Danny waved one last time to Roch, stuck her tongue out and then shut the door. It had been fun, but it was a long day and even Danny needed sleep. Sometimes she wished she was undead, so she never had to sleep. Then she could play with Roch forever and ever and ever-
She took a few steps down the hallway when she heard a noise. She paused and looked around, thinking one of the teachers had finally caught he sneaking around the reaper dorms. It wasn't necessarily against any rules, but Danny had seen a few other students get chased out of their dorms.
Jackdammit, she'd done so well too! She'd even slept in Rikki's dorm a few nights after the horsemen trials and hadn't gotten caught once ...
Now Danny was stupid. Even though she felt she'd been convicted, she still shouted, "HELLO? ANYONE THERE???" Dumbass.

Amphi blinked as she exited the Commons room for the Reaper dorms. She just had a enchanting if not MAGICAL talk with False about something or other. The Pyromancer was quickly becoming one of her favorite friends, with his knowledge and easy to talk to personality. Plus it wasn't odd for the mermaid to hang around the reaper dorms anymore.
Some of the other reapers even GREETED her because of how often she was there.
That also came from her stalking Roch Scythe, and then Her continous visits to Thanatos's room. It may seem to be odd all over but to Amphi....She was just glad to be making friends, to be able to come here and relax where in her dorm she had plaguing nightmares of insanity influence. Here...She distracted herself.
As she walked in the hallway though, she caught sight of a demon she had seen before. In fact, a demon she had seen OFTEN. Often with Roch! The one who had turned in a Alpaca with her!
And one that seemed to be pretty good friends with Roch!
Amphi bit her lip hesitantly as she slowed her walking. Her apparently habit to stalking....
"Sorry!" She yelped back as Danny screamed down the hallway, causing the mermaid to flush. "Sorry, I didn't realize that you were....um.....unaware I was here."

Danny turned around and held up her hands defensively, while her eyes narrowed. "Who are you? Are you real?"
Danny could fight real things. She couldn't fight not real things. 8(

Amphi eye's widened as she stared at the fire demon.
"I am real yes? Should I not be?" Who knew with how insanity had effected them all, "Er...Are you real?"

Danny had now crossed the hallway and had her nose and forehead pressed to Amphi's nose and forehead.
"Are you sure?"

Amphi held her ground as Danny came up to her, resting her forehead and nose to Amphi's. She sucked in a breath, her face flushing but meeting the odd fire demon's stare.
"I...I think so. I mean...." She fidgetted, unsure how she could go along with this invasion of personal space...."I think I am real. And you feel real. So we must be real."

All at once Danny relaxed and smiled, patting Amphi's shoulder roughly. "Hahaha okay," she said, still smiling goofily. Amphi's simple word of mouth had convinced Danny well enough.
Close enough.
"Who're you?" she asked happily, since the ghoul was clearly not a reaper (scales, ear things). Maybe she was another trespasser! TRESPASSING FRIENDS YAY.

Amphi blinked again as the demon switched to friendly mode.
@_@
"Okay." Glad that was cleared up! now they could-
"Oh, I'm Amphitrite!" Amphi smiled at the Demon, "I'm a mermaid from the monster dorms...uh....visiting....friends here." She nodded before cocking her head, "What's your name?" She waited a beat before....
"Aren't you friends with Roch?"

Mermaid. Danny took an instinctive tiny movement backwards, but tried to pretend like she wasn't bothered by it. It didn't work well, because she was quite a bit bothered by it.
"I'm Danny- nice to meet you Amphiritiiritireitr-" It was a good thing Amphi switched subjects for her. "Roch!" Danny said, nearly screeching, "I LOVE Roch. He's my best friend in the whole wide world forever and ever and ever and I love him and he's the best."

Amphi blinked again as the Demon moved back. Had she said something bad? Did she smell bad? She sniffed herself to make sure and frowned. She smelled like salty sea...that was a good scent. Reminded her of home.
"Oh Nice to meet you as well Danny. Um...You can just call me Amphi-" Amphi's hand clamped over her ear fin as Danny screeched Roch's name before babbling. "I...Oh I see." Was all she managed to get it in when Danny went into her tirade before smiling.
"You guys must be really good friends then if you care so much about him!" She flushed. "If you don't mind me asking but just how did you guys become friends?"
She wanted to be friends like Danny was. She didn't mind either becoming friends with Danny. The ghoul was....interesting.

Danny looked up at the ceiling and then back down at the ground, back up to Amphi. How did she become friends with Roch? Wasn't it on groanspring? Well sort of, they just got to know each other that way ... It was probably more fright music club than anything else.
"Mmmmm we met on groanspring ... but prolly when we started fright music club?" she said, tapping her chin. Looking down (QUITE A WAYS DOWN, MISS 5'2), she added, "Why? Do you want to know more about Roch?"
Was her appreciation for her best friend leaking too profusely?

Amphi never realized but when the fire demon stood up, She towered over Amphi. she craned her neck to look up and frowned.
"I didn't know there was a music club. I wish I could've joined." She sighed. But that was too late and a lot had happened since field trips. She just wasn't ready for that sort of thing. "Ah...." She flushed when Danny asked her before fidgetting.
Well....Roch was keen on NOT letting Amphi become his friend and she was trying HARD. Even to the point of being PUSHY. there was just something about Roch that made her want to be his friend. She just wasn't sure what it was. Or she couldn't pull what she was thinking out in a way that didn't seem like hinting at something else.
"I...Um..." She paused before taking a deep breath, looking around nervously. "I want to be friends with Roch too Danny, but he doesn't want anything to do with me. I guess....I guess because I am a dangerous ghoul or something. I was just wondering how you got him to be so close to you because your a ghoul too?" She flushed again.

"Why would he want something to do with you," Danny said, confused, "I mean I guess friends do stuff together but ..."
Danny had a confused.
She kicked at the ground and said, "Hey wait, we should probably get out of here. The teachers might get mad!" She tugged on Amphi's arm (avoiding ALL of the scales and ALL of the fish parts she could), and started pulling her towards the dorm exit.

Amphi blinked, not sure what Danny was saying before adding.
"No no, I mean, He says he doesn't want to be my friend because I am dangerous to him...." She paused...."Or..Or something."
Now Amphi was getting because Danny was confused.
"I mean but...Is there anything you did special for him to be your friend?" She paused and then, "Wait-" She squeaked as the headed to the dorm exit, just missing a patrol.
Like Danny had physic powers as well. O A O.
"Um....Now that were out here...." Amphi stared at the expanse of the campus...."Where do we go?" Its not like she could sneak into the Monster dorms regardless of her being a monster.
