Bio: Kira lead a normal life for a vampire. Her parents taught her everything she needed to know and one day they left the safety of the Palace of Ruin and were killed by humans and witches when she was 40. She has a hatred for the two species ever since. She has never left the Palace of Ruin in fear that she herself would be killed.
Magic: Blood Manipulation-The ability to form blood into an object, weapon or shield when it is outside of a body.
Normal traits a vampire would have; enhanced senses, agility, speed, strength and the ability to transform into a wolf or bat. Kira prefers to transform into a wolf than a bat.
