This will be a singles battle using 2 pokemon and a random field will be rolled. Each of you will face each other once. The person with the best win record wins. If it's a tie, I will judge based on your strategies and on a lesser note, the quality of your responses.
Remember:
FIRST POSTS (for both of you): An introduction post of you walking into the stadium, DO NOT LET OUT YOUR POKEMON YET OR EVEN POST THEM, and rolling a 100-sided dice.
SECOND POSTS: The person who rolled the highest last time now sends out their pokemon (DO NOT ATTACK) and preferably posts the pokemon's cert/stats (also mention what your second pokemon is either OOC or in the RP post)
The other person now sends out their pokemon (DO NOT ATTACK) and also informs the other person who their second pokemon is either OOC or in the RP post
THIRD POSTS: The person who sent out their pokemon first can now attack
Then the battle proceeds as normal.
You guys will have 3 days to reply to the threads and I am hoping to get this wrapped up within 3 weeks. If your battle is incomplete within 3 weeks, the victory goes to the last person who posted.

Roll a Ten: Playground Field: The field looks like an average playground. Grass mostly covers the field floor, but sand surrounds the areas where the jungle gym, see-saw, swing set, merry-go-round, monkey bars, and trapeze rings are set. Scattered around the field are a baseball, a soccer ball, a football, and many other types of balls. A tree stands at one corner of the playground with a tire swing hanging from its strongest branch. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to NORMAL type attacks.

Sometimes Lizzie wondered who thought up of these fields. With all these obstacles and stray toys, it was going to be a very chaotic battle and she wasn't a fan of such fights. It didn't mean that she wasn't going to try her hardest to win however. Her eyes scrutinized the field one last time before glancing at her opponent. "Good luck to you too." She called out.

The doors slid open with a hiss, and Shina walked forward. Her shoes seemed to be making more noise today, but that was probably just her nerves. Stepping into the trainer box, she heard her opponent wish her luck. "Thank you, and good luck to you as well!" she called. Looking over the field, she saw the empty playground and smiled. Several of her pokemon would love this field.

Lizzie thought hard about the Pokemon she wanted to use. They all had their advantages and disadvantages on this field, and their strengths and weaknesses against their future opponents. Her fingers hovered over each Pokeball, and after a considerable amount of time chose the two Pokemon that will be appearing in this match. "Let's go!" She shouted in a rare moment of excitement. One of the Pokeballs opened to reveal her Milotic.  Her next Pokemon, Psywater, was to be kept safe for now. Millie will have to soften up the battlefield and the opposing Pokemon before he had the best odds in this battle.

Shina pondered her pokemon choices, before grabbing one pokeball and sending it arcing out into the field. The ball opened, spilling Annabell onto the field. Yuki would be her back-up. She had heard about Lizzie's Lugia, and Tenka and Rasha would be at a severe disadvantage against the legendary she suspected was waiting in the wings.  1100HP

Lizzie glanced over the Furret and then over her Milotic. Even though her own Pokemon was strong, the Furret looked well trained and Millie did not have any type advantages over her. But if they were to force it out, maybe she'll fare better against the other Pokemon.
"Dragon Tail." Lizzie commanded. Millie unwinded herself from her resting pose and lashed out with her tail, which was glowing an ominous color.

The tail smacked into Annabell, sending her flying back. Shina promptly sent Yuki out in response. Yuki emerged in a flash of color, courtesy of the pokeball seals he had insisted on for this battle.
"Yuki, Shadow Ball!" Shina called. Obediently, Yuki blasted a blob of shadowy energy at the Milotic.

Millie shielded herself from the attack with her tail, though instead of receiving damage like she expected, she felt herself going numb from the ball of shadows. She didn't allow herself to look disrupted and tried to shake the numbness away. Lizzie could tell that it wasn't going to work though, and she didn't need it too.
"Don't worry about that Millie!" She shouted out. "Ice Beam!"
The Milotic turned to face the small Eevee and fired a chilly blast at him.

Yuki darted out of the way of the icy blast. "Swift!" Shina barked, knowing the field would boost the never-miss attack.
Yuki sent a flurry of stars to pepper the Milotic. It would go nicely with the other pokemon's markings.

Millie hissed as the Swift attack pelted her skin. She tried to swat them with her tail but the stars always made their mark. Lizzie was also discouraged with how the battle was turning out but she couldn't just give up. "Try Ice Beam again!"
The Milotic gathered up another beam of icy energy at her horn and fired.

Yuki wasn't as lucky this time, and was frozen solid. Shina bit her lip. To switch, or not to switch? Ohh, she wished this were a three on three battle, not a two on two, that would make it so much easier! With a deep breath, Shina left Yuki out for a turn.

When the Eevee was frozen solid by the attack, Millie was just glad that he wasn't going to pelt her with more stars. Lizzie however was ecstatic that they'll have a chance to turn things around, although her face didn't show any such emotion besides a small smile.
"Millie, Return." When she said that, she didn't mean to recall the Milotic back. Rather the serpentine Pokemon rushed forward, her attack fueled by her love and loyalty for her trainer.
