These apartment buildings have approximately 2300 square feet for the building itself, and the apartments ranges from 600-1000 square feet of land individually. The most common citizens that live in this area are those who are considered working class and are paid decently. They are located near the mall so they can walk or take the bus. A bus station is located close to the apartment themselves.They are buildings with four floors each.
gaia_star Living by the river gaia_star Families who live in homes near the river, are well located near the river. They have the perfect view of the river itself from their windows. Some of the backyards of the homes back out to a pathway that the inhabitants can walk on when it is nice out and they feel like taking a walk and enjoying the nice weather. These houses have approximately 1200-2000 square feet of land.The most common citizens that live in this area are people who are considered second working class, such as chefs, postman, bakers,teachers and what not and get paid a little better.
gaia_star Living on an island in the river gaia_star Families who own homes on islands that are in the river, have great views and their backyards back out onto the river, and have their own private dock for their boats. In case of students, their parents work a high paying job. These houses have approximately 2200-2400 square feet of land.The most common people to live in these houses are people who get paid very well. Such as doctors,lawyers,engineers and what have you.
gaia_star Living Outside the city limits gaia_star Are families who live in homes outside the city limits are people who prefer to escape the sounds and lights of the city and enjoy the country feel and nature. Buses from the city center do travel to these homes and the bus stations are located either right in front of schools, near schools, near business areas and what not. These people have approximately 2300 square feet of land, which contain their homes, barns and what not. They also contain pastures for any families who have animals. There isn't a set amount of common people living in this area, because it is mostly based on the family's preference. Students who live outside the city limits need to take the bus, ask their parents to drop them off or are home schooled, which is also based on the family's preference.

Here will be a list of transportation that are avaliable to the citizens and students. Each one will have more detail on them, where it is located on the city map and what not.
gaia_star Subway Station gaia_star Fairly straight forward, its considered an alternative way of transportation for people who do not have a car or prefer to get to point A to point B. Teens are most likely to use this as a temporary way of transportation until they get their license or a car.

gaia_star Airport gaia_star Fairly straight forward, its a main point of location for flights to other countries. For national or international flights, where current family members go to pick up other members who are visiting them from other places.
gaia_star Docks gaia_star Also fairly straight forward, the main point for docking boats, ships and what have you. Its where shipments of food, produce and what have you is received then transported to locations, such as restaurants, cafes and diners.
