Hel was resting on her stomach on the floor of her room. The pumpkin sun was starting to set, from what she could tell from her window, and all in all, it had been a rather…laid back and nearly unproductive day. She sighed softly, closing her eyes briefly until a small excited yip caught her attention.
She watched as Heimdall bounded back over, carting his bouncy ball by the string she had looped around it…since his mouth couldn’t fit around it. All in all…it often slain Hel with the cuteness. Her lips twitched upwards and she took the bouncy ball from him, and then tossed it, watching as it flew across the room in a series of arcs. Heimdall sped after it like a cotton ball in a wind storm. When he wasn’t napping…which was eighty percent of the time…he was a little spit fire. A very adorable spit fire.

Where oh where could my baby be~?
Mot had wanted to be with Hel, but for some reason she was never in when he called for her at her dorm room. At first he thought it was just bad timing, but with his self confidence on the cliff, he was beginning to think she was avoiding him.
Mot once again found himself outside her door. Not hard to do on account of he lived right across from the ghoul. With a breath held, he knocked on her door. "Hel? Are you home?"

Heimdall was running back as there was a knock on the door, and the ghoul looked up, feeling her heart both flutter in excitement…yet twist anxiously. Oh. No way to mosey on out now…but she did want to spend time with him it was just…She didn’t want to fight…and well…she didn’t fight with him when she wasn’t around him.
Could she try playing quiet?
Hemidall started to yip excitedly at the sound of Mot’s voice.
Nope.
“…Ya…” She answered. “It is unlocked…!” The ghoul raised a brow at her noisy little FoxFire and then poked his side, watching as he rolled right off of his feet and onto his back. Little fluffy traitor.

Mot's heart flipped in delight upon finally hearing a familiar voice inside, opening the door and stepping in with a wide smile. "I finally caught you home." He said with a laugh, closing the door behind him. "I've had the worst luck in catching you lately." At least he hoped it was just bad luck. He liked her so much, that if he knew she was avoiding him, his heart might break.
The grim reaper walked on in, sitting himself just across from where the Valkyrie lay. He gave little Heimdall a scritch on the belly and smiled.
"Been busy I take it?"

Oh…it was nice to seem him…and he was smiling.
Hel silently prayed to the gods for it to stay that way. Don’t let her ruin it. Please. The ghoul’s lips couldn’t help but pull into a smile as well, though worry still tugged at the corners of her mouth as well.
Heimdall’s little pea sized paws wiggled in the air as his belly was scratched, and he immediately flopped onto his feet and went to get his equally little bouncy ball. The little poof dragged it over to the cowboil by the string and then yipped as he let go of it, waiting for Mot to throw it.
“Oh…you can toss that anywhere…you can even bounce it high…he will get it…” She paused for a moment. “…Ah…ya…training…never stops, especially after well…you know.” Her brows furrowed. Different topic… “…Ah…! I am picking up on a new type of activity soon though, with Shun. It is called parkour…have you heard of it before?”

Mot chuckled at the small poof's antics. He took up the ball, nodding at Hel's comment and tossing it across the room. "They're adorable at that stage." He commented idly.
"Parkour? No, I can't say I have. What does it entail?" he asked with interest.

Heimdall took off like a bullet.
Hel watched him for a moment, before looking back at Mot. “I hope he stays that way forever…Ah!” She paused. “…As Shun described it…it is the ability to traverse the any obstacle in the environment with your own abilities…it involved a lot of running, jumping, and climbing…just a lot of athleticism…we are going to work on it together.”

"Wow. That sounds strenuous. But I bet you'd love that kind of challenge." Mot replied with a smile. It certainly wasn't something Mot could handle. He leaned forward with his arms resting over his knees and chuckled. "I imagine I'll expect a lot of scrapes and bruises on you soon."
"So Shun does this Parkour stuff often?" Mot asked conversationally.

"Heh…ya.” She nodded her head in agreement. At his chuckle and comment, Hel smirked a bit. “…Ya…that is true too.” Mot knew her well. He did…
“Ah, apparently so! I mean…I am not surprised. Are you? But he needs to work on it again…ah…you know.” Hel paused, and then leaned forward a bit on her elbows. She needed to stop bringing up what happened at the Haunted House. “SO…I was in the gardens earlier, trying to hula hoop, and Shun appears and to toss it at him, and it hits him right in the head!” Hel snorted. “Later, I also challeneged him to shadow step into the hoop wherever I tossed it…and he was doing very well…until I tossed it into a corner with the brick wall met the stone wall…and he shadow stepped right into the wall, and then fall back onto the grass in a daze!”
Just recalling that was enough to send Hel back into another fit of laughter.

Mot tilted his head, not connecting the incident at the Haunted House with Shun right away. "Wow, really?" Mot laughed with Hel. "I can't imagine him so clumsy.." And that's when he put two and two together. "Oh right.. his eye." He murmured, scratching his chin. "That must be terribly difficult." Depth perception and all that. "Still, he's the sort to keep improving no matter the challenge. I admire that in him." Shun was terribly serious sort, but he did have many strong qualities.
"Oh, Hel? I don't mean to bring it up since it's touchy.. but how is your back feeling lately?" Mot asked with genuine concern, staring at the Valkyrie without a hint of aversion.

“Heh…it is difficult, but Shun masks it very well! I mean, he shadow stepped into the hoop the entire time except for once…I think he will adjust easily.” She smiled. Because not adjusting wasn’t an option for Shun. The ghoul blinked as Mot mentioned ‘touchy subject’, and actually worried he might bring up the M-word, until she realized he was talking about her back
Oh, whew.
“Oh…it is alright to bring it up, Mot.” Hel replied. “I mean…what happened, happened…tip-toeing around the subject is not going to change anything but ah…” She rolled her shoulders a bit. “…It is better, certainly, but it is still sore…and it aches...it is uncomfortable more than anything…heh…I still like laying on my stomach, it is preferable, and it does bother me when I fall back on it…but that is all.” She assured.

The grim reaper was glad he didn't need to tip toe. The Seeds Mission had been over for a long time, but he wasn't the one who suffered a loss here. The well being of his ghoulfriend often consumed him.
"Is there anything you'd like me to do to help? If it's not to sensitive I could always give you a massage." Mot offered with a warm smile. "Honestly, I feel terrible I left you alone for so long after it happened. I need to apologize for that. It will never happen again."

Woah…Mot’s…gung-ho attitude…
Hel looked a bit taken aback.
“A…a massage, really?” She echoed, a hopefulness creeping into her voice, but she fell silent as he apologized. She opened her mouth to say something, but then closed it. She shook her head a bit. “Mot…you…do not apologize…you…you did what I asked you too…”

"No, I should not have listened to you in such a state. No offense." Mot smiled despite himself. "And yes, a massage. When you're sore, a massage helps, right?" He was going to do things right from here on out. He'd fight his timid instincts to the death if need be. Hel needed an assertive boilfriend, and he would do everything he could to be the man she needed.

“Uh…” Hel’s mouth opened again as she just stared at Mot. So surprised, she couldn’t even be mad. Was this real life?
“…I…suppose so…? Um….” Hel tilted her head a bit, one eye narrowing now as she studied Mot…as if she was waiting for the other shoe to drop. Hmm. Hel was temporarily distracted from her scrutinizing of the cowboil as Heimdall came bounding back over, and brought his tethered bouncy ball back to Mot for the grim to throw, wagging his little bottle brush cleaner size tail.
“…Where would you like for me to be for this…massage…?”
