Some how Tahki had managed to find the washroom. It was still very unclear with the how but some how she'd opened the right door and stumbled on in. It seemed like all the washing machines and drying machines were empty which was lucky for her. The gryphon took a deep breath and then exhaled. This was something she could do. These were machings, technology. Something the gryphon was very good with.

"I.. I ... just put them in yeah?" Tahki did not wait for an answer. The gryphon was already on her way to the dryer machine to put her dirty clothing in. With little effort she opened the machine and put her dirty shirt in it. After the door was shut, she started to reach for the start button.

Tahki was in need of a lot of help.

Tahki looked surprised that she'd put the shirt in the wrong one.

"I thought they all washed and dried," She tilted her head at the familiar. But apparently in clear writing, now that she was paying attention, there clear as day she was proven wrong. And not only that she'd need some washer powder. The gryphon was quick to the cabinet and in no time she returned with a small cup of washing powder.

"So this much?" She lifted a brow at the snake. Thanatos had almost been completely forgotten.

Tahki gave the snake familiar a serious nod before slowly and carefully pouring the powder in to the washer. Then she snapped the washer shut and pressed the button. The machine made a loud rumbling noise which caused the poof at the end of Tahki's tail to flair out and her wings to spread out. With out realizing, she'd jumped back and nearly in to Thanatos.

".." She was frozen in a battle position. Slowly the gryphons wings folded back close to her back. There was a deep sigh of relief.

"I thought it was going to attack!"

Tahkis ears flicked hearing the laughter. She lowered her ears a little in shame and her cheeks brightened a very bright red. Had she said something wrong?

"Im.. Im..." The gryphon stammered a little, "I've never done this," Was that a little bit of a protest of a whine? More then likely that was a yes. Yes it was. Tahki did not like being laughed at. In fact other peoples judgement of her seemed to really be what held the gryphon back in many areas in life.

"Uh.. S-so what should we do now?" She didn't want Biskoto to leave now that the washer was turned on. What about the dryer? Still there was a big question of what to do now.

Tahki stared at the window as Bis pointed it out. The soapy suds and clothing were tossed together like they were in a blender. The gryphon watched wordlessly as she listened to Bis explain just what one did while waiting on laundry. The usual things the gryphon would do involved her game boil which was left upstairs. A book would be next on her list but again she'd left the blasted things up in her dorm. That left socializing she supposed.

Slowly and awkwardly she turned her head to Thanatos.

"You ...don't talk much?" She tilted her head questioningly at him. Not that she didn't want to talk to Bis, she did. But Thanatos had been so quiet and she couldn't help but wonder why. Part of her wished she had a familiar of her own that could do all her talking for her too. It would be a lot of fun - specially if said familiar was as sweet as Bis. Instead, Tahki was her own familiar.

Tahkis ears lowered a little not sure what he meant by interrupting. There didn't seem to be anything he'd be interrupting last she checked at the very least. Was she missing something? The gryphon had no idea he thought of her as entertainment other wise she'd probably have withdrawn even more in to her self. Instead she stood there a little confused and doe eyed.

Then Bis snapped her out of it with a nuzzle and a faint smile perched it self on her face. The gryphon found her self petting the familiar and nuzzling it back. It was entirely possible her animal instincts were kicking in causing her to nuzzle back. Being part feline and all.

"I .. Uh.," She tried to find the words to reply. Finally they came to her and she gave a nod before opening her mouth.

"I think he's alright. I mean.. Yeah alright," She concluded giving a nod to Bis. "But I think your more talkative and kind." Was that desu shine in Tahkis eyes?

Tahkis ears twitched when the beep went off. It distracted her from Thanatos grinning and being very confusing - at least for the moment it did.

"R-right," Tahki quickly moved to the washer and grabbed her things then plopped them down in the dryer. A dryer sheet was not put in but the gryphon did manage to push the right buttons. There she stood feeling like she had done something correct on her own for once. A beaming smile was to be had by all from the gryphon who was so very proud of the work she'd just done.

"I think I'm getting the hang of this!" She hugged the snake familiar in thanks.

Tahki had released the snake and was beaming at her job well done. Her hands were excidely both clenched in to victory fists and her arms were arched like the sides of squares. Tahki gave a curt single nod all the while looking completely dead serious about this very small task.

"Alright!' She decided finally. The gryphon almost seemed child like in the way she was learning how to do the wash for the first time. Normally, the gryphon acted much more mature. Being socially retarded some what had its toll to pay though. All those hours beating just about every game there was and not trying to reach out to her peers had left Tahki a little behind in the full mature for her age gauge. But that was alright.

"So we have to wait some more I suppose...?" There was an inquiring tone as if she was digging for any ideas of what to do now.
