My Name Is: Wanwahin ([won-wuh-heen] means 'lost child')
Characters Age: 13
Characters Species: Elven
Characters Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Straight (too young and caught up in current distress to be interested in relationships)
I am skilled with: survival instincts, hand to hand combat, can use almost anything in her surroundings as a weapon if need be
List of powers and what they do: Visions. Ever since she can remember, she has had a sort of psychic ability to see visions. She sees things from the past present and future. It is a very random and uncontrollable but handy gift that she has learned to use to her advantage. She can also read people, not their thoughts but their hearts and their pasts.
I Like: sweets, the color green, jewelry and loot, animals, music, and rain
I Dislike: bullies and bourgeois, dishonesty, girly things, and the evil shadows.
Personality: Stubborn, competitive, and has trust issues. A sticky fingered brat that takes care of herself first but will lend a helping hand to those in need and really only wants a good friend she can rely on and confide in.

She had beautiful red hair and deep green eyes; he fell in love with her instantly. Because he did not know her name or where she had come from, only that she was elven, he named her Wanwahin. This is elvish for ‘lost child’. The man wanted nothing more than to raise this beautiful little girl as his own daughter, to protect her because she was different and special, but he was a penniless man and could not provide for the girl. So he reluctantly gave her to an orphanage. He feared that she would not be loved there because she was unlike the other children, but at least he knew that she would be safe. As she grew up, it so happened that the man’s fears proved to be valid. She had no friends and they often teased her because of her pointy ears. Her only companion was a little monkey named Neco that lived at a local circus. She went to visit him often, Neco couldn’t talk or anything, but he was always a good listener and he loved it when Wanwahin would come to visit. As she got older, she began to have strange dreams. She ignored them at first, figuring that they would go away after a while but they persisted. Then these dreams turned into visions. She would space out when she was completely conscious and see images flash before her eyes. She was very confused and had no idea what these meant until one day when one of her visions came true. It was like déjà vu, she wrote it off as coincidence but then it happened again. Soon, these visions had become a normal thing to her and she had learned to trust them. When she was eight years old she had a terrible dream. In this dream, she watched herself grow old, day by day never leaving the orphanage until she died, all alone and never loved. She woke up screaming, she knew this would be her fate if she stayed, maybe the dream was telling her that she was destined for something greater… So Wanwahin packed her few belongings, stole as much food as she could carry, went to the circus and liberated Neco and ran away. She and Neco traveled for days until they reached a city. She had never seen its equal, it wasn’t really much to look at but in comparison to the small village where she lived in a rundown orphanage, this was paradise. Here she made a life for herself, stealing only what she needed and giving to those who needed it more than her. She was content, until the day the shadows arrived…
