It's quite an example to try and live up to, though Kaida does not yet remember this. Not used to leading anyone beyond her younger siblings, it remains to be seen whether Kaida will be able to become the leader Nuriko was. In the past, these are the senshi who banded together with their ally Hyakutake for protection no matter how far away they were.

Lady Quartz is an excitable teenager who thinks this monster-fighting thing is pretty cool. However, she has a bit of an issue with Hyakutake’s insistence on protecting her, as well as her sister. Just because they’re a bit younger doesn’t mean they’re any less capable!Civilians of the CourtThose individuals that have found themselves allied with the Court of Refuge, but hold no higher calling as a senshi or knight, are just as varied as the rest of the court itself. And in the past...the only common factor was their close relationships with those considered 'Powered', be they senshi, knight, guardian, or bastion...One was even allied elsewhere in another life...

Foreign Policy The Court of Refuge's policy when dealing with others tends to be very...forgiving. They aren't the sort to think the worst right off the bat. And depending on who they're dealing with tends to dictate who is playing 'ambassador'. Usually, it ends up being Hyakutake herself at current.
Current Allies
The Cometary Court - Allies in the past, and now in the present. Hyakutake and Encke have recently declared their alliance in this life, but no one knows what will come of it.
Lord Uigite - Not a part of the Court of Refuge, really, but definitely around a lot. Essentially...considered an honorary member.
Currently Tentative
The Draconian Court - Hyakutake is not sure what to make of them yet...but where the Cometary Court is, the Draconians are. As such, the Court of Refuge is more likely to work with them than against them.
The Haumean Court - Hyakutake herself is not sure what to fully make of this court's members, but she has worked with Haumea before and has been working with him on parkour so...again, the court is more likely to work with them than against them.
Current Enemies
Polaris - At current, all members of the Court of Refuge are under 'orders' to run if she is seen. Though Hyakutake would like to see her dead, she cares more about the well-being of her court.
