This was requested by Pyschopatic Passion so I'll do one now.

1. Extract the hair- This can be done by lasso. Select the hair then right click the cut via layer. Make sure the layer that contains the body in between the bangs and the back hair.

2. Angle it- Again with lasso right click the image you want to angle and select free transform. Make several layers with different angles which you can place is different frames.

3.Fill in the gap- When you angle a part will notice some gaps in the whole image, all you have to do is fill it up. Use color picker to chose the color near the gap then just use the brush to fill the gaps up.

same goes with scarfs

I don't believe that you can do this on MS paint, but Paint.net or gimp allows you to do this and they are both free programs

looks great! its not really hard i see,
just cutting things out replace etc. like normal!
this will helps so much!
