Self Observations!OKAY TIME TO GET STARTED. I have no idea what I'm doing, to be honest, so I'll just throw everything that I think could fit here and.. and feel free to comment / let me know what you think (In fact, please do!)

I've been avoiding it because I thought it would be too disruptive, but I think I should have her fall asleep more often? It feels like I've been using it more as an excuse for a scene to end / whatever.
Speaking of narcolepsy, I think I should move it from the flaws and bring it to extra information with some more details on what triggers it. =D ..Since my research tells me it can be more of a psychological disorder, so there should be triggers, right? XD I've been trying to play it like such, in any case.
I want to play up her obsessiveness with Abel. I feel she's being too passive - she should be more of a stalker, damn it! D'<
I want to expand on what she can enchant, how long it would last, how much of a change it would be, etc, etc, in her abilities.
Just for the heck of it, I sorta wanna add a list of the stupid 'spells' she practices that.. really don't work, but she believes they do. =D
I should probably update her appearance since I totally ditched the robe idea. XD And she wears shoes now.
..I want to add a list too of stuff she's gathered over her time. =D Like the eye patch, the six, etc, etc.
...I can't think of anything else. D=< Maybe update her dorm to Quartz? OH. I think I wanna add a room description! owo It sounds fun. D"< YES.

Just because I want a third bullet here, I think I should post as him more often. D'< He should be clinging to his friends a lot more than I show him doing. Sani
I feel I've really, REALLY honed in on his flirtful spirit - which is good, I think, since he's intended to be like that, but he's also supposed to be a studious/investigative person too. 9w9 I think I ought-a play that up a bit more and have him less lust-driven in classes and more interested in learning. =D
Flaws-wise, let's see.. Like I said before, I think he should be more meddlesome/nosy.
I think I want to adjust finicky to be less about phrases and such and more about lies from other people? Since he's nosy and likes to know everything (or that's what I'm going to try to play up), someone attempting to deceive him would irritate him. ..Does that still fall under finicky? >>
Sani needs to be more clingy to people he likes. D'< ..I'm unsure if I've ever really showed this before? I know he drops most of his attention on others if someone he likes shows up, but I'm unsure if that counts enough.. o-o
I think that's all. =D
Lizzie Hard
It's hard to say much on Lizzie.. XD I just think I need to get her out more - she feels too 2-D to me right now.
I think she oughta wear more sun hats, though. D=<
Romane Bissette
I think I just need to post more with her - though, I'm, admittedly, not very worried about her since I've used her plenty of times before. Which is why I'm more than open for people to tell me what they think I should improve on for her. =D Or any of mine, for that matter.

-I definitely think you should play up Xochi's sleepiness D=< I don't recall her ever falling asleep in class. o.O;
-I like the idea of Sani being clingy to the people he likes just because he does seem the sort to have favorites (And I think you've already been doing that to a degree? There are some people he just doesn't show much interest in at all).
-And I do like the idea of playing up his inquisitive nature. I think that gives him more depth than just the 'I'm a hyper man-whore' schtick.
-For Romane, I want to reiterate my concern about making her too obtrusive toward students. Because she tends to have unreasonable demands and expectations and flips out over silly things, I think it's important to make sure that you're not accidentally forcing students (or their RPers) into feeling bullied by a character they can't really defend themselves against because she's a 'teacher' and they'll get in trouble if they stand up to her.
I guess that is mostly just going to be knowing when to throw her in and when not to so she doesn't become an overbearing presence in the RP. XD But I already expressed that to you before and she hasn't been overbearing or harping on people so I think you'll do fine. I'm just stating this again because I can. 8D

8D I remember on Romane and agree! I'm trying to have her focus more on teachers since they can defend themselves and less on students. =3
