 Himiko attacking AlessaThe Miko Freak had decided that her daughter needed to practice her skills in hunting evil. The Jackal didn't have her skills in detecting it, in recognizing an evil fae no matter what guise she took, and there had certainly been an upsurge in the evil - and particularly the powerfully evil faes - and it was time to get her daughter motivated.
As they together stalked the streets, she saw in front of her a fae who, on the surface looked normal enough, but the Freak could tell that there was something... off about her. "Kazue, there! That one, that fae there is evil." She pulled back her spear and threw it so that it would land at Alessa's feet, a wave of holy magic knocking the vampire back, to make it undoubtedly clear that she was correct in her assessment.Himiko HP: 30 Kazue HP: 20

 Attacking: HimikoAlessa growled low in her throat. The burst of holy energy was enough to make her stumble, and she whirled around. Not one of those fool Druids this time. Well, she'd have to show this fool who she was messing with. She picked up the spear, hissing, and threw it back.
"Why is it that such pathetic peons are constantly harassing me?" She sighed.

 Attacking: Alessa"Really, why do we need to..." She hadn't really believed her mother that the evil faes were out in force, and when her mother started to attack what looked like a random fae, she cried out, "Mother, stop!" But then, the fae attacked was hurt by the holy power, nothing else needed, and so Kazue's eyes narrowed. "Fine, Mother, I see your point." She jumped forward, slashing at Alessa with her claws, now convinced that this fae, at least, was evil.Kazue HP: 20

Attacking: AlessaShe hissed, as the vampire's resulted in her own spear cutting her. She picked it back up, following after her daughter. "That's the way, Kazue!" She attacked as well, slicing towards the evil fae, although it resulted in only a glancing blow.Himiko HP: 26

Attacking: HimikoDamn, there were two of them now? Alessa took the glancing blows, though she did spend a moment mourning her suit. If she continued fighting like this it was going to wind up utterly ruined.
"I am very much getting tired of swatting flies," she growled, spinning to deliver a solid kick towards Himiko's midsection. That one, the one that had thrown the spear with holy power, she was the bigger threat.

As Kazue saw the evil fae attack her mother, she growled. As much as she often found her mother overbearing, especially with her obsession with "fighting evil", she did not approve of anyone else hurting her. She jumped forward again, biting into Alessa's shoulder, trying to slow her down and get her to leave Himiko alone long enough for the Freak to recover.

Attacking: AlessaHimiko's breath hissed out at the vampire's kick, and it took her several moments to regain it again. She straightened, grateful for her daughter's help, and held up several ofuda. She chanted, granting them the holy power she had control over, and threw them at the vampire. Several stuck, burning Alessa with their power. "Take that, evil creature!" Himiko snapped.Himiko HP: 16

Attacking: HimikoAlessa snarled. Between the two assaults, the Prince went to her knees, clawing at the strange papers that burned her skin.
"Points for creativity," she growled, swiping her claws at the Freak, even more sure now the she was the bigger treat. Claws and teeth were one thing but what the he'l were these paper things,? They burned her flesh wherever they contacted!

"My mother's power is a blight on all evil, and you are clearly no exception," Kazue snarled. She didn't have her mother's ability to put holy power into the ofuda, but as she was Neutral they didn't hurt her, and she certainly could help make sure they hit the vampire. She grabbed one that missed, shoving it against Alessa's back.

The Miko Freak tried to pull back to dodge her opponent's attack, but wasn't in time. Red blood stained one glove as it dripped down her arm from the gashes Alessa had given her. Himiko's eyes narrowed, and she shook her spear in the direction of the vampire. As she did, each of the ofuda gave off a wave of light, the power in them spreading temporarily so that even the ones nearby on the ground would cause the vampire discomfort, and any still touching her would do that much more damage, and be that much harder to remove.

Attacking: HimikoOh that was it. Laessa was in pain, the strange papers burning her skin and only burning worse every time she tried to pull them off. She was not a happy Prince. Still, As much as she wanted to, she wasn't going to make the mistake of draining someone not of her preferred vitas again, so both the Freak and the Jackal were safe from her bite. Instead, she would go for a physical finisher on the Freak and then take out the other little fly...her daughter, was it? She leapt off the ground, snapping a vicious kick towards Himiko.

"Mother!" Kazue wasn't fast enough to grab the fae, to stop the attack on her mother, but she wasn't about to let their opponent get away with it unscathed. While Alessa was busy attacking the Freak, Kazue slashed at her with her claws, ripping at her unprotected back.

Attacking: AlessaHimiko was badly injured by the vampire's attack, and fell to the ground, panting. She held up her spear in front of her, keeping the vampire back with its power, and doing a little damage in the process, but not all that much.Himiko HP: 1

Attacking: HimikoAlessa barely registered the strike to her back. She strode forward even against the holy power of the spear, hissing and snarling as it burned her, but she was an Elder Vampire, and she was not going to let this go.
She reached down, grabbing at Himiko's throat to lift herup and choke her, one-handed, into unconsciousness. She turned to the Jackal.
"You next, worm," she growled.

Attacking: AlessaThe ease with which Alessa took out her mother, who Kazue had always viewed as powerful, shocked the jackal. She stumbled backward, eyes wide. "No... but..." She herself wasn't able to do anything more to the vampire, although the lingering holy power continued to sap away at Alessa's strength.Kazue HP: 20
