In a surprising turn of events so unfounded that it is, in fact, not founded - you have arrived at Challenge! The SDRP writing exercise competition thing! Step forward and win fabulous Stuff!

Really though, welcome to the semi-competitive writing and creativity exercise: Challenge. So, how does it work, you didn't ask? We will periodically post a Challenge to the main forum and link it here. These will come in many forms but 'Challenge' will always be in the title so keep an eye out for them. Once posted, you can reply to the linked Writing Contest thread with your entry.

After letting the Challenge run for a while we'll close the entries and add a poll to it so the guild can pick a 'winner' by voting in the poll and voting again by replying to the challenge with the reason why you voted for that entry. This way we'll know why the winner won. If there are more than 10 entries we'll go straight to reply votes as polls only allow 10 options.

Once enough votes are in we'll tally them up and whoever got the most wins. The winning entry will be listed with that challenge in the history below and winners will get bragging rights, 1,000,000 gold, a spot on our Featured RPs list, and a Monthly Collectible for that month. Not immeasurable riches but, hey, it's something.

In addition to the voter feedback, we invite all participants to constructively critique other players' entries when they vote. Just remember to be civil and nice - this is supposed to be fun and educational.
