 Enthallion stood at the main tree and looked out over the surrounding planes. Behind him a serpent slithered lazily around the lake. It was a neat thing to see them out during the day. But the powerful brown stallion only had eyes for the planes. Today his daughter was coming home. He would see his Sky again...and her Thali.
``Tao! Today they come home! Its today its today!`` He hopped up and down a bit. Like a big little colt. He hopped over to his mate. ``Can you believe it! They are coming home today!`` He puffed out his chest and pranced around. ``My daughter is coming home!``

 Tashi watched her mate bounce in his excitement. She could barely contain her own. It seemed like ages since they had seen Schuyler, and well, Thalion as well. Sleep had been evasive since they left, Tao was always worrying for her daughter's and now son's safety. There was no doubt that Thalion would protect Schuyler till his last breath, but she worried anyway.

 Thalion was very happy and proud of the gift that Schuy had given to him. "Sons 4 healthly sons" he thought as he approached the edge that marked Schuy's parents herd lands. "Her parents will be shocked indeed but I hope they will take the news happily" he muttered out loud as the tree that was a meeting spot came into his line of vision.
Looking around he caught a glimpse of brown and realized her father was near the tree. Quickening his pace he trotted over and bowed his head in respect before speaking. "Hello, Schuy is right behind me and is eager to visit" he said in a clear and neutral tone. Standing there Thalion could not stop himself, he grinned.

Enthallion went on point as he saw a scrap of bronze fur. "Tashi, Tashi its him its our son in law. That means our daughter is not far. They are back, they're back they're back they're back!"
His ears swiveled and locked on Thalion, watching as he got closer. Once in a while one would flick at Tao.
Enthallion was to hyper to bow back he bobbed his head at his son energetically. Pausing he started to quiver and then reared. "THEY ARE BACK!"
He hadn't been this excited in well...hmmm a LONG time. He scanned the field hopefully. "She took the journey well?"
"TaoTaoTaoTao! Look is that her?" He focused in on a point that may or may not be his daughter. It looked right but...there was a rather large bush in the way. "Is that her Thalion or is she back there somewhere?"

Thalion was standing there when he heard in a loud tone "THEY ARE BACK!" Startled a bit he took a few steps back before stopping and looking over at Schuy's father. He seemed very excited and was bursting with anticipation.
Laughing Thalion looked over his shoulder and laughed even harder what he thought was Schuy was a large bush. Trying to catch his breath, Thalion bobbed his head in denial since he could not speak. Tears were streaming down his face but he wasn't crying it was from laughing. He actually felt free standing there face wet from his tears of joy and laughter.
Turning back to her father, Thalion took a deep breath and spoke. "No she is a bit farther back then that, but do not fear she is safe".
Looking over he nodded in respect to her mother and spoke softly "Schuy has much to tell you both". "She should be here soon" and with that he turned and walked off towards the direction of where Schuy was to be.

Tashi watched in inticipation the exchange between her mate and son. She even squinted at the far away blob that could be her daughter. Tashi nuzzled her mate who's anticipation was clearly showing. Schuyler's movements have been very slow for the past months, first having to carry the children and now making sure they keep up. The four foals did make her going much slower but they were definitely worth it. The great tree had just come into view. "Mom!! Dad!!" She shouted, nuzzling her little ones a little quicker anxious to see her parents. "Thalion," She said when he got close, "You ready?" She asked nervously.

Looking at her as she nuzzled the foals to quicken their pace Thalion was in awe of Schuy. Not one word of complaint during the pregnancy nor birthing though he knew it was not easy. Now the journey to her parents lands. It about killed him for her to be in pain but she gave him a gift one he could never repay. Father hood.
"Love you alrght?" he asked as he bent his head down to nuzzle one son who seemed to think he could go faster than he was. Raising his head he looked into her eyes and thought he saw a small amount of fear. "All will be fine Love, your parents are waiting anxiously or I should say your father is waiting anxiously for your arrival. I now know where you get all your energy and exuberance from" he teased. Nuzzling her quickly he looked down at his sons and then turned to lead the way towards her parents.

"Schuy? SCHUY! TAO I CAN HEAR HER! She's home she's safe and ....who are they? Mini azrein? Wait how long were they gone?" Thali tried to count..one two three......yup that was long enough. "OH MY AZRETH. Taotaotaotaotaotaotaotaotao!~"
"Babehs! Four of them! Wow that must have been a LOT! Remember how you were with three? I mean ahem ...she must be strong to carry so many."
"I I can't hold in any longer!" Enthallion took off down the plane...stoppped, wheeled and raced back to Tao. He swirved around her and nipped her gently on the butt. Come on come on come on! My heart our daughter awaits!"
He followed behind her for a bit but soon his energy boiled over and he passed her bucking and kicking out once in a while. Before Stampeding toward his daughter. He slowed in plenty of time..nearly spinning out but he controlled it.
If there was one thing Enthallion loved ( besides Tao of course) it was foals. Grown or otherwise.

Schuyler laughed at her mate's description of her father, yup that was her dear old dad. Thalion's nuzzle calmed her down as they began their way back up towards the tree until her father came racing down, her mother closely behind.
Tashi wanted to surprise her mate so she quickly jumped into gear and raced down with Enthalli, almost beating him. "Oh my gosh Schuyler!! Thalion!! I'm so happy for you two!!" Tashi exclaimed, her own excitement now spilling over as she bumped Enthalli's hip.
Schuyler beamed at her parents. "Aren't they just the cutest mom?" She smiled a big smile to her father who almost ate some dirt trying to get to them fast enough. "This little one here is Bergeylnolu, the one here beside me is Lankyeron, and the two over by Thalion are Rhysan and Rhovanion. All boys. So dad, what's it like to be a Grandfather?" She teased.

Berg held his stance, reserved, stepping aside from his mother in a miniature stature of pride.. and a little arrogance mixed in. His head was held high as he eyed what he assumed must be his grandparents. Giving a snooty nod, he grumbled inaudibly and moved to find his blanket, deeming the situation beneath him for the moment as he snuggled down under it, peering at the spectacle before him.

Enthallion had forgotten how fast his mate really was. She had almost beat him. He stared at her in wonder again before he was captured by the foals. They were so pretty all of them male too. Well not everyone was fortunate to have sweet daughters. Boys were a handful but he thought with a little help here and there the two new parents could handle it.
As Tao bubbled up. Enthallion grinned. "Ahah I infected you."
He stepped over to Schuy, careful not to disturb any foals in his passage and nuzzled her thoroughly. "Schuy my darling I missed you so much and so did your mother." He glanced down at the pretty foals as she introduced each one...."Granfather?" His face scrunched up over the unfamiliar word. "Well perhaps in title certainly not in age as your mother and I showed on our way down. I'll gladly take the job though. OH! I get to babysit more!"
Thali watched the antics of one of the more theatrical foals. "My my wonder who he got that from?" He had never seen Mr. Snooty Hooves Sr. real personality because of who he was father of. "That is rather puzzling." He stepped over to the foals blanket and sniffed around getting the scent to memory. He did that with two others. The one called Lankyeron sneezed at him, which he thought was quite adorable. With all of them now firmly attatched in his databanks Enthallion stepped back to allow Tao into the fray.

Standing off to the side, Thalion made sure his two sons were fairly close to their mother before moving away. He watched as Schuy introduced his son's to her parents. He did not want to intrude on Schuy's moment she had been waiting for this day for awhile.
Watching his son's he noticed that Berg seemed to be a bit.....well stuck up and he grimaced. "Fantastic one of my son's will be a mini me!" he said in a high pitched tone. "Schuy will not be very pleased with the fact that at least one of our son's will be like the old me" he grumbled. Lankyeron sneezed at Enthallion, Rhovanion was well being true to his nature and struggling to wander freely and Rhys well he was being himself and staying close to his mother.
Glancing back towards his sons who were near Schuy he watched as Enthallion scented each one of the foals and then moved away so his mate can do the same. Waiting for Schuy to call for him, Thalion watched intently.
Standing near his mother he struggled to rid himself of this blanket that his mother insisted he wear. "Why?" he asked her and she just reached down to adjust his blanket as they traveled. "I want to run and feel the wind in my mane" he whimpered. Looking out from beneath his blanket he saw a brown and powerfully built stallion scent each one of his brothers. When it was Lan's turn he sneezed on him which caused Rhov to laugh.

Tao watched as her mate got recognized with the scent of each foal. She waited and watched one foal, Rhovanion if she recalled the name correctly, try to shrug off his blanket, that one was going to be a wild one, she thought. Now, taking her turn, she sniffed all the blankets, giving each a nuzzle in turn. She was careful when nuzzling Lankyeron, she didn't want to get sneezed on also.
Schuyler beamed through the whole familiarization process, even laughing at her father when Lanky sneezed on him. She nuzzled little Rhov as he tried to shed his blanket, "You will understand in time, little one." She whispered lovingly, a hint of laughter in her voice.
"You want to babysit this crazy foals dad?" She asked in disbelief. Even the little foals under their blankets had proved to be very troublesome already. It's like the four of them got together to create a plan on how the could cause the most trouble.
"Of course we would love to! Why wouldn't we want to spend time with our grandchildren. And I'm sure you two will be wanting some time to rest here soon." She said with a smirk as she recalled Schuy and her other 3 children's childhood. "Children are a handful, especially four of them, but I think you two will be able to handle it."
Rhysan peeped his nose out from under then blanket, smelling which way his father was before inching his way that way. Careful not to run into any of his siblings, he made an arch around to lay underneath his father. Rhys lifted his head up just enough to where he could see under his blanket. Four brown hooves faced him, one front and one back leg decorated with something yellow, Rhysan assumed this must be his grandfather. He moved on to the next set of hooves, these were blue ones! They had some kind of dotted pattern on them. He decided he would save these to inspect at a later time.

Berg Looked Indifferent at the sniffing and nuzzles he received. Giving a small snort, He scooted back behind his mother, figuring it was as good a place as any to avoid all the un-necessary touching. The mushy stuff was beneath him after all, and though He was special and everyone around him should fawn all over his adorableness.. He wasn't willing to let the fawning begin just yet.. maybe after a nap..

Satisfied, Enthallion flicked his tail in contentment. "A fine set of children, a fine fine set. I am so proud of you Schuy and you as well Thalion. Not many have four upon the first try. Yet all are healthy, fiesty and strong. Much like their parents really." He puffed up rather large. "Look Tao! Grandchildren!" Thali trotted around, unable to control the pride and love that shone through him.
Yeesh that male is loud, Lankyeron thought from underneath his blanket. He could be a bit quieter. Yes it was wonderful we were all here no he didn't have to scream it to the heavens. Lan yawned. It had been a long journey and the sun was so lovely and warm. He smiled underneath his blankey. Ahhhh. He snuggled up next to the nearest parent. It didn't matter which one. Huh mother didn't have blue feet. Who was this....oh well. His eyes flickered closed.
