted by talking more with Thana and meeting of Shun and other things.
But she was worried about Roch, and was excited to at least know that he was home. But ohhhh....She did want to at least greet him once before prom. Properly. So she packed all of her sweets and teas and strapped them to her back and trucked her way to Roch's dorm.
Er....And then stood outside his door awkwardly.
Cue Mind to body clues of awkwardness:
1. Flush
2. Shifting all over
3. playing with her hair
4. Er should she knock...stare....
she settled on knocking and shyly looked down at the ground. Okay she could do this. Give him a hug, pat on the head and then...then go.

Slowly the doorknob turned, and the door swung into the room--not because someone was pulling it, but because of its own weight, almost. It seemed a bit creepy--until a tiny little will o the wisp peeked around the doorframe--grew huge eyed--and tried to close the door in Amphi's face. Something made a sound behind her, though, and the little pixie minipet let go, flying away.
The room was empty, but that didn't seem right. In fact the little pixie minipet was fluttering to a room built into the corner, where she stopped, turned, and fluttered in front of.

Amphi looked up, prepared to say hello to Roch and instead was met with a empty doorway.
Er...Scratch that. Not empty, occupied by a small female Wisp. Amphi stared at it for a second before shyly adding, "Um Hello-" which almost got the door shut on her face.
Oh...was the wisp shy!?! THAT WAS SO CUTE...!! The little thing flew off before the mermaid could offer any kinda of trusting comfort, into the room and off a bit further.
Amphi blinked before pushing the door open more...."Roch?" She called hesitantly, taking a couple of steps in while looking around. Not a soul...but the wisp had stopped in front of another room so maybe....
"Roch? Are you over here?" She set her pack down next to the door and headed to the corner room...

The little will o the wisp landed on the handle of the door, then held both arms out, pressing her back against the door. It looked adorable, but Riff was actually trying to protect her precious owner from this pretty vamp of a female out to get all of his attention!
Why or why did her Rochy have such pretty friends? It wasn't fair!!

"Is Roch in there?" She asked the small little wisp, "Thank you for showing me the door." She went back to her pack, took out a spookie for the small pixie and offered it to her. "That's my thanks. Also your a pretty little thing so....Be careful when eating it!" She nodded...
"Um...Do you think Roch will get mad if I open the door?" She asked the pixie, her hand hesitating on the handle.

Riff fluttered off with her spookie without bothering to answer that question. Maybe this one wasn't COMPLETELY bad, she decided--all the while going to the highest place in the room to keep her spookie from being stolen.
And then there was just the door. There were no sounds from inside to be heard, there was no sign other than the pixie's protectiveness to show that Roch was in there. That mysterious... strange little room built into the dorm room.
Where had Roch gotten an entire room built into his room to begin with? And WHAT was in it??

Amphi watched as the little pixie took off with her treat and smiled. At least the pixie had taken it! Such a cute little friend Roch had.
When the pixie though offered her no more answers, the turned the handle, opening the door to peek her head in.
Whatever the room was...Amphi would find Roch.
"Roch? Are you in here??"

"GOOD MORNING HEARTACHE!! YOU'RE LIKE AN OLD FRIEND, COME SEE ME AGAIN!" Roch's voice bellowed out the words of " Old Friend" his hand wrapped around the mic on the small platform at the end of the tiny room. Music was blaring from all the speakers in the ceiling, that surrounded the room, and Roch was-- Shirtless, and a bit sweaty. And really loud. Not many actually got to see him being this punk.

Amphi blinked as sound vibrated from multiple speakers, her hair blowing a bit behind her as Roch's voice boomed out of the speakers.
Blinking at the reaper, she was struck dumb as she stared at what he was doing...what he was singing....
And his lack of clothing. yes, That had not escaped with the mermaid. How come it was that with every reaper she met, they were taking there close off.
She flushed as she continued to stare awkwardly at the door at Roch.
"Um...."

He stopped the song. The sudden silence was almost as shocking as the loudness. "Uh..." And then he just looked at her blankly, trying to figure out what was going on. "Did I forget to lock the door again?" he finally asked. "Oh well. Hi."

"Ah...Yes! Well no...Your pixie friend let me in...But I gave her a spookie so she disappeared..." She continued to stare at Roch, taking a couple steps towards the boil. Her feet seeming to echo a little against the sudden silence.
"Hi." She smiled shyly as she walked up to the steps of the small stage he stood on, coming to stand next to him.....
And then reached out to hug him. "Welcome home Roch. Did you have fun in the desert?"
But don't worry, that action did cost Amphi a lot of blush power, her whole body turning red as her face ducked down instead of looking up into Roch's face. Her slim arms squeezed tight around a shirtless body oh god shirtless, why were they always shirtless. And why did his chest feel so warm.....
This was acceptable behavior for friends after all though and she wouldn't lie. She missed Roch. She HAD BEEN WORRIED ROCH YOU JERK. "I am glad you are safe and at home...."

He stood there, a bit awkwardly as she hugged him, then reached up, ruffling her hair slightly. "Hey," he said. "Um... well... I'm back," he said, as if that was an answer to her questions. His mind was a mix of "what the jack" and "why is she hugging me??" with a good dose of "WTJ am I supposed to do now?"
Slowly he hugged her back, because it seemed to be expected.

She continued to hug the reaper, and blushed even more when his arms came around her but refused to let go for some reason....She was hugging all her displeased feelings out into Roch.
DISPLEASED FEELINGS ROCH.
Her hug only got tighter.
"I missed you." She said quietly, "But....." She wiggled in his arms to look up at him, "I came to bring you snacks and drinks and such. Do you want to take a break from singing?"

"Snacks?" he asked, straightening. "Jack yes I want snacks! I'm down to my last few pizzas, it suuuucks," he told her. "An' I keep forgetting to ask Monica to get me some new ones. Wha'd you bring?"
The whole displeased thing was ignored for the food. Roch was a very simple boil when it came down to it. He pulled away from her, grabbing a towel from the couch and wiping off quickly. "Then... y'wanna try?" he offered. "It's a lot of fun! Just don't pick Spice Ghouls, for the love of Jack."

"Ah yes! Spookies and some Candies and some sweet teas." She refused to let go of the boil too. Somehow working her way around him so that he could move and she could still get all her displeased feelings out.
She wiggled around to his side as he wiped himself off with the towel. And then slid back to continue to cling to the boil. Don't ask her rper, Amphi had a odd way of showing her feelings.
"Try singing in here?" She blinked, blue eyes widening. "Me...In here?!? Oh but...I don't want to take it from you! Oh but...It would be fun too..." She was clearly debating on just how to proceed.
Unforuntantly while she debated on snacks, singing and clinging to Roch, Roch was losing precious time for those same treats in his room resting in her pack. All the while, there was a obnoxious mermaid attached to him like a barnacle.
Barnacle Amphi....
