Skinchanging - Vash can leave his body on a whim and transfer his soul into any animal/person he chooses - usually his companion, a hawk he named Lucien.
Healing - Vash has the unusual ability to regenerate quickly after being injured. It's become quite useful recently, as his punishments got more severe.
Personality: Loud and arrogant, Vash is one of those slaves who can step on their masters' toes and get away with it. He is extremely bright, but also sarcastic, and tends to hide his true thoughts behind jokes and antics.
Bio: Vash was born to a wealthy and powerful family on the verge of becoming the lords of the land. They were thrilled with their son, intending to make him their heir, until they found out he could change skins. Disgusted, they sold him into slavery under the ruse of a kidnapping and Vash has been in chains ever since. Needless to say, he's picked up some useful habits from his past masters.

Race: Kona - A race closely resembling humans with the ability to tap into nature's energy and use it for witchcraft and spells. Often mistaken for witches/wizards, the Kona have a heady respect for nature and are much more powerful than their English counterparts.
Orientation: Straight
Powers:
Hain - an ancient practice that allows the user to tap into the surrounding flora and fauna to power their spells. Such spells are unlimited, save for what their surroundings can support.
Aura Reading - stemming for their close ties to the aura of her surroundings, Aliena is capable of gleaning bits of information of those around her from their auras, such as emotions and moods.
Kekkaishi - Aliena has the unusual ability to create pockets of space around her, which can be used for storage of personal belongings and a means to hide or to travel. Using this power drains her immensely, and she avoids using it as much as possible.
Personality: Aliena is, in a word, cold. She has shut out many of her emotions as a means of coping with her enslavement, but the right master may coax out the real Aliena in time.
Bio: Aliena was born in France to Russian parents who were in hiding from a nasty pair of bounty hunters. She grew up in the streets of Paris, learning snippets of English along with the French and Russian her parents spoke. Her parents were terrified of her fate should they be captured or killed, and poured all of their knowledge into their precious baby girl from the moment she could talk. She learned the ways of her people, countless spells, weaponry, combat, and the occasional history lesson while on the road with her parents - but even in all her knowledge, she could not escape the inevietable. Her parents were caught and killed just outside of Tokyo when she was fourteen, and she was sold into slavery soon after. Since then, she has changed hands at least a dozen times, each master keeping the strange girl shorter than the last. It seems that misfortune follows Aliena, for strange things happen to the masters who take Aliena...
