She had heard rumors of a pride of all females, maybe that would be better for her. Chanda wasnt sure if she belonged anywhere anymore, but what she did know is that she missed being part of something greater, of something more.
Her nose twitched at what seemed to be the heavy scent of lions, it seems she was growing closer to another pride. Maybe the pride would be able to point her in the right direction, if they didnt have any beef with a pride of all females..Who would have a problem with that?
She shrugged, she didnt and she was hoping to find herself again. She was tired of feeling alone, as if a piece of her was missing. She had thought it was because her twin had left her for the Ela pride, but that wasnt it..To be honest, Chanda missed being happy.

The silent lioness was making her way through the thick of the jungle. She had grown up here and honestly it was all she knew. She enjoyed a lot to. But what she enjoyed more was making everyone else happy in anyway that she could. She enjoyed seeing others happy that was for sure. There were times where she enjoyed hooking the other lioness's in the pride up or playing with the cubs. But there was something odd for sure, other than the fact that she choose not to speak, that was she had never bothered really looking for a partner herself, she never left the pride to see if she could find some one that she enjoyed, not even a male! She also never went to find some one to help her find cubs. She loved being able to play with cubs but she didn' have her own. It was a odd life and she was an odd lioness but she liked to play and she liked to see others happy. She also seemed pretty happy herself.
She didn't know that she was soon going to come across something that also made her happy. As she wandered she was edging the outsides of her pride. She occasionally enjoyed finding herself out here, almost getting lost and enjoying the sights of the outside of the pride. She paused for a moent and pulled herself up into the branches of the tree, and started to make her way inbetween the trees that was until she spotted a figure. She didn't know who it was and she was pretty sure that they could not see her hidden up in the trees. She giggled quietly and looked down at her paws before nudging a heavy seed off of the branch aiming it toward the unknown lioness.

Chanda's pelt often got her caught in the cross hairs of hunting lionesses, and they never seemed to please to be wasting their time on something that wasnt actual prey.
So when the seed fell not to far from her, she jumped with a growl before she looked around. "What on earth!?" She exclaimed as she edged towards the seed, sniffing at it for a moment before she righted herself and snorted a laugh. "Wow Chan, your too jumpy these days.." She said to herself, with a shake of her head, she pawed at the seed for a moment, almost slipping back into her old self.
She glanced around, making sure that she couldnt see any spying eyes on her, before she swatted at the seed once more, a giggle hiding in her throat.

Tali arched a brow as the lioness reacted. She thought it was a little odd to see the lioness react like that. She was expecting that sort of surprise. But at the same time she was very much amused. Tali's tailed flickered behind her before she was thinking and trying to figure out what she was going to do. She paused for a moment and then glanced down at the lioness once again She was trying to figure what she was going to do next. This could prove extremely amusing. She flicked her tail around behind her a little more. She didn't really want to scare the lioness anymore. That was going to make her feel bad if she really scared the lioness a lot.
She stared down at the ground and then back at the lioness. Watching her the best she could trying to figure out what she was going to do next. She was thinking about another seed but she decided to do something better. She moved herself to the side and then started to weave herself through the trees so she could get down closer to the lioness. She flicked her hair out of her eyes once again and then paused before letting out a small chrip, calling out to the lioness to a point. She was hoping that maybe she would at least catch her attention. Tali was a lioness who enjoyed messing around with others now matter how old she was. She didn't really care how old or young she was. She enjoyed spending her time acting like a little kid. Always enjoyed acting like a little kid.

The chirp caught her attention instantly, her ears pricked forward as her head turned and her eyes fell onto the lioness, she tilted her head as she stared at her for a moment. "What on earth are you doing up there?" She wasnt the best when it came to climbing trees, her sister could like no other, but she never quiet got the hang of it, and was generally impressed when someone else could do it so well.

Tali smiled brightly as she looked down at the other lioness, pretty amused by the lioness's reaction. She flicked her tail around before turning away and starting to crawl down the tree so that she could meet the lioness. She was very amused at the moment but she was planning on being a little nicer to the lioness. She knew that she needed to talk to the lioness even though talking wasn't really her thing. Her voice was soft and quiet. "Fresh air." She mentioned briskly and to the point. She paused for a moment before motioning toward herself. "Tali" she said her name hoping the lioness would catch on that it was her name.

She nodded her head, accepting the other lionesses name, "Chanda.." She bowed her head in greeting, it was something she'd been taught as a cub and well somethings never changed.
"Impressive." She said with a shy smile, she was definitely more comfortable around this lioness than she seemed to be around others. "You climb so well, how do you do that?"

A small smirk grew on her lips at the mention of the lioness's name. She thought the lioness was pretty cute, that was something that didn't cross her mind that often. Her tail flicked behind her and she shrugged at the lioness's question. She lifted her body on the branches balancing as carefully as she could. She wanted toward the trunk of the tree and then started to make her way down it. She ended up by the lioness's side and as she stood behind her she flicked her tail against the lioness's side. "Practice." She mentioned simple, simple was a thing she normally did. Her silence spoke volumes but at the same time her voice spoke even more volumes. No matter how small it was.
"What brings you here?" She inquired from the other lioness, she was seriously curious on how such an oddly marked lioness found her way here. Every lioness found their way here a different way and she was wondering how she made it here this time.

"Practice hmm? I've tried...and I prefer water over to climbing." She said with a soft laugh, she hadnt laughed in a good while, it felt...strange almost.
She shivered at the touch of the others tail, what was that about? She gave her head a slight shake, what on earth, was she coming down with something?
"I'm looking for a pride, a pride of all females. Do you mayhap know in which direction I might find it?" She asked with a slight tilt of her head, though she suddenly found herself in no hurry to leave her present company.

Tali couldn't help but to giggle some as the lioness answered her comment. "Water?" She asked with a small snicker. "Swimming is fun. But it's best in the trees." She said simply once again flicking her tail around behind her. At the lioness's next question she paused and a small smile grew on her face "Hmm?" She half purred before nodding at the lioness and she started to walk into the bushes, motioning for the other lioness to follow her with her tail. "You have found it." She remarked simply to the lioness turning around and looking at her with her pericing brown eyes.

That look.
Those eyes.
It was over before she even knew what was happening. But her teal&green eyes lit up with wonderment. "I've finally found it?!" She was in shock, what was she going to do now, her last few...months?! Had been spent looking for this heaven on the land, this place she hoped she could rest and feel at peace.
She followed Tali carefully, eyes wide as she took a deep breath. "Finally."

Her tail flicked around behind her once again, she was excited at the idea of having new members of the pride hanging out, she felt like she hadn't seen any in forever. It wasn't often that she found other lionesses seek out the pride. She was born into the pride and it had been a while since the last time that she had seen strangers try to join the pride in a while. "Yes, you've made it here." She paused for a moment thinking before turning to her and grinning. "Are you here for refuge? Or are you just passing by?" she said curiously her tail flicking around behind her.

"I guess you could say Im a refuge." She said with a soft sigh, "Though Im looking to make this my new home hopefully." She desperately wanted what her sister had found in Ela, and what she felt she was missing.
She had loved her pride, loved every member within it and with it gone, and only her sister and herself alive out of them, she missed that bond, missed that family feeling. "My sister and I are the only survivors of our pride."

Tali paused and flicked her tail around behind her as she thought about what to to say to the lioness, it sounded like she had been through quite and interesting time finding her way here. "We are a nice pride." She said simply before looking toward her once again. "The last? Where from?" She questioned her curiously not that sure of what else to say.

"Kameelperd Aanbid was the name of our pride, though Im sure its been long forgotten." She sighed, it lived still within her heart but she knew now that it was time to move on and find her own happiness.
"I hope I can settle in here, and be happy..I really miss being happy."
