Name: Taimy Taimu no mi
Type: Paramecia
Details: Ability to chance the flow of time, Even its looks very powerful its very hard to control, The side effects that peter has is when he sneeze he skips into time, like a couple of minutes, other people are aware of the skips but act like they normal do in the time skip also when peter have cramps the time slows for him taking much longer time to go to the little pirates room.(both of them are for comical situation, and won't work in battle) He develops some techniques to control some of the aspects
Name: Time Stop
Description: Peter can stop time two feet around him by holding his breath(He can only hold this breath for one minute tops)
Name: Not So Fast
Description: Peter can slow time ten yards around him for 4 minutes when snapping his fingers. After the 4 minutes he need an hour to recharge (He can only to the technique when he is completely calm and focused, and with falling speed objects and people will react like they land with normal speed, and Bullets from his gun also is slowed down)
Name: On The Double
Description: Peter or a person he is looking at can move with very fast speed when Peter saying: On the Double! . but Peter need to see the person to keep the technique working and even on himself blinking will cause the technique to stop,(Gravity also works with faster time so falling and jumping will go fast too, impact remains the same as it was normal speed)

I am curious about your set up of the profile skeleton. I myself was debating not too have a fruit (Not too sure yet). If I do decide not too use a fruit and even if I do use a fruit is there anyway to use non fruit Techniques and also non Rokushiki like a fighting style?
If I can then can I mix match Fruit Techs with that?
Also Rokushiki do I have to be a Marine to use it or does it matter?

Also Rokushiki do I have to be a Marine to use it or does it matter? Yeah you have to be apart of the Marine of CP9 ... And if you have a fruit, it has to be a weak one if you also have Rokushiki.. But I personally think it's better to have one or the other.. It's more fair

Never got a chance too ask but what about Haki? How do you know who has a Haki? Since having haki is the only way too really the only way (except for some exceptions).

Just a taught, but for the bounty's... maybe you can make a thread with all the outlaws on it and there bounty's. So that people could check. This way people also don't have to ask how much there bounty is now, after they did something. You could also make a thread "Newspaper" Or something, and post there what happend, when something happend.
Just some ideas...
