Flowing Eye
Description
Their ability comes in two ways. Ability to dodge and the eye to analyze weakness.
The eyes of sence is the first part you get. When it's activated your pupil change form to a cross. In this mode your sences increase to a sixth sence about danger. The body feel where an attack is made and if an attack is made. This power is great when used for dodging.
The eyes of analyze is the second part of this jutsu and far less members can use it. This is more an offensive focus of the brain. Is the opponent breathing hard, does he have a weak knee. By helping the user with sort of pointing out weak spots of the opponent it will aid in a battle tactic against them.
The flowing eyes is the true power of the clan. These members can wield both eyes at once.
• Stage One: Flow | E rank
One is only able to learn the techniques. Available to all of the bloodline.
• Stage Two: Flows | C rank
One get the sense on incoming attacks. Starts at age 15 at 80% of the clan.
The pupil becomes a cross when activated.
• Stage Three: Eye Flow | A rank
At stage three which 40% of the clan is able to reach the point when both abilities are awoken. Require chakra control of a advanced chunin or a great need for it, as in near death. The eyes of analyze and the eyes of sence. The user can't use them at the same time.
The eyes of analyze turns the pupil into an "x" instead of a cross.
• Final Stage: Flowing Eyes | S rank
20% of the clan can become fully awaken and then you can combine both eyes into a star. The Flowing Eyes. At this point one need to be a jounin or the user will go blind. Only a "chosen" child would be able to withstand the stress to the eye nerves.
Clan Techniques
Open techniques: These are not limited to the clan but they teach any Storm villages who wants to learn.
• Dodge stance - Rank B
A basic stance for an incoming attack to dodge. The first incoming attack is far easier to dodge then in a normal stance. Before being attacked the user must place him/herself in the stance for it to have effect.
•Bloody cut - Rank B
A deep cut that don't stop to bleed. It's a technique used with bladed weapons that create a cut that won't stop bleeding without medical aid.
•Double slash - Rank B
A sword slash with a jaged hand movement to give it the effect of twho similar attacks. It's one slash but due to the technique it will be as the user slashed the same spot twice.
•Sword dance - Rank A
A spinning move that slashes the target several times. The sword is moved between the hands as the user spins around, keeping the opponent constantly attacked. The user runs towards his target and does a 3 turn spin. While in this spin the sword of the user is switched between the hands. This results in 6 very fast slashes and they are constant.
Closed techniques: These are limited to the clan and only taught to the clan
•Ready stance - A
The Karakuri shows the handle of his/her katana and that seems to be it.
In real the user is now ready to draw the sword with lightning speed. It's understanding with the blade. The attack is done by drawing the sword and continue into a ligthning fast slash that many don't see coming since the sword is not drawn. Can unly be used once per six post and sword must be sheated.
•Katana Offensive - C
The Karakuri goes to the offensive. Slashes, thrust, punch or kick are all more effective as chakra is used with every movement. Combined with the eyes of analyze, each strike is critically aimed. In normal mode it's a way to keep the attack on the opponent. It prevents a stop in the flowing motion of attack and are made to keep the opponent on the Deffensive if that's what the Karakuri's eyes tells him to do.
•Blood track - C
Require: Eyes of analyse
Using the eyes of analyse a user can track an enemy by having fresh blood upon the Karakuri blade. With eye of analyse the tracking becomes a map of where the users blood have dripped. Last for 3 rounds in battle or 1 hour when only tracking. Require fresh blood to be activated.
•Way of two swords - A (Passive)
Each technique of the Karakuri Kenjutsu is now able to used with two swords. Removing parry and blocking ability for twice the offensive. Ready stance is now not used with one sword but with two for example.
•Dodge Flow - B
Require eyes of sence active.
Each incoming attack is dodged with extremly little movement. The first dodge uses 50% of the attackers chakra. Each use after increases with 25%. It is made to drain the attackes fatigue and strength without using much yourself. The problem in thsi ninjutsu is that prolonged use, it quickly drains the user and redning them powerless. After two uses the user is now up to the same amount of chakra as the attacker. To dodge a SS attack after 4 uses is more or less suicide.
•Full Sence Target - S
Require Flowing Eyes.
The user become one with all his sences. The world turns away and the locked on enemy. This technique last 6 rounds and when it shuts down the user can no longer use Kekkei Genkai for 3 days. For the next hours no jutsus can be used.
The effects makes the user able to work out extremely fast how the opponent moves. In their mind the world is in slowmotion. They can alter an attack to follow a dodge, they can stop a dodge if the attack was a feint. The best the opponent can do is run away.
While in this jutsu the targeted opponent is the only thing in his world. There is no way to see a ranged attack from another opponent. Only a used user can feel an close range attack.
Whatever change the target does is noted and the spine reacts on it. That is the true power of this technique. The brain analyze and work and the spine reacts. Due to the flowing eyes both spine and brain works together in a whole new way.
•Full Sence Guard - A
Require Rank 3 the eyes of sence.
As in target but now in a targeted area. This area is as wide as he can smell, hear, taste, listen and see. The technique drains little chakra and can last for hours but forces the user to be still and sitting. Mostly guards use this one. It works in a way that any change of leave, grass or bush is noted. The wind is followed and noted. If the wind alters around something new, it's noted. As long as a guard is awake it's more or less perfect. The only weakness is being attacked.
•Shadow walk - A
Require Flowing Eyes.
The user is able to move fast and light that no traces are made. The technique was made to counter the Full sence guard to increase training. The user finds the quickest route and makes the user know any branches, piles of leaves and other things that makes a trace. The speed comes from training and brain focus. The increase of speed is about 50% of the users average speed.
•Shadow Dodge - S
Require Flowing Eyes.
The user slides around an attack and returns to the position to seem like a hologram. Known as a genjutsu but is a Tai-jutsu, Nin-jutsu combination. Like kawarimi no jutsu the user teleports from his position but instead of switching the user comes back. Then the taijutsu part is making the technique looking like the user never moved, just flickered like a hologram. The use of this technique can not be used while moving from point a to point b. Once every six posts
Analysing strikes - B (Closed)
The user strikes with open palm with four times the normal speed upon the opponent, this attack is so fast due to the fact it does no damage to the one being hit by it. It was made up by a Karakuri clan member medical-nin. He wanted to use his offensive bloodline to something good. By completely covering the target with strikes the eye's of sense, the user could make a very good picture of internal damage, without harming the target further. This do require knowledge ahead of how inner damage feels like. Without medical training this technique is useless. Thus makes this technique unique to a brand of field medics of the Karakuri clan.
Strikes the target without hurting then to "see" their internal damage.
Quick analyse - C (Closed)
The same medical hero of the Karakuri clan came up with a way to use the eyes of analyse as well. During one post the user can take in physical damage seen from the outside. A bruise, a broken rip, blindness etc. This does require medical training or at least knowledge about it. A jounin may use this technique to extend the normal analysing the eyes gives him but without medical training it doesn't really improve the eyes of analyse own analyse. By looking over the targets body the user will notice cuts, bruising, everything a doctor can see by observing a patient but much faster.
Heighten Surgical - A (Closed)
With the flowing eyes a medical-nin can use this technique to greatly improve accuracy, reaction time, steadiness and speed when doing surgery. This also applies to first aid and all healing activity done by hand or chakra. Yet it's mainly used if someone has a fatal wound internal out in the field. The extremely long (14 hours) and difficult surgeries can in battle still take up to 28 posts, so heart transplant or brain surgery maybe could wait. Yet a cutting up, finding the problem to internal bleeding, fixing it and sewing everything up, can be an easy 3 posts action. For long surgery the form it this:

Clan Background
A proud clan of Storm village. They are strict to code and consider themselves elite soldiers. Question no orders nor argue about it. They train in hidden weapons and in kenjutsu. A ninja warrior should be more then just a ninja.
