Sepheran stood silently staring out, or what appeared to be staring anyway since his eyesight was so bad he could only see blurred masses, among the mass of trees that was known to be the Weeping Forest. He knew that a small distance away the Lost Clans had made their new home, and while he could not enter it didn't stop him from occasionally wandering nearby to offer wordless wishes that the clans should thrive.

Sepheran, was one of the lucky few who got to see the clans in all their glory, before the incident with the Hunters that destroyed such beauty anyway. It was an experience that truly changed him. Before he was young and inexperienced, he still was, but now he had focus for the future. He would continue to grow ever stronger, strong enough so that he could stop humans from destroying everything he loved. He had loved the clans, it was a funny thought since most thought those of Halloween were beneath them, but they had allowed the students into their homes. They showed them their culture, and taught him new strength. It was truly a shame that their home was destroyed.

Sepheran sighed lightly. Liannan, his pet snake slide herself up his arm and nestled her head lightly against his neck. Sepheran lifted a land giving her a light pet. "I'm fine Liannan, thanks for worrying though. Someday...someday I will get strong enough to protect everyone. I won't let the Hunters get away with this. They will pay..." he murmured before turning away about to head back towards the school again. After a few steps however he paused and turned his head back, foggy white eyes looking into the forest...

Pich once again found himself searching the Weeping Forest for supplies. So much was still needed to build there new home up to the standards some of his people were used to. He was fine, but the priestesses should have grand temples, not these makeshift dwellings.

So far he had found nothing more useful than a bit of fruit, but he knew it was a new favorite of a couple of the priestesses, so he gathered as much as he could. Moving on, he paused when he heard a muffled voice through the trees. Stepping carefully so as to be as quiet as possible, he crept closer. The voice stopped as its speaker came into view, a green haired boy with clothes that a member of the conquest clan would not have felt out of place in. The detail that caught Pich's attention, however was the snake twined around the boy, her head resting companionably against his neck.

As the boy began to walk away, Pich moved closer, quiet now out of habit rather than caution. He was curious about the snake, and hoped to get a better look.

Sepheran just stood there for a while, almost as if deciding something before he finally spoke out to the wind. "Who is out there? I may not be able to see, but that doesn't mean I don't know you're there..." Sepheran began, turning back around so he faced the forest his body slightly stiff as if ready to attack at any moment, unsure of whether the presence he felt was friend or foe. "Let Liannan here see you, else you be named an enemy and I'll be forced to attack," the basilisk boil replied hoping he sounded like he meant it at least.

Liannan snaked her way from Sepheran's neck to his arm tightening her grip slightly before lifting half herself upwards eyes staring to the brush, tongue flicking in and out tasting the air. She hissed lightly, not intimidatingly, but more like a gentle coaxing to come closer. She knew how cautious Sepheran had become lately, not no fault of his own of course after everything he seen happen, and experienced. Still she did not feel threatened by whoever was lurking in the forest. She let her own calmness try to seep into Sepheran slightly happy when he relaxed slightly, even if it was just a little.

Pich froze. The boil must have an exceptional sense of hearing, or perhaps smell, for he had been behind him the entire time, sight had never even entered the equation. But what good would having the snake see him do? Perhaps she was trained to watch for hostility? It would make sense, now that the other had turned he could see eyes with the milky coating of near or total blindness. The way they moved however indicated that sight was not entirely lost to this odd student.

He stepped to where he could be easily seen, making no sudden movements. He had an idea of how fast a snake could strike, and had no desire to cause this one to do so. Over this distance he may have time to summon his weapons, but he had no desire to hurt the beautiful creature. At the almost... inviting?... hiss, he moved a bit closer though still out of ready striking range just in case. He kept his body language relaxed and non-threatening, communicating to the serpent rather than its person.

For a moment Sepheran just stood there still slightly stiff even after the other showed himself. After a few soft hisses between boil and snake however the male finally relaxed, eyes closing once more. "I see...I must beg your pardon for may cautiousness...after everything that's happened in Halloween I'm sure you can understand why I'm on edge. I was worried the Hunters might be scouting for another attack...I'm glad I was wrong," Sepheran said bowing and giving a reassuring smile so the other knew that he would no longer attack now that he knew his target was not human. "Thank you for showing yourself...you came from the forest, so are you a Clan member?" Sepheran questioned curiously.

Liannan, now content that her charge was not going to strike out, stretched herself along Sepheran's arm so that she could comfortably rest her head on his shoulder. Every once in a while she would make a small hiss, but the white snake seemed perfectly content at the moment. She could not feel any threat coming for the other, so she used the opportunity to take a small break.

Pich growled softly at the mention of the group that had destroyed his home, speaking up for the first time. "Believe me, I harbor no sympathy for that scum." the Horseman rumbled. "I had a... similar concern. Forgive me if I worried you, it was not my intention. "My name is Pich. I am of the Death Clan. Or was... You are a student, I assume?" he continued in his normal, soft voice, curiosity and politeness winning out over his shy nature and currently targetless anger.

Though he spoke to the boil, his eyes continued to follow the snake, only occasionally glancing at the other's face.
