Her nickname the Winter Rose suits her very well. While she is beautiful at first glance and often has the personality to match her looks she does have some flaws. Eleanor is much like her mother in terms that she is stubborn,fiery,bold and straight forward. Stubborn meaning that the girl does not go down without a fight and will often win the fight but she has lost a few. She is a strong girl and independant; while princesses like to be pampered she likes to do everything herself and does not like to be idle. Eleanor is willing to take risks but only of those risks are in her favor, but even then she will take it and she will be confident about that risk by being brave. Eleanor is not one for beating around the bush and typically gets straight to the point. But she is also loyal,kind,devot,caring and sweet if you are her friend or ally. Towards men she will often be wary of their advances since most only see her as a trophy wife or as leverage to gain favor with her house. None have yet to see her for her intelligence. She does not wear over the top finery but settles for simple. Though Eleanor can often be seen in a jerkin with breeches and boots whenever she is on the estates hunting or practicing combat. Many a girl often raises her eyebrows when seeing Eleanor dressed as a man but given her mothers laid back attitude when it comes to her she could care less what she wore, as long as it was suited to the climate.

BACKGROUND
(Eleanor is the eldest of her family and the lady in charge when her mother is away. Growing up was rather difficult since her father was not present in her life or her sisters lives as well. Eleanor never knew her aunt and her uncle refused to speak of it so her mother was the one who told her what happened. She grew up a rebellious and fiery woman, refusing to enter an arranged marriage with many sons of lords because she was the kind of girl who dreamed about her prince charming. .
She is close to her sisters in a way since they see her as different, prefering sword play and hunting over dressing up and courtship but she still has time to tell them hunting stories over the dinner table. Regarding her father, Eleanor did not know the man too well since he was always away on some buisness trip or busy around the lands; which is what got him killed. While her uncle that the girls were too wild which is what Eleanor was. She would often sneak out during the summer to run wild all over the island with her horse. though her mother would simply say she was letting them discover themselves.
It was not until a few years later that Eleanor received her first slap to the face. . She was quite sad to see her uncle leave for the wall, leaving her nephew in charge . she was even more distraught the only man she considered a brother be sent off somewhere far away when her uncle had found out that his own son, her nephew was selling poachers off as slaves. For a good few weeks Eleanor kept to herself and was often outside and avoiding her mother and sisters. Finally the woman had caved in and was essentially better after that.
For now though she is often away visiting her uncle since she loves the man or about the lands doing buisness but she always has time for her sisters and mother; while the people love them they do often question the girls forwardness and fiery spirit. )
