➟ Character's Profile - Optional. Insert a link, if applicable.
➟ Model Type - Three models to choose from: classic, picture or corner [see below]. If giving creative liberty, put "N/A". If wanting a code similar to an existing code, insert a link.
➟ Picture - Picture(s) of your RP character.
➟ Character Name - Name of your RP character.
➟ Character Title - Any title or nickname you wish to include.
➟ Quote - Any quote you wish to include.
➟ Dominant Color - Main color.
➟ Passive Color - Sub color.
➟ Extra Colors - No more than two.
➟ Symbols - Any specific characters you wish to include.
➟ Fillouts - Location, Mood, Action, Thoughts, etc.
➟ Extras - Anything not listed above, or a special addition.
➟ Price - You must put a minimum payment, or a payment range. Note that tips must be declared upon payment to be applicable for a freebie.
➟ Deadline - How late I can make it. Be reasonable.
➟ Recommendation - Were you recommended to the store by anyone?
