Some of you probably know of the quest I'm talking about, I just did it for the first time, and there was just this little part that made me laugh a little.
So you get locked up in the jail in Markarth, framed for several murders. Part of this quest made me regret helping Ulfric take over Skyrim. The funny part of the quest, in my opinion, is where you have to get skooma and trade it for a shiv. Well, you don't have to. I brawled my way in like a true orc would. At one point I was dual wielding shivs with the elemental fury shout in effect, and it was amazing.
Too bad you can't smuggle the shivs into other jails, this would be so great for my thief character...not that I ever let the guards throw me in jail if I get caught stealing or pickpocketing. So let's hear it, in your time in Skyrim, what part of a quest has made you stop and kind of laugh at your situation, or someone else's situation?

This quest didn't really make me stop and LOL but it did make me smile when I figured out what it was referencing. The quest "A Night to Remember," is a reference to The Hangover. The drinking competition was may favorite part, the stuff that you get to say...
There are other quest names that I smiled at as they were referencing real world stuff.
Tbh this is the quest that got me off the Stormcloaks altogether.
Still don't like the Empire much but no, no, no.
I almost wish you could go out and join the Forsworn. 'Cause I might have.

I frankly don't like either side of the conflict. The Empire is ruled by a weak, non-Septim emperor and is riddled with Thalmor spies and agents. The Storm Cloaks are nothing more than a bunch of Icelandic Klansmen calling themselves Freedom Fighters. It's like asking to decide between A version of the Confederacy that makes some valid points and the Roman Empire that's riddled with Nazis.
As for the topic at hand, A Night to Remember is a good one. I also liked the little training session you get to have with that Maryon girl at the College. "Let us never speak of this again" indeed.

I couldn't agree more. Hell I'd be happy if the Empire just fell apart all together. The province's were just fine before some upstart human thought it be a grand idea to bring us all together. Bloody humans and their delusions of grandeur. Now that doesn't mean I agree with the Thalmor oh Hell no they give us Mer a very bad name.
I loved those little quest's with her, I actually married her on my Nerevar Telvanni character profile. She was the only Dunmer female that I like and had a voice I didn't mind hearing all the time.

I like her too. I might actually marry her with my with one of my two Altmen mages, but I dislike that fact that most all the dunmer women in the game are pretty ugly. She's a sweet girl, and she's not THE most hedeous thing in Skyrim, but she ain't winning any contests either...
As for the Empire, I liked the Dragon Emperors, and I didn't mind the Empire in general. They were good for commerce and having one central government and coin wasn't all bad. The reason my people complain is merely pride. We have an over abundance of it as a people.

Oh I know she's not the "top model" of Skyrim, that award goes to a few of the Nord woman, but like you said she was the best looking Dunmer around. Though the Priestess to Azura wasn't all that bad looking but I didn't like her voice.
Oh you got that right, we Mer are proud race, but you Altmer take it too a HUGE new level.

I don't know, my friend, The Breton priestess of Dibella, Senna, is very attractive and there are a few rather good looking Altmer around. It is too bad the only one available is a mummy... I swear, all the magical secrets my people hold and some of us still don't bother keeping their appearance up. All it takes is a very weak regenerative enchantment.
[Thank you. I am personally not sure about the hair...]
Tbh this is the quest that got me off the Stormcloaks altogether.
Still don't like the Empire much but no, no, no.
I almost wish you could go out and join the Forsworn. 'Cause I might have.
Yea, I was half expecting to join a completely new guild to the TES series :l And the fact that forsworn in the open world still attack you after you help them escape sucks too :c

I really hate that, this game is suppose to be keeping track of everything you do and who you interact with, so why can't the bloody leader of the Forsworn let his bros know that you helped him escape and your on the don't ******** with list??

I was just lucky I saved it at the beginning of the quest, I just re-loaded and helped them escape (Up until you get the reward) and then killed them to claim the reward from the guy outside. Serves them right for such treachery. cool
