((Setting this just shortly after our first rp))
Not much effort was really put in to finding a snug little place down by the water. Kushami had found a place none the less. It was nice and cozy right by a tree that was moderately close to the water. The two got the cover of the tree and they were very close to the water. Seemed simple enough for Kushami's tastes at least.
Now the big question was if Thona was actually going to return with something she could eat or if he'd run off just like Gyongyi had. Part of Kushami liked to believe that Gyongyi wasn't happily alive some where but got trampled to her death while trying to bring something back to her. At least then Kushami would know that Gyongyi died in the line of duty rather then being a petty deserter. Still, the disappearance of Gyongyi gave Kushami many doubts that Thona was going to return. Next time she'd have to be sure to make her point a little more aggressively. To much free rain for a lacky could be bad.
Yes, Kushami thought she was in control of this picture here. But the blue leopardess had no earthly idea just who she was really dealing with. So she sat smug and posh and awaited for what she assumed to be a lacky to return.

 (Just gonna skip the hunting stuff, cause I'm lazy.)
Thona had indeed caught something to eat. He had ended up finding some antelope, but instead of going after the parents, he had decided to kill two little fawns. One for each of them. Fawns were much more delicious than their parents, and any leopard would enjoy a fine feast. Or at least, he would without thinking about the fact he killed too little babies. Though, it wasn't as easy as it seemed. No, it took a bit of work, but how he had them both in his teeth by the neck as he carefully walked where he had left.
It took him a little bit to find the direction she had gone, as the fawns smell was far more clear than hers. Once he found it he started moving that way. Soon he found her sitting where she said she would be, and had found water too. Though, it probably didn't take as much effort that it took him to catch the dinner she wanted.
He was still unsure if this was all really worth it in the end. Though, he had gone this far, why not see it to the end? Well, the end in his mind. He still had the upper hand, even if he was letting her feel like she did. "Nice place" he said before he dropped the fawns on the ground in front of her.

Kushami almost jumped out of her blue fur hearing another voice. The female relaxed when she saw the orange stranger from before carrying two baby fawns. Wordlessly the female licked her chops at the choice of meat the male had brought back. Oh wow, he was far more useful then Gyongyi had ever been. "Its quaint," She gave Thona a cheshire of a smile. "Nice to see your the type of leopard that takes hunting seriously big boy. These look nice and fresh," Kushami was already beside the two bodies. Her paws gently petted the head of one of Thona's victims. "I do have to admit I am impressed you returned. Oh what am I saying? Of course you came back," She gave him a seductive smile.

For a split second, Thona thought that she might know his plans, but then he realized he was just being foolish. She couldn't know, he was playing this part perfectly. "Well, if one wants to live a grand life, one must know how to hunt the best things." These weren't by far the best things to eat, but they would work for the moment. There were much better things out there.
"Have you 'lost' something before?" he raised his brow. For some reason this situation felt oddly familiar, but he couldn't quite place it. Wasn't important enough to place it anyways. He honestly didn't care if she did or not, but the more she talked about her self, the easier it was for him to get her closer to what he wanted.
He watched her look at the fawns and then pet one. It almost seemed to him like she was toying with them even after they were dead. Strange female, this was. Though he couldn't really say much. "You're pick." He said finally looking back at them.

"Well your probably the best hunter I've had," She mumbled. It was true though. The tan leopardess half the time scavenged meat instead of hunt. One thing that Kushami hated more then anything was to find maggots in her food or bite in to a ripe piece of spoiled meat. It was down right horrible! "Oh lost someone you could say. She ran off. Tan leopardess and just," She sighed, "I don't know what I could have done to make anyone run off," She gave another overly dramatic sigh. "Ah well you can be my companion now I suppose." And Thona was already doing a bang up job impressing the leopardess. She took the fatter of the two babies and dragged closer to her self. She wasted no time dipping her maw down and staining her maw red with the babies lush meat. After a while she spoke. "Why do you ask?"

She thinks she owns him. Thona wanted to laugh, but he didn't let it out. He had heard her mumble, but pretended not to. He flicked his tail as he heard it little story. He nodded like he was interested. He watched her pick one and drag it to her.
"Well, you kinda made it seem like you lost something." He shrugged and grabbed the second one, ripping into it without hesitation. He had never eaten rotten meat, and couldn't even think of how that would b e even if she told him about it. He didn't object to her saying he was her companion. She'd soon find out that he was the wrong type of company.
He licked his chops as he ripped bits off, and gnawed on skin and bone when it didn't want to come off as easy. His face pinked with blood, but he took no notice. His claws were dug into the carcass so it didn't happen to walk way.

It was true that Kushami had no idea the type of fire she was playing with. The fact she was being played had never seemed like a possiblity. Kushami was the one who usually played others. Well, play was a very broad choice of words. She happily and blissfully chewed the meat that Thona had provided with out any thought to what was actually going on. "Oh yes, I lost a some one. Gyongyi was her name. Lacky if you will... kind of pitiful." She gave Thona a shrug. "I think she must have died or something when I sent her to go hunt cause she never returned. But you are by far a more superior companion to have," By companion she really meant lacky. The delusion that was tricking Thona to do her bidding was strong. Very strong. Thona was doing a good job not coming off as suspicious.

Indeed he was superior. He was even more superior to this female he was being a servant to. Things hand to turn around and quick. He licked his chops and looked at her for a moment. "It seems you've just upgraded your companionship rather having lost anyone." He simply said. Maybe that sounded a little bad for him, but he felt it was the right thing to say at the moment.
"I mean, no one like you should have a pathetic partner." He said with a smile. He had to get her ego up as much as he could get it up. Maybe that'd help make it easier to do whatever he was going to do. Even though he was in control of the situation, he liked it much better when both parties knew he was in control of it. It just had a better feeling to it. Moving too fastly, however, could make it go south. Too many possibilities to ruin this prefect situation. But there was a high chance for him to succeed in it as well.

"Your right!" Kushami concluded, "I don't need some one pathetic around like her. Your far better then she could ever hope to be." There was a deciding nod, "I think that I'll have to keep you around then big boy ~" She took a bold step forward, stepping on her meal in the process, "So why is it you want to stay in my services ? Hmmmmm?" A cheshire like grin popped on her maw. "Did I maybe catch your eye? "

Here was his moment, though he didn't know if it was a trap of her own. She seemed easy to woo though. Seeing as he was half already doing it by saying that she didn't anything, just upgraded. He raised his brow. "Well, seeing fine, strong, leopardess is very catching." He said with an innocent smile. It was easy enough to do.
"Who better than to help someone who is strong, and can handle herself?" He asked with another grin. "Wouldn't want to help someone weak and useless, after all" It wasn't really a direct answer, but perhaps it was enough to keep her happy and that was all he wanted to do. To keep this in his hands, he didn't have time to answer silly questions that were false when he spoke anyways.

Feeding her ego was just what Kushami wanted. Each stroke of her ego made her all that more open and trusting of this male she probably shouldn't be trusting. Her own ego refused her to believe that anyone could out best her. "Every word you speak is true. My my aren't you wise." She cooed a little, "If only I could have more followers like you but.. I don't think there are many as wise as you my good fellow." There was a hint of woe in her voice. "So if your not weak and useless... And you want to be in my services. I have a certain service you'd be perfect for," And it was that easy.

"Well, they may not be as wise as me, but there are certain ways to manipulate those to do what you want them to." Perhaps he should stop there, and that was what he was going to do. If he proved to be more wise, then perhaps she'd catch onto his little scheme. He didn't want that, not at all. Though, when she spoke of a service he could do for her, his ears flickered a bit.
"And what might that be, my sweet?" He asked with a raise of an eyebrow. He was very interested in what she had to say, but he kept it cool, and more innocent hint to his look. He was so close, so very close. He could feel it, but he couldn't show it. No. He had to wait. Patience; he was good at that. He always played the waiting game, sometimes it paid off fast, sometimes not. "Whatever it is, I'm sure I could do it with ease."

Lucky for Thona had already set the brick work down for Kushami to not find that one comment the least bit curious. She was already snared in the trap. "Oh I think your clever enough to figure that part out," She grinned, "And yes. Im sure your more the capable of that good sir."

So she meant exactly what he thought she meant. Well, that sure was a lot easier than he had figured. At least he wouldn't have to stick around too long after words at this rate. One lesson learned for this leopardess soon enough. He smirked at her, though he wished she had actually come out and say it. "I'm good for whatever you can throw at me." He said with a cocky smirk on his face.
He wanted to seem as if they were two of sides of the same coin, to make things more worth wild in her eyes.It always gave him much pleasure when things came out how he wanted them. "And when do you plan for me to... service you?"

Kushami gave Thona a grim grin. "Oh . I don't know," She looked up for a second before returning her gaze back to Thona. "Now." It was more of a demand then a request.
