
Fleance breathed a heavy sigh. It was a beautiful day in the tall grasslands, but he always had an air of depression and sadness around him. Add to that, he hadn't seen his favorite daughter in a very long time. Granted, he had fifteen children, so keeping track of one was difficult, but knowing what was going on with all 15 was impossible. Who knows, maybe he had more children than that. Hopefully not.
He laid down on an elevated part of the plain and crossed his paws and tucked his wings in close to his body. Sighing again, he placed his chin on his paws and for a moment, cursed the longevity he had. Time passed so slowly sometimes.
