 Vocallied Magicorn ducked behind a dumpster in a side alley. "Maaare, It really sucks to be here..." He trotted further down the alley. "I hate having to hide like a criminal again... I'm not a thug any more..." He turned the corner, down the alley further, a left, a right, two lefts, and then a third right, and finally looked out onto a different street than the one he entered the alley from. "Though, to the police of this city... I still am." He walked backwards, back into the alley.

Eris twirled in and out of the city clouds, looking for trouble. She spotted a colt dodging and hiding. "A criminal?" She whispered to herself. "..Interesting.." Eris snapped her fingers and appeared in front of Vocallied. "Hellloo.." She smiled, hovering slightly. Her large tooth stuck out of her smile like a rare gem amongst dirtied rocks.

As soon as something appeared infront of him, there was a bright flash of light from Vocallied's horn and then a gust of wind going away from Eris and, he was suddenly standing six feet away. His heart was racing, he was breathing fast and he was in a fighting stance. He was standing at an angle, his right legs off to his right, his left legs underneath him, and his front knees bent. He was ready to spring. Towards an attacker, or away if he felt threatened. He eyed Eris, looking down the length of her body. Beautiful... was his first thought. Then, his heart sunk into his stomach. The last time he had that thought was when he was banned from Fillydelphia. The color drained from his face. He swallowed hard and then asked in as normal voice as he could, "Are... You a vigilante?" It was still evident he was scared, though.

Eris swirled around. "Oh, I apologize. Didn't mean to scare you." She stopped for a moment. She swiftly made her way over to him. "I won't harm you in any way." She circled him, studying every inch. Eris used her hand to lift his head, turning it this was and that. She let go and grinned. "Quite strong, I assume." she thought aloud. She looked into his eyes and her smile grew wider. "..Handsome, too.. But why so fearful?"

Miracle Monty woke up early and went into the kitchen. It was the same as any morning, the sun stung his eyes, and the bird that made a nest in the gutter was chirping. He got out the oat and imitation milk to make some oatmeal, tossing in a rasin or two to add something to take away the weird imitation flavor. When he was finished he propped a chair up against the window and ate his breakfest, bored and with little to do.

The color returned to Vocallied's face, and then some, causing his face to be an even deeper red than normal. He relaxed a little bit, but, being in Fillydelphia, he was still a little bit on edge. "Ah... Well... It's a long story, but it all boils down to a few months ago. I got caught between two rival gangs here in Filly, I ended up roughing ponies on both sides up and... I guess I caused a huge explosion." His face returned to normal. He shifted his eyes to look away. "It was... it was... Ah, what's the word...? Chaos? A Calamity? Hmm... Pandæmonium may describe it, but I might just be exaggerating..." He shrugged. "I was absolved of any crimes I may have committed, though... The mayor here thinks of me as a menace, so... I'm outside the law here. No legal protection." He laughed slightly. It was like he was amused by his predicament. And, he truly was. "It's like I'm Stripes again... Funny how I come back for something that slipped through my grasp when I went by that name."

Eris listened intently. Her face twisted at the word chaos. "I was right." She thought out loud. "Interesting indeed." She hovered slightly, making sure her face was at his level. She just let the rest of her body 'go with the wind'. Turning upside down, she went on. "Don't be ashamed. We all do something bad now and then." Eris let out a small chuckle. "I would tell you my story, but it's a heck of a lot boring. Although I guess being in my own mind was rather fun.." She went to a mumble in her words.

A crimson red pony who was for some reason wearing a ram skull swooped down from the sky, landing deftly on the sidewalk. Mars took in her surroundings as well as the city air, and folded her overused wings nicely so she could get some rest after traveling for so long. "ok so...first stop, i get some freaking cereal or something so my stomach can shut up." She glared at her midsection as it grumbled, and then put a poker face on when Maroon noticed a colt and a mare chatting away. "hm.this place is a whole lot different than being in the desert, there's way more people and its a little bit crowded that's for sure."

"Interesting?" Something about the way Eris said that unnerved Vocallied. "Not sure sure how I feel about being around someone who thinks pandæmonium is interesting... I may have done some bad things... But, I've tried to stop, mind you. But, that explosion was well beyond that. You can see why I'm ashamed." His face scrunched up just a little. It was half-duck face, half-jaw drop. "At least... I hope you can see."

"Upside down!" She laughed aloud and floated in front of him. "By the by, Whats your name?" "I...I'm Vocal..." Vocallied stuttered. His mind blanked out when his face turned around. It was all he could do to tell her his nickname. Then, what she said finally hit him, and he said the first thing that came to mind. "Well now... I'm seeing the world in a whole new way..." Just a touch...? With power like that, she could be dangerous... Make her happy. Keep her happy. He thought.

Now that's.. "What I like to hear." She finished out loud. Now that she thought about it, This colt was pretty cool. "Hello Vocal. Call me Eris." She tapped his head and he turned back to normal. She slouched in the air and tapped her chin. "What to do, what to do~" She practically sing-songed. Shrugging, she looked to Vocal. "What do you think we should do?"

Putting his bowl and spoon away, Monty went back into his room to put on his day clothes. It was the same selection of black or grey cloaks for him, and his vests were no diffrent. The only thing that stood out was his fez, small and red that sat in his mess of mane just right. After picking out some nice black silk clothes, he headed down the long stairway and onto the streets. Monty didn't really have an idea of what he was going to do, just that he needed to do something specific. He kept trotting down the street, looking down every other alley just for the heck of it.

Mars blinked twice when the female Discord-look a like flipped the stallion's face upside down. "the heck? and i thought the city would be last place i'd find mirages or something-" she waved her hoof at the two, "like this, i mean, really?" In response to the red pony's sentence, the ghost of an old ram floated out from the pony's skull hat and drawled, "well, what would you expect from a world full of magical unicorns and flying horses? now go get some chow, it's not doing you any better to sit here and gawk at them."
