The Academy have wide balconies for students to access and the grounds in front of the entrance are also used as a makeshift battleground for training fights between students. During these battles, a member of staff must be present to view the fight. The area near Shibusen also seems to be a forest area, where some students like Maka and her team use it as a training ground.

Silva 'Undertaker' WindsorThe Death God's Chainsaw Flight of Apollo  Once outside,Undertaker noticed that the School Grounds was a terribly sunny place.Lucky for him his hat was concealed within his robe.He pulled it out then wore it."Oi,oi,oi...I.Don't.Like.This.Place."Said the funeral director-c**-teacher with what seemed to be a low hiss.He took out a pen from his pocket,writing the words 'school grounds' on his right palm then crossed it out.He looked at Cody then giggled maniacally."Oh,dear...looks like you have the advantage,"he told him with amusement as he watched the student's fuzzy outline standing a few feet away from him. "I've got an ache like a cat thief's got an alarm
It's got a sound like a gunshot over and over.
Got a voice so lost off back in my head.
It takes the heart rate up, then down even lower.
I got my friends face down like a kid in the dark.
They've got the same fear built up more, even more.
Lit my eyes bright up like a predator shark,
To let my mind close down every hour by hour.

I have a disadvantage." he said thinking about it because he was unarmed, "Well either way, I would like to ask a favor of you sir before we start our battle." Running or jogging, perhaps, around the school hallways, Junavi stopped for a bit near another exit, possibly to the grounds, where Cody and Silva should be at. Junavi panted due to her running around the school looking for the grounds, since she actually didn't have a good look around the school. Before, Junavi walked the door, she took a couple of breathing in and out then walked to the door. About to open the door, she spotted to the side, at the corner of her eyes, Cody and Silva, they seem like they just arrived a few minutes ago. She didn't know what they were saying to each other and opened the door slowly and a bit quietly, she walk down the way, then stopped after hearing what Silva said to Cody. "Oh, dear... looks like you have the advantage.", Junavi looked at Cody then raised a brow up. "Advantage...? What's he saying?", she question herself, thinking what he might, "I'm not even by his side yet and yet he tells him he has the advantage... Is this teacher planning something" With questions moving around her head, none of them would be answer if she doesn't appear next to Cody's side. About to take a step to Cody, she stopped after hearing what Cody said, "Well, either way, I would like to ask a favor of you, sir, before we start our battle." Junavi looked at Cody, with a confused look of her face and decided to wait for bit until they start their battle. She backed up a bit, hiding back in the shadows.

Silva 'Undertaker' WindsorThe Death God's Chainsaw Flight of Apollo The teacher-c**-funeral director looked at his long,black nails as the knight meister spoke.Undertaker gave a slight frown then waved a hand at him."Psh,you don't get it,I guess.I hate bright places.It distorts my already-distorted vision,"he said in a matter-of-fact tone.The frown vanished and was replaced with a grin as the latter spoke again.
"Me accepting that favour will depend,of course.I'll accept it if you can give me a first-rate laugh...hee,hee..."Undertaker told Cody almost calmly.He then gave his partner an amused look."But if you want,you can tell me what is it now.I'll do it if you can make me laugh my head off." 〠 Knight Meister ♞ Partner: Junavi James ♞ Age: 17 〠  ☫ Cody Rivera ☫ ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ Cody looked at her when he spoke but he smirked, "What I want you to do is to not hold back your power when your fighting me..." he said as he soon started to think about how he brought his hands together as he began to speak more to himself.
"Let my soul be Sound, Let my mind be Sane and my body be free of madness. I protect my mind and soul, my armor protects my body. I dawn my armor to protect and preserve peace and to purge all that is evil."
He spoke but soon he began to glow, his body surrounded by light before soon, when the light began to dim down, soon Cody was no longer standing their as he was covered in armor. The helmet stared at the teacher before Cody moved a bit, "Come at me with all you got." He said as his voice sounded echoed coming out of his helmet as he began to bring his readied fists up. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

Silva 'Undertaker' WindsorThe Death God's Chainsaw Flight of Apollo Undertaker raised an eyebrow at Cody's favor.Of course,I won't hold back.What do you honestly think of me,some kind of a wimpy retard?Kehee,hee!"he asked back,his voice snappish and eerily cheerful at the same time.He tilted his head to the sides,his neck emitting a locking sound as he did.The teacher then stretched his legs alternatively,as if stretching and preparing for the upcoming fight.Undertaker was now stretching his arms when the student spoke once more,asking him to come with all he's got.He raised an eyebrow,gave Cody and Junavi an amused stare,then fixed his top hat carelessly."I should be the one saying that,little one.How...hee,hee...How d-dare...you!Guhahahaha!!!"Undertaker told him,laughing like a pleased maniac.
With one swift motion,the teacher flipped his outer robe which was acting like an overcoat behind him,showing his inner outfit:A tighter robe and high boots with leather and metal buckles.His hat tipped off with the sudden movement and as it touched the ground,a dozen wooden grave markers bearing the name of dead people and some sacred formulas written in kanji with the texts fading away appeared from within his outer coat.These grave markers are called 'sotoba'.The sotobas dropped down the ground vertically with a loud 'thud' erecting themselves on the ground without Undertaker's aid.
"How about a funny flash?"he said with a slight laugh,picking up the nearest sotoba almost carefully.He twirled it with his fingers then pointed it at Cody."I will not fight you if you won't use your partner.What use will she be if you fight all alone and merely rely only on your armour?You dare call yourself a meister,"he then said almost seriously upon remembering his late meister.Undertaker's eyes flashed dangerously as he grinned.The temperature seemed to drop instantly at the moment as a cold breeze swept by.He stepped forward then gave another grin."Come at me with all you've got,kids,"he muttered almost quietly,his voice cold and dark but it was filled with amusement. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ Haruki ran down the streets tiredly, trying to find his way towards the Death Weapon Meister Academy, which appeared to be at the center of the city, the problem was he wasn't sure how to get there. There were a lot of twists and turns in the streets. "Man... this is confusing." He scratched the back of his head in annoyance. He was busy trying to find an apartment or somewhere for him and Catori, but it took longer than he expected. "Then again... Catori does prefer living outside... but she's different." He looked around the streets, trying to find his way around. Part of him felt like he's been here before, but he knew for a fact he's never been in Death City. Haruki noticed not too far away there were a few other people that appeared to be from the DWMA. Haruki wondered softly if they were students as well.

Form: Human/ Weapon Junavi was sitting around the sidelines of the hallway of the grounds and watch Cody, observing his movements and the way he fights. This gave her the benefit to know what her meister is like and by watching his moves will see how they'll fight together with the movements he's got and how fast he'll try dodging moves.
Junavi then crossed both her arms and legs then leaned against the wall and watch as the two continued talking about not going easy on each other and give their best at the battle. She then looked at Windsor as he gave both Cody and Junavi a amused stare and started laughing like a madman. "What's he planning?", Junavi thought as she then watch Windsor flipping his robe inside out, showing his outfit. Watching as the madman teacher started throwing attacks at Cody, he told him, "I will not fight yo if you won't use your partner. What use will she be if you fight all alone and merely rely only on your armor? You dare call yourself a meister." Junavi eyed the teacher as it seems he wouldn't dare attack a meister without a weapon, she then sighed and walked to Cody and transformed as soon she got close to Cody's hands. "Now that I'm here with him, give us your best shot, Mr.", Junavi told the teacher. I have to have control of myself

Sword Meister  Camilla walked around the school, trying to find a place to play her violin. She kept on walking until she saw a door that leads her to the balcony. She walked near to it and turned on the door knob, opening the door. She was welcomed warmly by the sunshine of the Laughing Sun.
Camilla suddenly grunted silently before closing her eyes for a moment. She reopened them slowly and arrived to the balcony. She looked around, seeing many trees and building as if she's as tall as a giant. In her thought, she was wondering if anybody was around in the School Grounds...

He turned and looked at her only to see her transform but when her scythe's staff was close, he grabbed it so that he had his partner wielded. He soon looked at the teacher but spun the scythe, "I am ready when you are." He said ready to get the session started. ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

Silva 'Undertaker' WindsorThe Death God's Chainsaw Flight of Apollo  The teacher cast the Knight Meister another amused stare."I sincerely hope you are ready,Cody Rivera,"said Undertaker as he lifted the sotoba he was holding down.It will take another 10 minutes for him to summon another batch of these things.He then finally took notice of the meister's partner as she walked towards Cody.Undertaker lifted his free hand then scratched the bridge of his nose with his index finger."I sooo wanted to speak rudely right now...Children treating me like some brat,commanding me to give them my 'best shot'...I want to cuss,to swear,to shout all the rude words I know,"he stated blandly as he dropped his free hand down carelessly.His expression became blank(although the bridge of his nose down can only be seen).
A cold breeze swept by,making Undertaker's long,silver hair sway behind him.He stifled a yawn as the breeze caused his bangs to flow on the left side of his face,now fully showing his face.His stitched,deathly pale face that wore a blank expression.His yellowish green eyes were as dead as the night despite the unnatural glow in it.The sotobas on his sides trembled violently,as if wanting to lunge themselves towards the two to pierce,if not rip,their bodies apart.The teacher heaved a deep breath and as he did,the sotobas calmed down.
Flash of Sotoba.An ability that can only be learned by Deathscythes.But it takes more than being a Deathscythe to be able to learn it.Since these grave markers are used for the dead,the user of this ability should be one with the dead.That is,either one who works as an undertaker,a murderer,or one whose soul is tainted with death itself.It can also be learned by those who had witnessed death more than a hundred times,and those who almost experienced facing it and was almost within its reach;so close to death,so close that the god of death almost tasted your despaired soul.
Undertaker twirled the sotoba he was holding once more then started to walk slowly towards the two.As he did,his soul pulsated throughout the area,the appearance of his soul resembling a great coffin that seemed to hold all of the world's wrath,fear,and despair within it.He spat down the ground and raised the sotoba to the meister's throat."Take me seriously.You will die,"he said and as he spoke the words,his ability called Detention activated,his soul wavelength wrapping and twisting themselves around both meister and weapon's body and souls.As Detention did this,the two would feel a very heavy presence,one filled with despair,within them.Too great to deny,too heavy to not be acknowledged.Undertaker then took a step back to allow his Detention to have more room for binding every escaping soul wavelength from the two.It would appear as godmodding or something like kids these days call a person whose abilities were too powerful and overwhelming for the enemy.But may God forgive him for being like this against two meager students;the lust to kill again kicked in.
Undertaker's eyes flashed then glowed dangerously as the area became colder than before.It was the intensity of his soul,suggesting death and despair.The feeling he felt when his meister died,when he was the one to attend to the latter's corpse.It was sickeningly sad and ecstatic at the same time.When the image of these two he was facing flashed within his mind,they were inside the glass cages and were corpses.Or at least worse than that.The teacher's lips carved into a deathly grin then slashed at Cody.If this Knight Meister is strong enough,he would notice the small gap of soul wavelength on his arms,enough to give him a chance to throw off Undertaker's attack.If he failed to do so,he would have to say goodbye to his arm for it will be ripped clean off of his body.The sotoba Undertaker was wielding was in its normal,wooden self,but with enough menace from the teacher's soul,it would be more than enough to cut the Academy's gates in half.
