Coa had not touched Fang since her talk with Hess a few days ago. She had locked her self up in her office and hadn't seen anyone but her father, Star was off doing something off base right now. She was taking a break and was dancing. She had on her hand made headphones that blocked out all sound. She had one music and dance idol, Boa, and she loved her moves and was learning all her dances. She was listening to Energetic right now and working on the dance for it. She was good, she was almost as good as Boa she thought now. She danced and tried to stop thinking about Hess...how he just didn't seem to care about her words to him...about how Sky had told her that he went to the base and met with one of the kids already. She closed her eyes and danced, knowing her office like her own tool box and knowing she wouldn't run into anything. Her office wasn't locked cause Sky was supposed to come have dinner with her in a while.

Hess was scolded for his actions, but not as harsh since he came home unharmed, he wasn't sure if he got through with Ivan or not but he didn't want to think about it anymore. He figured he should apologies for making Coa cry. Making his way to her office he opened the door and looked around, spotting her ...dancing... He didn't know what to think, he never saw her move in such a way. He froze there for a few minutes trying to calculate what was going on before he noticed her spotting he was there. Taking a step back he slammed her door shut. It was a bit of a shock to him still as he tried to hurry back to his room, his head down, not watching where he was going.

Coa was in the middle of a complicated move when she turned and saw him watching her. She froze and panted as she looked at him. Some one had seen her! Was watching her!! and worse it was Hess! And she was sure she looked like an idiot! And then he ran and slammed her door shut again and she knew she looked stupid. Oh god she was dead now. She hated dancing any place but alone or at the clubs she snuck out to go to at night. She took off her head phones and put them on her desk and panted. Why had he run? If she was that bad he could have at least laughed at her or said something! Her mother temper flashing she stormed after him. She was in her normal outfit but the sleeves to her overalls were down off her shoulders making her chest and stomach more visible. She stormed after him and saw him in the hall. "The hell Hess couldn't even tell me how stupid i looked to my face! Just going to go laugh about it some place else!!" she yelled down the hall after him as she fluffed in anger, her ears to the side as she growled.

Hess winced as he heard he yell, freezing as she stormed up to him. He wasn't laughing but he wasn't looking up at her either, he was to embarrassed to show her that he was actually blushing. He placed his hand over his face hoping it would help hide the blush, he still couldn't calculate in his mind what he thought or felt when seeing her move in such a way.

Growling in anger as he covered his face. "Laughing! Your just going to laugh at me! Cant even confront me about it huh!! The hell Hess how could you be so rude!" she said as she pushed him. "Cant tell me to my face that i lookd stupid but you could tell me that my invention was a failure! That i shouldn't even try with him and then just ignore the fact that i said i loved you!" she pushed him again. "Whats wrong just want to embarrass me on the base now!" she asked as she growled at him. Her hands were fists at her side as she fought back tears and the urge to hurt him.

"No I..." He stumbled back some as she started pushing him. "I would never..." he had a hard time explaining with her yelling at him like such, he thought being scolded once was enough and this time he didn't believe he deserved it. He had a bit of sadness in his eyes as he was treated like such, specially by someone he considered his best friend. He fell back at the second push, landing on his butt as his glasses fell from his face. He didn't bother to pick them up either. Instead he just quietly sat there so she could vent on him.

She looked at him on the floor and frowned. "Never what? Admit that i expressed my feeling to you? That i told you how i felt and you don't care! That you don't seem to know im in pain every day feeling like a failure for Fang and for even thinking that you might like me back! That i thought i could dance and not feel stupid but all i am is stupid! I'm just stupid all around for even thinking i belong here and that someone would want me!" she said as she cried now and her wings shook in anger as she turned from him and growled. She felt so hurt and angry...she had never let her self feel this much anger before but she was embarrassed and upset and she didnt know what else to think, though part of her felt really bad that he had fallen to the ground.

He still stayed where he fell, his head was still lowered, he realized how much he hurt her, and didn't realize how much he did. "I would never laugh at you..." His ears were now folded back adding to the sad look he had on his face. "If it makes you feel better you can hit me. What my dad says is true, it took me forever to figure my surroundings better....I know I can't take my actions back either. I'm sorry..."

Hearing him like that...feling honestly sorry for what he did she fell to her knees, back to him as she cried. "Now im the bad guy...now im just like any Con who loses their temper...I'm...God why did i say that!" she covered her face and cried. "You can do better then me im sorry i keep confusing you." she said as she stood slowly. "I'm going to go lock myself in my office. I'm sorry i pushed you." she said as she glanced at him and hated her self and headed towards her office with tears still falling. She was so stupid. Her damned temper!

He felt like he just continued hurting her. Taking up his glasses he put them on his face, cracked or not he got up and went after her. It took him a bit to catch up to her, grabbing onto her arm. "Coa, stop..." He was catching his breath, he wasn't one to run and really needed some kind of training if just this short distance had him like this. "You shouldn't say such about yourself. You're no Con and you're not a bad person." Taking a deep breath he knew saying this next line would only embarrass him further but he didn't care at the moment. "The kiss,...seeing you dance, the times we're spent together, They've made me realize....I...I love you too......"

She looked at him as he grabbed her and he spoke. She frowned and her ears flattened as she pulled her arms out of his hand. "Lies! Your just trying to cover your a** and not seem like im an idiot! I know im an idiot and theres no need to lie to me just to make me feel better." she said as she turned from him. She wanted to believe him but she couldn't...it hurt to much to just think he was rubbing her words in her own face.

"No I'm telling the truth..." He thought to himself this was probably the same feeling she felt when he didn't realize her feeling for him. He wasn't going to argue with her though. If she felt he was lieing then so be it. He never lied to her before so why would he do so now. His ears stayed lowered as he accepted it though as much as he didn't want to. Turning from her he decided if she didn't want to listen there was no reason to speak as he started to make his way back to his lab.

She listened to him leave and had heard the pain and hurt in his voice. She looked at him and frowned. "Why did it take that to finally get you to see it then? Why was my dancing enough to get you any place! I tried so hard...ive tried for years to get you to notice me! Why now!" she said as she leaned against the wall and slid to the floor and hugged her knees to her chest.

He didn't know himself why, but he did know a way to answer. "As my father would call me...seems it was true. I'm Captain Oblivious." He knew what his mother did and how much it helped him realize what was going on, he just wished it was sooner than later. "I'm sorry I hurt you in any way." He clenched his fist some wanting to invite her to come see him still but he felt so distraught that instead he went to his lab, closing the door behind him.

She watched him leave and fell to the side and curled around her self into a ball. She was an idiot...If he really had feelings they were gone now. Seeing her like this...with her mothers attitude and her anger and her pushng him and yelling he was bound to hate her. She was slipping away into a depression for pushing him away and she just lay there. What did she do...what could she do if he hated her...She would never want anyone but Hess...She had never looked at another or thought of another. Jax had always tried to flirt with her and had sometimes gone to the clubs with her at night for protection and cause he wanted to dance too, and he liked her, but he ment nothing and she always turned him down and pushed him away. She didn't know what to do if she lost Hess.
