A nice little desert, with large sandy dunes, huge tracks of land, and general tom foolery all about. To the north desert, to the south, more desert. And if I need to explain East or West, I will hurt you in ways inconcievable through the internet... Thats right I will rape your brain with my psycho tropic scissors.

Out from teh swirling Dust stood Kai in all of his glory, conceling his own weapons but revealing the Tenpan sword his Sempai hd given him.

Zen was sitting leaning back with his hands planted on top of a dune. A pair of dark glasses hung over his eyes, and the wind from the south carried the sand past him, creating little wisps of the substance.

Kai's sword flickered in the light of the sun before he nodded, changing his body composition until his skin tone matched the sand and throwing 3 Kunai and 4 Shuriken to his sempai while dragging the sword across the sand creating a rising fissure in the dunes.

The Kunai and Shuriken hit nothing but sand, flashing through the "body" of Zen. The fissure really didn't do anything but look cool.
Zen was nowhere to be seen. The earth buckled for a moment before two solid stone walls ripped out of the sand to Kai's left and right before grunting forward with a blast of sand and speed.

Kaimen Used the walls to his advantage as he pulled the blade from the sand twisting it with a bit more than enough chakra and momentum to it and his feet bounding off the two walls and creating the fissue, wihch was deeper than it seemed, to turn into a large sanding vortex shiftint the two stones.
Kaimen still high in the air was staring down at his thingy not knowing exactly what he was doing with his sword right now as his composition changed again and Kai crackled along the weapon.

The stones were the distraction, and it became far more apparent as a trio of kunai hurtled through the air explosive tags, placed along their handles aimed at the small of Kaimen's back.
What mattered most was that the wind was now coming from the east, along with a large sand storm. It would envelop Kai just as the Kunai should.

~Don't Fail me now~
Kai thought to himself as his body slowly twirled to face the Kunai. Holding up his sword a little orb on the hilt gleamed as hi filled it with rai and it became a large Lighting induced rob he twirled above his head to deflect the Kunai and stay afloat. Having his eyes close the whole time he opened them and shouted, "WOOHOOO!!!" As his hands moved rapidly allowing him to stay in the air. His body composition had changed redialy for the sand but what was next was still unknown.

The real question for the Kunai was whether he was magnetic, the energy laid with in would home in on him, and then explode. However if he wasn't then it really didn't matter seeing as how they would probably blow up in the air.
The real attack came from below, Zen bursting out of the sand below Kaimen spear at the ready to impale. A slight burst of Chakra appearing at its tip in a small sphere.

Being hit the spear impaled itself into a leg full of sand. While Kaimen stopped spinning his new fangled thingamabob he slid down the spear which impaled him with his hands open for a direct Bouto strike to Zenrai's arms hoping to imobilize them in stone for a short period while Kaimens free leg changed textures itself as he slid down on his impaled leg still sand like the rest of his textured body except the other leg.

The Burst of Chakra ascending along the spear length apparently had something else in mind. Namely to disrupt the energy being placed through Kaimen's system to maintain the sand form. If he wasn't prepared he would literally be blown apart. He might not even reach Zen.
It was definately a bouto maneuver which only displaced energy in a violent fashion, no paralysis was ever involved.

And that was precisely why his other leg had already changed into another compound, steel. Kai's free leg flashed towards Zen from its dangling angle into a sharp rotating Kick pulling the rest of his body off of the sphere, and his ounce Bouto hands quickly realesed many blinding sparks of rai as his technique continued. The spear of his own stood whirling inthe air until it stopped, changing back into the sowrds nadn hitting the ground peculiarily.

Zen rolled away from the kick bringing his spear in to where Kaimen's foot would land, shifting it from the spear to a more damaging configuration. Namely the Tetsubo, pumping a bit of energy into it for a bouto manuveur.
He was still wearing the dark brimmed glasses.

The Blow connected the the leg as kaimen's body spun wildly towards Zen and exploded into a bunch of tiny needles. Rai needles. While the real Kaimen stood in the sand where the Tenpan sword ounce was. Silently a form of steel bgan to grow under his feet until it covered 7 feet in length and width. As teh Tenpan sword needles form buzzed towards Zenrai Kaimens structre began to change completely into many sepreate categories of tsuchi as a smal Kmodo dragon appeared from teh sand.

The needles would never hit being that they were aimed at where Zen had been. In fact they only hit a pair of what appeared to be leg weights, something that Zen had used for the past two years.
The Komodo would definately feel something however, as first a boot landed on the its shoulders followed quickly by a nice shiney kunai blade, though aimed just a bit higher up on the body. Specifically between where its spine would meet with its head. If in fact it was a flesh and blood creation.
