This is an open role-play!
Where: Clubs amusement park! What's happening: Zale is lost at the park, and he's never made friends before! Hopefully, he can make a lot of new friends and be returned to Sully? Any faction welcomed <3
Zale wasn't home.
For once in his life, he was outside of Spades. Sully had randomly come home, yanked him up, shoved him into a bag, and came here. He knew that he was a secret in Spades. Sully had told him countless times to never open the door to anyone, and, if anyone were to enter the room that he was too hide under the bed. He was not supposed to exist in Spades.... So, he had never met another soul except Sully.
Now here he was, in some large, strange, frightening place full of hundreds of people, sounds, and lights that never shut off. Somehow, he had been separated from Sully. Now what to do? He was a boy that had no friends, a boy that was sheltered and always kept inside his room, and a boy that barely knew how to speak.
He was so very scared and lost. So, he did the only thing he knew how to do. The little Treecko flopped onto his butt, flipped his hood over his head, and curled his legs to his chest. Zale was afraid, all he wanted was to curl up and hide until Sully found him.

Hessner said it would be a good idea to get familiar with the other territories, though Amias couldn't imagine why. Spades was his home, and leaving, even temporarily, was the last thing the young baltoy wanted to do. He didn't have much of a choice when Hessner snatched him from his daily rituals in order to visit the Club's amusement park. Amias was at a loss of what to do in such an unfamiliar place. However, as the adult cacturn with a brutish reputation watched him vigilantly, he felt safe to explore.
Amias couldn't say he enjoyed the sweet smells, the crowds, or the loud sounds of the park, but they were certainly a new experience to be valued. The little baltoy waddled awkwardly on his feet as his hazel eyes darted to and from each impressive new structure and every stranger's face. Even the details couldn't escape him, which is likely how he noticed the small boy curled up on the ground.
The baltoy didn't hesitate to approach, lured in by curiosity and the desire to interact with others his own age. Once he arrived, he let his presence known with a gentle tap to the grass-type's shoulder. "What are you doing?" Amias asked in a voice that clearly expressed the innocents of his youth, but there was a significant absence of sympathy for the frightened one. "If you're hiding, you're not doing a good job."

Someone touched him. At first, yellow eyes peeked, hoping it'd be Sully. He was wrong. Instead, a child similar to him in age peeked back at him. He hadn't noted his tone. He hadn't noted much except the others age. Someone like him. He hadn't met someone his own age before, it sent his heart hammering and body cold. He wasn't sure what to say towards someone his age, or even what to do. Weren't kids supposed to be silly and play together? Except, Zale had a feeling the other boy wasn't like that.
Wait, he had spoken too him. Wait, this boy... could he take him to Sully? Or perhaps, did he know where there was a place quiet? Suddenly, his hand reached out, gripping the other gently on the arm.
"Lost. I'm lost. Can you help me?"

"You're lost." The baltoy repeated the treeko almost in question. What a silly thing for someone to become, especially a child. In a world so rough, who knows what could happen to him?
Amias blinked with the boy's inquisition and frowned. He knew better than to promise something he was incapable of providing. "No." He gently shook his head. "I can't. Not when I don't know what you're lost from." He titled his head expectantly. Amias wondered if the treeko had a guardian like his Hessner... but he quickly dismissed the thought, because if he did, he would never have gotten lost to begin with.
As the baltoy waited for a response, he began to recognize the expression of fear in the other toddler's face. After a moment of contemplation, he supposed it was only natural for him to be afraid. But now he was here, and Hessner wasn't far, so there was no reason for fear anymore... at least not as far as Amias was concerned. The baltoy was clearly at a loss about how to convey this to the other boy. Hessner was much better at these type of things. Amias glanced behind him to see the cacturn standing not too far from them. His height was average, but in the mind of a small toddler who admired him, that height could rival the tallest mountains. Amias returned his attention to the treeko with a smile, as if that was proof enough that they were totally safe.

Malo watched from above, his wide eyes roving the pair. He was perched like an owl on a street lamp, munching a bouquet of cotton candy. This was entertaining. A scared little boy and a...less scared but seemingly drab other child.
It was like watching a play. He reclined onto his stomach and propped his chin on his hand, his elbow supporting it. He wiggled his feet behind him and giggled. Lost in clubs? There was no such thing as extant in clubs. Everyone was lost here. His little mind was sure of that.
As he rained some cotton candy down from his ravenous bites, he noticed the cacturn. His smile faded. That was a scary looking boy. Probably from spades. No-one from clubs or hearts was that scary. Tilting to see the older boy's face, the young Litwick slipped from his perch and, unable to catch himself, he came crashing down behind the pair, cotton candy still in his mouth and a large handful of it in his hand.

Tobias had managed to squirm away from Dodger and the rattata brothers, much to their dismay. It was nigh near impossible to get the frog-boy to help with pitching the tents and readying the rides. He was simply too young and had too much energy to focus on such things as work and, thus, he ran wild on his own through Clubs. He didn't expect to see any friends, but was making a nuisance of himself, anyways, with other carnies from different portions of the park. gripped in his hands was a wicker basket, one that was almost too big for him to carry, and over it was a ratty, old, brown blanket. What was inside?
Well, Malo would soon find out. The baltoy and the treeko went almost unnoticed as he spied his ghostly friend perched upon a street lamp, but they wouldn't be for long. A mischievous smile spread across his thin lips and he slipped one hand in the basket, which he had gently set down at his feet. He withdrew from it what looked like a blob of red... A water-balloon! Malo would be his first target... He'd go after others as soon as he enlisted the other boy's help!
He arched one arm back and sent the red balloon flying at the back of Malo's head, having to stifle a giggle.

Logan was just stretching and wandering around clubs for a while, enjoying his day off. Usually he helped his father with his shop, but for once, Logan was free to do whatever he wanted. The boy found he pretty much didn't know anyone, and he didn't really have any hobbies. It was a new feeling, a kind of... sad one, to not have anything to do. It was probably why the boy kept so busy all the while, and why his father equally did. Logan was fairly certain if HE had told his father to "Just go play with your friends!" the older man would equally have not known what to do.
Logan kicked at a stone with his bare foot and looked up just in time to see some sort of red object whizz by. Straight towards the ghost boy, Malo, whom he kept encountering. Logan's ears flattened against his head: the treecko was here too. The two boys who seemed to torment Logan the most, all because of his accursed fluffiness. Logan was about to try to sneak on by them, when he noticed the thrower of the balloon. Logan dipped into some far off memory, something about the circus in Clubs, and he took a step forward, tilting his head, observing. Why was the boy so familiar?
Logan, in this time, would have allowed himself to be seen. And he had no idea that a water fight was about to start.

He nodded helplessly as the baltoy repeated his words. It was when he was told "no" that his heart fell, fear settling firmly inside his chest and stomach. He was lost, and he would not be helped. He would not return to Sully. He would not return to his home. However, realization hit him. The other did not know what he was lost from, but Zale knew. He wasn't good with his words yet, not even really good at anything, but he knew Sully. He knew every feature of Sully.
"Sully. He has... pink... hair. Blue eyes. Tall. Mine." He looked at the other, fear apparent in his eyes. The smile given to him did not reassure him as much as was needed, however he was young, very young, and when someone smiled at him he would smile back as most young children did.
And then something fell. His body jumped and he leapt backwards, slipping in his frantic fear. He had little time to realize that it was just another boy, for his hood slipped and new fear flickered. Without his hood he always felt small. He scrambled to fix his hood, knees drawing up to his chest and head hiding in his legs.
More things began to happen, like the sound of water. His head raised rapidly, wide-eyed as he spotted a boy, green as him. Perhaps this was enough to settle his stomach, for he giggled slightly at the sight of the wet ghost boy. He giggled again, but he wouldn't be giggling for long once this fight started...

Now enlightened with a valuable bit of information, Amias nodded slowly. "Your Sully. I will help you try to find your Sully." The smile on his face remained as he gently tugged at Zale's sleeve in attempt to encourage him to his feet. "We'll never find him if you just sit there."
The young baltoy noticed the falling bits of a sugary snack, and looked up to discover the source. It was clear that the litwick was distracted and losing his balance, but Amias didn't get the chance to warn him. He watched with a subtle frown as Malo came crashing down. With the crash, Zale seemed to be thrown into a panic, further complicating the poor boy's anxiety. "It's just a little ghost." Amias sighed, scratching his neck as he failed to come up with anything more comforting to say.
When the waterballoon-tossing frog appeared, Amias quickly became impatient and irritated. It was clear he didn't want to be around when the ghost retaliated. The baltoy glanced at Hessner, wishing to return home and escape the madness before he was somehow dragged into it. But he couldn't. He had just promised the Treeko his help.
Amias returned his attention to Zale. "What do I call you? My name is Amias, but sometimes people call me Mimi."

Malo shuddered, now sopping wet. It stung a bit, but not as badly as being attacked with water would have. He slowly turned and immediatly recognized his froggy friend. Drifting over, the pair now forgotten, Malo wizzed past Logan, only giving his ear a passing tug to show he knew he was there.
When Malo got to the politoed he swooped, hugging him around the neck as he floated, spinning but still holding tight. "Now that wasn't very nice, Mr. Toby." He scorned, taking the other boy's hat. "Now I get to wear this." He looked in the basket, curiously. He had never even seen a water balloon, but knew what they did.
He glanced at Logan and motioned him over. Three on two would be fair until the cacturn got involved. Malo seized the water balloon he saw first and wound up to throw it at Zale or the other boy, but instead turned and sloshed it right into Toby's face. "Payback!"

Ohhh no, Logan was not getting involved in this. He did approach Malo once beckoned, but only to grimace and look at the opposing "forces." "I think you're out-numbered," Logan told him, "And I don't fight losing battles."
May it never be said Logan was abnormally brave. Or abnormally anything other than cranky and good with ink-related practices. Okay, and he could also run like no tomorrow. Logan watched the fight go down with an immense degree of apprehension. He called out to the Baltoy: "You don't look like you want to get wet either," he said, and promptly marched himself over to Amias.
"I ... would rather go get icecream," Logan muttered. "Who wants some?"
Apparently the boy was feeling charitable. He could get the combatants snacks. Especially if it meant not having to hang around, and being allowed to leave easily. Oh, Logan.

As he was spoken to Zale's head raised, having been lowered when Amias mentioned the ghost. Large yellow eyes stared before responding to the question aimed at him, nervously pressing closer to Amias.
"Zale." Tail twitching, he stared at Logan suddenly, spotting the tail. However, this time he actually contained himself. The water fight was more upsetting, and the offer of ice cream was enticing. Pulling himself up, the boy, still nervously close to Amias, raised his hand gingerly.
"Can....I... come?" He looked at Amias, tugging on his sleeve, indicating he wanted Amias to come with him. It was evident that he only trusted the baltoy at the moment.

"Heeee, gotcha, Malo!" The froggy boy giggled cheerily, a toothy grin stretching from ear to ear as the sopping wet ghost came nearer. He'd not expected Malo to immediately toss one in his own face and his vibrant eyes scrunched tightly to keep them from stinging from the sudden onslaught of water. Oh, that ghost!
He'd hoped to egg on a balloon fight, but none really seemed that interested... Oh well! There were plenty of other fun things t--- Did they say ice cream? Ice cream was his favoritest treat of all time. His green eyes seemed to brighten as he stood and rung out his shirt, hardly caring that he, too, was now as wet as his original target. It didn't bother him one bit.
"Ice cream? I love ice cream, c'n I come wit' ya'll? I'm Toby, by the by!" He didn't know the growlithe, but it didn't matter. He was happy to talk to just about anyone, really. "Who're ya'll? I on'y seen Malo 'round 'ere! Or I seen a lot around 'ere, but I dunno ya'll."

"Zale." Amias repeated the name with satisfaction, hesitant to declare it was a pleasant meeting as manners dictate... because that wouldn't be completely honest. Yet still, he was so pleased to see that the treeko seemed to be improving that he didn't even mind the invasion of personal space. In fact the gentle physical contact could even be considered a comfort, but Amias couldn't imagine why.
Amias glanced at Logan as he approached with a verbal observation that was... obvious. "You're right, I don't."
With the offer of ice cream, a relieved smile stretched across his face. It wasn't often he enjoyed indulging in such a sugary treat... but Amias was mostly just thankful for the opportunity to escape the possibility of an uncomfortable water balloon fight. The idea seemed to please Zale as well.
Amias nodded. "Yes, there is a chance we will find your Sully on the way." The baltoy was about to mention how slight or near impossible that chance would be, but then the frog appeared.
Amias frowned, displeased with the idea of bringing the source of the water balloon fight along with them. The ultimate decision wasn't up to him, but that wouldn't stop the infant from voicing his opinion. "If you get me wet I will be very unhappy." Amias stared at Tobias briefly to reinforce his point before turning his curious gaze to the growlithe. "Is he coming, too?"

"ICE CREAM!?" Malo screamed, dropping another water balloon on Toby's head and clapping his hands. He loved ice cream! It was the best treat ever...for food fights.
But nevermind that! If they were getting ice cream, he was so in! He licked his lips and nodded. "I agree that ice cream is better than water balloons." He rubbed his hands together, chortling.
He floated back over to where the gang was, eagerly bobbing in the air, making sure Toby was following them. "Lead the way. I scream, you scream and all that!"
