 Virgilia 900/900 vs  Meredith 900/900 Virgilia stomped angrily though the field. How DARE that rattata make her put on such a shameful display! Such irreverence! She felt her anger rise, but she forced herself to stave it off. She was an ojou, it was unfitting to be so riled up by the peasants. But they made her so angry! The anger back with a vengeance, she stomped off again, but tripped over a root.

Meredith had been relaxing in the lake when he heard something coming close. He flipped from his back and dove into the water. Swimming underwater towards the shore he wondered what it was he heard. Maybe more humans with tasty food?! He popped out of the water with a splash. "Bui?!" He called out. He soon spotted a Buneary hopping in the nearby field. "Oh just you. Why couldn't you have been someone with something tasty?" He called out in his girlish voice. He moved out of the water and to the field. "What has you so hopping mad?" He asked with a giggle, "Get it? Hopping mad.... cause you Bunearies hop."

Virgilia glared daggers at the buizel. More peasants. His sense of humor was lacking in elegance. "Leave the jokes to your hairstyle, peasant."
She wandered closer to the buizel, paying him no mind. "I find myself hungry. Catch me some food, would you? Shoo, shoo." She announced condescendingly.
((You move first, but if your buizel has no intention of picking a fight, Virgilia doesn't mind escalating things. :3))

"My hair?! There is nothing wrong with my hair. It's gorgeous the way it is." Meredith replied. However when she used that 'I-am-better-than-thou' attitude on him, he got mad. His eyes narrowed for a moment and then he grinned. "Yes your highness. If you would come this way I know of some lovely greens I'm sure you would find suitable." He said. He proceeded to move closer to the lake in case he needed and escape.
Once he had moved a suitable distance closer he turned to the Buneary. "Here are your greens. Hope you enjoy them!" He pointed to the grass around them. Once he was sure she wasn't looking at him he shot out a pulse of water at her. That's what she gets for ordering him around.

Virgilia followed the buizel closer to the lake, but tripped as the buizel pointed out food. She heard the roar of water above her, looking up to see the buizel had attacked her.
"Peasant, why do you attack me? When might I have wronged you? And here I thought we could have been such great friends..."

Meredith cursed his luck that the Buneary tripped just before his attack. "Maybe because you have no manners. Don't you know it's rude to call someone peasant, sista?" He said with complete sass. The charm may have lowered his attack but he had a way to counter that. He rushed Virgilia with his paw raised and punched at her.

Virgilia's charm turned to indignant disgust. "You dare raise your hand against me, peasant?!" Her fur stood on end and glowed. "I, Virgilia, of the Two-Hundred-and-Eighty-Third bloodline command you to turn your fist upon yourself, cretin!"
Surely the peasant buizel had not heard her, for he continued through with his attack regardless.

Meredith merely rolled his eyes at the Buneary. She really needed to lose the attitude.... and the best way to do that is to wipe it clean off of her. "Yeah yeah yeah. You have no authority over me." He shot back to her. He then rushed her again and punched at her with another Rock Smash.

Virgilia went flying from the blow. Such barbaric combat was not meant for a lady of her station! This insufferable buizel must be made to show respect.

Virgilia shook off the blow as she regarded the buizel anew. It made no sense. Why did he resist her? She, the lady Virgilia? It was preposterous! Still, she couldn't help but respect his pride. She smiled at the buizel, extending her paw.
"Very well, peasant Meredith. You have earned the respect of your better. I give you my paw, so that you may kiss it. Flattering, I know."

Virgilia's eyes flashed at the treachery. This buizel had NO sense of honor! He was lower than a peasant!

Meredith was so startled by Virgilia that he stumbled, turned while trying to stop himself from falling, and missed her completely. He fell to the ground with a small crash. Shaking himself he turned to her and growled.

Virgilia flared up, fur on end threateningly. "I will not be threatened in this way! Your coup is at an end, mongrel."
From within a tuft of hair, she retrieved an ornate bell. "This bell has been passed down the bloodline for generations. It contains a holy song that heals those I care about. Which, of course, does not include you. A flea such as yourself should feel honored to see it before I beat you into a pulp." With that, she gave the bell a slight ring, it's remarkable chime reinvigorating her.
