It had been a few days since the whole 'bathroom' incident, and Thanatos was sure that he had gotten rid of the stench from him, his clothing, his surroundings, and his familiar - after consistent scrubbing over the past few days anyway. He had changed his bed sheets everyday, tossing them out so that the smell would have no chance of lingering in his room. He was finally ready to leave his room again.
He smelt fantastic, he was sure.
Which was how he ended up in the common room, sinking into one of the armchairs while Biskoto slept by the fireplace; all was surprisingly quiet and peaceful.

The best part about being a pyromancer? You never smelled. Unless you counted the faint smell of a burn out fire as a bad thing, then you really didn't. As such after a few steaming hot showers, drowning Sharpie in a few bubble baths, and burning off a layer of skin or two. (If anyone asked why he missed class it was because he was sick; it had nothing to do with looking a bright pink hue for two days...) the boil finally returned to the common room; with far more clothing this time.
Before Thanatos could truly savor the silence their was a dull thwump as the red headed reaper vaulted over the back of another chair to sit beside his friend.
"Details man, I saw that ghoul, you know, that I know, that you know, we were on the same page. You get her number?"
Meanwhile a very inky cat with a fluffy puffed up coat came ripping across the floor diving ontop of Biskoto licking and nuzzling the snakes head. "Pounced!"

"False, what a pleasant surprise," He was grinning, but there was no fondness in his voice. In fact, despite his words, he probably sounded rather neutral about seeing the reaper. At his question, he raised an eyebrow before chuckling, steeping his fingers in front of him, "Siobvan? I suspect that getting her number, if she had one, would mean nothing. It would be like going out with a child..." He paused, his grin widening, "Or are you into dating children?"
Biskoto, on the other hand, bolted straight up with Sharpie on her head, startled as she hissed loudly and in a very exaggerated manner; it was probably her version of a surprised yell, "SSSS! WHATSSSSS GOINGSSSS ONSS?" She immediately turned to look at her reaper, only to spot False there with him.
Which could only mean one thing.
"SSSSHARPIE!" If her eyes could roll up, they would, but for now, she dipped her head, as if urging her feline friend to get down and to where she can see him, "You're alright! Darling, it'sss lovely to ssssee you again! Both of you!" She looked happily at False.

"You could try perking up a bit you know." The reaper leaned back in his seat reaching out a foot to hook a foot rest near by tugging it in to rest on. "You almost sound completely bored to see me." Hands moved through the curtain of red hair proping himself up proper, hands back head tilted and relaxing like the two of them owned the common room. Which at the moment, it seemed they did.
"Dating children? Jack, you think I'm that kind of boil?" He shook his head, "Hell no."
Sharpie meanwhile was a rolling mass of fluff and fur tangling himself in Biskoto's coils, the more she squirmed about the more he flailed and the more ink that just splashed about the carpet. "Yup! I had four baths this morning and now I'm good as new!" The reaper simply waved to to the snake before glancing back over at Thanato's.
"So if she isn't your type, then what is? You could have picked any ghoul in the room; who and why. Out with it man.

"Have you ever considered the possibility that perhaps, I really am bored to see you?" He asked, grinning at False's answer and choosing not to comment. His question only caused his grin to widen as he raised an eyebrow, moving his hands to rest on the arms of the armchair, "Having a type would only limit my options. Besides, I do not know the ghouls in that bathroom well enough to answer your question... Why not allow me to toss this question back at you? Do you have a type?"
Biskoto leaned over to nuzzle Sharpie on the top of his head, moving her body to sort of surround the familiar in order to give him a brief squeeze, like she was offering him a hug, "You ssssmell lovely, darling! Unlike that dreadful bathroom." She hissed, eyes narrowed for a moment at the memory of all that slime, "I had sssseveral baths myself! It wassss nice to be sssssubmerged in warm water, but I can no longer hiccup bubblessss..." She was almost pouting.

"I've considered it, slightly, if that's the case you get points for being forward about it, everyone needs a straight talking a*****e of a friend once in a while." Grinning he moved a hand from behind his head to adjust his glasses pondering his own question thrown back at him. "Well just on a fly judgement would work too. But if we have to give details..."
He sat forward elbows on his knees and chin resting on his fists. "I like them... naive, maybe shy is a better way to put it. The kind of ghoul who you can make blush just by being polite, I don't like those fussy high maintance demon types. The kind that want to keep your balls in their locker to make sure you don't look at another ghoul." He held a single hand out level rolling it side to side in a maybe gesture, "Not too childish and naive like, dumb to the world, just fresh for relationships."
Sharpie meanwhile was happily piled under Biskoto's coils, never mind the boils problems, the two familiars where quickly becoming go to cuddle buddies when no one was around to spoil and faun over them. "Like ink wells and parchment papers with a hint of lilacs~" He paused tilting his head pawing at her cheek for a moment, "We can always find some soapy water..."

"Ah, such kind words from you," He replied, raising an eyebrow before laughing at his 'type' description... Although that reminded him of a conversation he had with someone else a while back. Leaning away from False, he placed his cheek on his hand as he stared at the reaper, a grin on his face; he did not even bother to hide how amused he was, "Someone like Amphi, perhaps? I was told that the two of you met... Would you like to sit on my lap to share my warmth, Mr Pyromancer?"
Biskoto perked up, blinking at Sharpie, "You think we can recreate the bubblesss, darling?" She paused, tilting her head before nuzzling him with a smile, "Sssshall we try? Sssoapy water tassste terrible though... I wonder if there wasss a way to disssguise the tassste..."

"Why thank you, I'm flattered you think I'm such a fine gentlemen." Sitting back he closed his eyes for a moment before one of them popped open looking sideways between his glasses, "Has word gotten out on that already?" He leaned over again smirking, "No thanks, you aren't my type remember?" The grin on his face was almost ear to ear with delight, "In my defense, I was bored and she was cute."
Mean while the familiars continued to well, be adorable. Never mind the perverted talk by the chairs, they could just keep being cute. "Of course! We just need soapy water... as for the flavor... I don't think we can change that. Maybe we can gets some fancy ghoul soap body wash? Those smell really nice, the might taste better?"

"You really do have a thing for children," He replied with a laugh, shifting to lay against the back of the armchair, his gaze shifting to the fire burning in the fireplace, "Lying, and taking advantage of them like the fine gentleman you see yourself to be... You must be that boil mothers warn their daughters about."
Biskoto seemed to ponder the possibility of that, before nodding; she had smelt the ones on display in shops before, and they do smell lovely! She remembered smelling soap that had the fragrance of fruits, and while she had never tasted fruits before due to being a carnivore, she had to admit that they had a nice smell, "Where can we get fancy ghoul soap body wasssh though?"

"She's old enough, she isn't a child," remarked the pyromancer as he settled into his seat again. He looked towards the fire for a moment before making a gesture causing the flames to jump up a bit higher.
"Actually it's not a lie, my body temperature is naturally higher then most folks. It wasn't a lie, just a very convenient truth." He paused, "But you are right about the last part, I'm pretty sure more then a few ghouls have been told to keep away from me." For a moment he grew quiet before glancing over, "More importantly... did she tell you about all that?"
For a moment the feline Familiar seemed to ponder the extreme lengths they would have to go to obtain something fruity and fresh smelling that may in turn taste better for making Biskoto a bubble snake again. It would be a long dangerous journey, far worse then the others
They would have to go to his room and collect his bath time supplies.
"Follow me Biskoto!" The familiar leaped from her coils scampering down the hall with the sound of fuzzy paw thumps headed for his and False's dorm.

"Her mentality is that of a child's, unfortunately. Her appearance is deceiving," He replied coolly, crossing one leg over the other, ankle resting on his thigh, "And yes she did. Why is that so important to you, Mr Pyromancer?"
Biskoto blinked when the familiar asked her to follow, taking a moment to process the request before hissing in surprise, and taking off after her feline friend; the rest of her body eventually followed, although if there were stairs involved... Moving up would be quite the chore, "Wait for me, Ssssharpie!"

"Well I hear this school does a lovely job of stomping the child out of us. Rumor has it bad things happen here that will suck the youth right out your eyes." His legs stretched to his foot rest again sliding down in the chair till he was comfortable. "Well, I ask because I was curious how you found out. I suppose talking like that to you can be more proof that she's a bit of a child. Sweet girl though. What do you think of her, besides the child thing?"
Sharpie meanwhile was scampering down a hallway sliding to a stop before his door. He was a polite familiar waiting for Biskoto to show up before nudging his head through the mini's door installed on it. "This way this way!" Once the snake was in he dashed after scampering up on to the bed, jumping to the desk before nuding a bottle over the side to land by Biskoto.
"Lilliac!"

"She had been in this school longer than then two of us combined, so it must be doing something wrong," He raised an eyebrow, his gaze resting on False; after a moment's pause, he answered, "She can be rather stubborn, but she is mostly just gullible, and entertaining." He might had grinned a little at that.
It took some effort, but she eventually did get her whole body through the minipet door, coiling herself up at the foot of the desk, looking up and wondering what Sharpie was up to. When the bottle landed beside her, she nudged it with her tail, flicking her tongue in and out, "That ssssmellsss lovely!"

"Huh longer then us.... I dun know, maybe it's the higher level classes?" He shrugged, "Really I don't care what the rumors say, I couldn't give a damn either way. I'm here, I'm away from my family, life is good enough as it is." When the other boil spoke False only grinned even more, "She didn't strike me as stubborn, gullible very likely, and entertaining well. If she wasn't why would I have spent so much time talking to her if she wasn't? Never mind she is rather... easy on the eyes as they say."
With the bottle down Sharpie came not long after landing on all fours, gracefully he might add, like a cat should. "Yes! I use that to get all sparkly clean! But I hate how it washes my ink off my paws, they need soap that doesn't wash ink away..." He seemed to ponder this very deeply for a cat as he moved to nudge the bottle of soap over to small watering dish. Gnawing on the top and rolling around on his back with the bottle in his paws he finally popped it open before nudging it over the bowl to squirt a few times. "Soapywater!" Without hesitation he started to swish his paw in it mixing the water properly so bubbles rose to the top.
"And now... we drink for bubble snakes!

"Indeed... I've been here a few Octobers, but I've only witness the destruction of the Horsemen Islands, and seen a fair number of permanently dead Horsemen in the form of a rather aggressive bird on the recent field trip," He shrugged, genuinely not being surprised, upset, or... Anything really. He was just stating a fact, "Amphi seemed rather shaken by that, but it would seem that she's back to normal now."
She stared at Sharpie as he struggled with the bottle, and was going to offer him help when he managed to pop the top off. She slithered over to the now bubbly watering dish, coiling up beside it. After staring at the bubbles for some time, she tilted her head, "How doessss one drink, Ssssharpie?" She never really had a need to... Drink water before.
