The word used was "everything", not simply meaning one item. Your napkin holder would be included in the "Whatever of the Month", however, as would your cat, dog, fish, house, grandparents, mailbox, art collection, computer, phone, lightbulb, electricity, air, water, friends, and everything or anything else you could think of.
If this is not the case, and it is, in fact, simply one random item, I would not mind being corrected by a moderator+, but would also advise the use of a different term.
