Okay well since I took a dance haitus a few years ago, I've been very overweight. I went back to dance and it didn't change a thing. Last year I went on weight watchers and lost 20 pounds so I would look good when I met my girlfriend. Then over the summer my mom kept denying me chances to see her... I gained back ten pounds... I saw her in September and haven't seen her since... another 10 pounds. I'm so fat I look like I'm pregnant. And I feel sick for caving into media ideals of beauty but I am ugly... I feel disgusting... I own only three pairs of pants to wear and I swore I'd never weigh 160 again.... and today I ate like... 2 double cheesburgers and a ton of fries and I feel so ******** horrible! I HATE MYSELF! Why do I have to look this disgusting!? Any picture of me online was taken back when I was skinny... back when I actually had a body... back when I looked nice.... I was able to wear a bikini at the beginning of the summer... now I can't fit into my size 14 pants...

Aw, honey. You probably look just fine! =) What's important is that you accept yourself for the way you are. ^^; And if you want to change, you have to keep motivating yourself and tell yourself that you can get to the point where you're comfortable with yourself.
By always telling yourself that you're ugly and that you hate yourself is only going to make you feel worse. All the negative is only going to prevent you from doing something to get to where you want your body to be. I bet everyone still loves you for who you are and that should give you motivation enough to set goals and accomplish them. =)
And no matter what, if you're good on the inside (which I bet you are ^^) then it's definitely showing on the outside and you're beautiful to everyone who counts. =)
Good luck with everything! heart

I don't look fine. My stomach jiggles when I walk! I'm popping out over plus size pants! I look horrendous. My mother said I was so fat I looked deformed! Plus I'm always tired and I can't even walk up the stairs.

I think that if your body insecurity is affecting you so much, then you should take that as motivation to do something about it. Like I said before, negative thinking isn't going to help you to move forward towards something you want. ^^;
For example, since your mom is calling you fat all the time and such, you should think of changing your physical appearance as proving her wrong... or something along those lines.
Take all the criticism and try to use it to your advantage... as motivation to push you towards showing that you can do something for yourself.

If you always feel uncomfortable and resentful of yourself, that's not healthy at all. Take it upon yourself to improve the way you look and your frame of mind so that you can be comfortable and confident again.

If you keep telling yourself that you can't, then you can't. You have to tell yourself that you can and you can. You can't give up on yourself because you're all you've got. Even when it comes down to something like losing weight or something, you have to give it all you've got and keep going with it. Your effort will definitely pay off even if it's hard in the beginning, things will be good in the end. =)

I know what your talking about Baka but you need to cheer up and think about the good things.
Take me for example. I weight 177 lbs. I'm just a bit over 5'4". I should be around 130-140 for my body type but I'm not. I wear 15 size pants and large shirts. And I'm not affaird to say that.
It doesn't matter what people say as long as your happy with yourself. Baka, you need to get to that point.
I recently lost almost over 5 lbs, though I gained it back becasue I gained muscle in my weight training class and thats ok.
The average women today is 5'4", wears a size 13 pants, and weights about 150 lbs. Your not that bad.
Go to the Dr and see what he/she says. Or a good way to lose wait is to go see a nutritionist, their very affective.
Just don't go into self hate, thats a horable place to be. Trust me just because you gained back weight doesn't mean there isn't a way to lose it again and keep it off. Its just a matter on finding whats best for your body type.

BT, there's really only one thing to do about your problem. you go back onto some weightloss program and stick to it. you hae your body for a reason that you have at least some control over so i want you to do what you can. there are people (like me) who despise their body because it's completely wrong for who they are.
if you wanna lose weight seriously i suggest; cut out all the sweets, replace them with things like grapes, oranges and apples. cut out all of the junk food, have proper meals instead. eat slower, it takes 20 minutes to start to feel full, only gorge in something like a "who can eat the most ______" contest. stay away from those contests too, (not that i suspect you've ever entered any, i just thought of it as an example) stop eating when you're full excercise more such as; jog instead of walking, pace around your room when on the phone (if possible) and always remember to follow your heart xp xd xp
edit: paul mckenna ( i think) has a book and a suplementing "hypnosis" cd which which really does help with dieting, i know someone who lost 2 stone though his book. it must be worth having a look if you're serious about the weightloss

You say you're fat eh? Hell, if you're a pig Im a ******** cow. Im 5'3, I wear an 18 in womens and I weigh 207 lb (last time I weighed myself).
You're not fat. You're not discusting. Maybe it wouldn't be wise to eat so much and maybe start doing some exercise but I think that's something everyone should be doing to keep themselves healthy.
It makes me sad to hear girls who aren't even really that fat say they feel like pigs and that they're HUGE and discusting when they are beautiful and perfectly fine the way they are.

Waaaaaaaay back in the day when I was a little overweight, I did it simply by just not eating as much. I'd only eat what was needed, and nothing more. I drank nothing but water and lipton's iced tea (made with bags. Don't buy the pre-made). I dropped it pretty fast while staying healthy. Now I'm a lean, nice 176 (I've got muscles which accounts for the extra. I don't know how I do, though . . . I never really worked out . . . o_O). But hey, just keep a high spirit. Do things that are fun. Believe it or not, you loose more weight when you're happy.
. . . And on a completely unrelated note: I mis-read the title to this topic, originally. I thought it said, "I feel like ******** a fat pig." sweatdrop
