Clothing style: Western. Floor length brown leather duster, a black eye patch cloth over his right eye that ties behind his head. Fingerless gloves are worn that show off his manicure. Either a black or white sleeveless shirt is worn with a black bandanna hanging around his neck. Fitted brown pants are worn, and darker brown boots are worn beneath them.

He's partially blind in his right eye from a firefight when he was sixteen. He hasn't lost complete vision in it, but it was either take the eye out and replace it with a mechanical one ( which he didn't have the money for), invest in contact lenses ( again, he didn't have the money for it) or pretend it was dead and wear an eyepatch over it and use corrective lenses. He has a monocle that occasionally he'll pull out when he needs depth perception. Currently Hal is working on finding those lense patches so he wouldn't have to bother. Its a side-side-side-side-side project right now. He also has a few tattoos along his chest and back.. a rather sweepy impression of Lady Luck in a flowing robe gown with a few luck symbols from the old Zoidian language.. (( aka, I have no clue I just know he has it and doesn't show it off often unless he's sleeping around.... )) The rogue also sports a pair of snake-bite peircings in studs as well as one tongue piercing.

Character Information:

The most notable information on him is from the Imperial Army. It is documented that Hal Cid won one of their Cadet's ZOIDS in a drunken game of 'Go Fish'. Rumors of this have been denied by all in any official standing. The Cadet, Roy Davenport, was discharged dishonorably...and there is a Rev Raptor running around now under the command of the 'Go Fish Kid' as Hal Cid is now called.

Other than that, the file is mostly gambling and petty theft. There was that weird case involving a pantomime horse, but neither party was sober enough to explain exactly what happened.
