Perhaps at the VMAs?
Do you think it will be one of the assumptions (Fame Kills,Private in Public, Element of Crime, etc), or something totally different?
How much do you think we'll learn about the concept of the album after knowing its title? How much hype do you think she'll stir up before the announcement?

The 2012 VMAs have been moved from September 9th (a Sunday) to September 6th (a Thursday). This is odd for two reasons. One is that these things really are never moved, and the VMAs, or any award shows, are almost never on any day of the week except Sunday. I think that they moved it so that Gaga could perform. I mean she is the only person big enough to get an award show date changed. She doesn't have a show on the 6th or the 7th, so it is now extremely possible for her to perform. I expect the lead single to be released between the Oceanic and European legs of the Tour, be promoted during the break, performed as well at VMAs, and then the album will drop between European and South Anerican legs of the tour.

I'm really excited to hear what the title is!
Though it seems like we're going to have to wait a long time for her tour to come to the USA. gonk I hope she stops by the Bay Area/San Francisco.

You are technically right that she could probably get a date moved, but so is Adele, Nicki Minaj and Madonna.
I think that it could be Gaga but Madonna will also be at the VMAs, probably the lead act... I sense hostility breaking out.

September 6th was also the day Princess Diana was buried.Di was called the English Rose Gaga has been tweeting white roses a bunch Fernando Garibay had random tweets about roses too much coincidences.
