Is it just a poem?

Okay, so this had just popped into my head for no reason, its been a year since I have written a poem, and quite a few since I have written anything like this, last time I wrote something that came to me like this ended up being a spell. So my question is, is this just a poem? Or is it something a little more serious?

When the skies turn red, they will rise from their bed,
To claim the earth, that was the source of their rebirth,
Once all is seen, everything will become green,
But if all lay dark, then death will be our spark,
A battle will rage, many will be caged,
Our minds no longer our own, with greed on the throne,
The gates shiver, as the earth quiver,Worlds melding as one, back to where it had begun,
Creatures of day and night, will soon take flight,
To lead us back to days of old, back before the need of gold,
Heed this warning for I fear, that this day draws very near.

It's hard to tell with a poem, sometimes they are just trivial meanderings of the soul and sometimes they are inspired by our muses. Thia poem seems very deep and laced with half hidden meaning, as is right and proper for a good poem. I enjoyed reading it very much.
How do you see it, what deeper meaning does it have for you?

It was a feeling I just suddenly got, and when I went to describe what it was I was feeling, this was how it came out. When I read it I see that there is a warning in it on multiple levels, regarding many things both far off and very near. What really got me was the part about the gold and the skies and claiming the earth, and it being a source of rebirth. I have done research on a type of ancient astronaut called the Annunaki who supposedly came to earth to dig up gold to fix their atmosphere, they created us to dig it up for them, and when they were about to leave promised to return. They are supposed to come from the planet Nabiru which has a 3,500 year orbit in our solar system that comes in from afar.
